Abstract
ABSTRACTMetal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with photocatalytic activity have garnered significant attentions in environmental remediation. Herein, copper-doped zeolitic imidazolate framework-7 (Cu-doped ZIF-7) was synthesized rapidly and easily using a microwave-assisted technique. Various analytical and spectroscopic methods were employed to access the framework, morphology, light absorption, photo-electrochemical and photocatalytic performance of the synthesized materials. Compared to ZIF-7, Cu/ZIF-7 (molar ratio of Cu2+ to Zn2+ is 1:1) demonstrates superior visible light absorption ability, narrower band gap, enhanced charge separation capability, and reduced electron-hole recombination performance. Under visible light irradiation, Cu/ZIF-7 serves as a Fenton-like catalyst and demonstrates exceptional activity for contaminant degradation, while virgin ZIF-7 remains inactive. With the addition of 9.8 mmol H2O2 and exposure to visible light for 30 min, 10 mg of Cu/ZIF-7 can completely decompose RhB solution (10 mg/L, 50 mL). The synergistic effect of the Cu/ZIF-7/H2O2/visible light system is attributed to visible light photocatalysis and Fenton-like reactions. Cu/ZIF-7 demonstrates excellent catalytic performance stability, with only a slight decrease in degradation efficiency from an initial 97.0% to 95.4% over four cycles. Additionally, spin-trapping ESR measurements and active species trapping experiments revealed that h+ and ·OH occupied a significant position for Rhodamine B (RhB) degradation. Degradation intermediate products of Rhodamine B have been identified using UPLC-MS, and the degradation pathways have been proposed and discussed. This work offers a facile and efficient technique for developing MOF-based visible light photocatalysts for water purification.

Abstract
Arsenic (As) is a highly toxic heavy metal and has been widely concerned for its hazardous environmental impact. Aromatic organic arsenic (AOCs) has been frequently used as an animal supplement to enhance feed utilization and prevent dysentery. The majority of organic arsenic could be discharged from the body and evolve as highly toxic inorganic arsenic that is hazardous to the environment and human health via biological conversion, photodegradation, and photo-oxidation. Current environmental issues necessitate the development and application of multifunctional porous materials in environmental remediation. Compared to the conventional adsorbent, such as activated carbon and zeolite, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) exhibit a number of advantages, including simple synthesis, wide variety, simple modulation of pore size, large specific surface area, excellent chemical stability, and easy modification. In recent years, numerous scientists have investigated MOFs related materials involved with organic arsenic. These studies can be divided into three categories: detection of organic arsenic by MOFs, adsorption to remove organic arsenic by MOFs, and catalytic removal of organic arsenic by MOFs. Here, we conduct a critical analysis of current research findings and knowledge pertaining to the structural characteristics, application methods, removal properties, interaction mechanisms, and spectral analysis of MOFs. We summarized the application of MOFs in organic arsenic detection, adsorption, and catalytic degradation. Other arsenic removal technologies and conventional substances are also being investigated. This review will provide relevant scientific researchers with references.

Abstract
Hierarchically porous metal-organic frameworks (HP-MOFs) have attracted a lot of attention in recent years because their hierarchical pores have critical importance in strengthening their performance, including guest diffusion kinetics, catalytic activity, and selectivity, especially with reference to large molecules. However, the preparation method for simple, controllable, and stable HP-MOFs at a micro-/meso-/macroscopic scale is still lacking. Herein, we showed several forms of HKUST-1 (HKUST = Hong Kong University of Science and Technology) by simply changing the copper source and solvent type, including original micron HKUST-1 (O-HKUST-1), half-foam HKUST-1 (HF-HKUST-1), and fully foam HKUST-1 (F-HKUST-1). Compared to O-HKUST-1, HF-HKUST-1 and F-HKUST-1 possessed an apparent hierarchically porous structure due to the high fusion of HKUST-1 nanocrystals. Especially in F-HKUST-1, all of the HKUST-1 nanocrystals were tightly integrated into each other, which formed a holistic hollow foam structure. Hence, F-HKUST-1 exhibited the highest adsorption capacity toward large molecules, including proteases, phosphotungstic acid, and organic dyes. Meanwhile, F-HKUST-1 presented the highest photocatalytic degradation capability for rhodamine B. Furthermore, F-HKUST-1, loaded with phosphotungstic acid (F-HKUST-1@PTA), which was used as a catalyst, indicated a catalytic capacity comparable to that of a homogeneous catalyst (pure phosphotungstic acid).

Abstract
A stable Au metal organic frameworks (AuMOF) nanosol was prepared. It was characterized by electron microscopy and molecular spectral techniques. In pH 6.8 PBS buffer solution, AuMOF nanoprobes exhibit a strong resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) peak at 330 nm. After basic fuchsin (BF) adsorbing on the surface of AuMOF, the RRS energy of the nanoprobe donor can be transferred to BF receptor, resulting in a decrease in the RRS intensity at 330 nm. Both sulfite and BF taken place an addition reaction to form a colorless product (SBF) that exhibit weak RRS energy transfer (RRS-ET) between AuMOF and SBF, resulting in the enhancement of the RRS peak. As the concentration of SO3 2-increases, the RRS peak is linearly enhanced. Thus, a new and sensitive RRS-ET method for the detection of SO3 2- (0.160-5.00 μmol/L) was developed accordingly using AuMOF as nanoprobes, with a detection limit of 0.0800 μmol/L. This new RRS method was applied to determination of SO3 2- in food and SO2 in air samples. The recoveries of food and air samples were 97.1-106% and 92.9-106%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.10-4.80% and 2.10-4.50%, respectively.
