Abstract
We report here an efficient and easily reproducible two-step approach to heterocycle-substituted amino-pyrazoles from heterocyclic acetonitriles and their unprecedented subsequent transformations to fully substituted pyrazoles. Such transformations include regioselective derivatization from polyamino derivatives, formation of tetracyclic compounds in up to 45% overall yield, and deaminative transformations through diazotization, followed by arylation through Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling and C-H activation, providing arylated pyrazoles in up to 71% yield over four steps. This strategy allows the swift introduction of significant molecular complexity to a range of scaffolds.

Abstract
3-Aminopyrazoles required for the synthesis of pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines were obtained by the reaction of enaminonitriles with hydrazine hydrate. The resulting aminopyrazoles are reacted with formylated acetophenones under reflux at [Formula: see text] assisted by KHSO[Formula: see text] in aqueous media to form regioselectively 3,7-diarylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and 3,6-diarylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-7-amines. X-ray crystallography of selected compounds 5b and 7i further confirmed the regioselective formation of these products.

Abstract
In the present paper, we report the synthesis and pharmacological evaluation of a new series of azo compounds with different groups (1-naphthol, 2-naphthol, and N,N-dimethylaniline) and trifluoromethoxy and fluoro substituents in the scaffold. All synthesized compounds (5a–5f) showed the most potent mushroom tyrosinase inhibition (IC50 values in the range of 4.39 ± 0.76–1.71 ± 0.49 µM), comparable to the kojic acid, as reference standard inhibitor. All the novel compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and elemental analysis.

Abstract
AbstractIn this study, a series of new 5-phenylazo-6-aminouracil dyes were prepared by linking m-,p-nitroaniline, m-,p-chloroaniline, m-,p-anisidine, m-,p-toluidine, m-,p-cyanoaniline, p-ethoxyaniline, p-phenoxyaniline, p-ethylaniline, p-acetamidoaniline, p-acetylaniline, p-carboxyaniline and aniline to 6-aminouracil. The prepared dyes were characterized by UV-vis, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectroscopic techniques and elemental analysis. The effect of acid and base upon the UV-vis spectra of these dyes were investigated. In addition, the solvatochromic behaviors and substituent effects in various solvents were evaluated.

Abstract
In the molecule of the title compound, C20H19N5O, the pyrazole and oxadiazole rings are not completely conjugated, the dihedral angle between them being 7.97 (6)°. The pyrazole and oxadiazole rings form dihedral angles of 42.74 (6) and 4.35 (5)° with the attached phenyl and benzene rings, respectively.
