Abstract
The discoveries recommend that the photoinduced conditions of fluorescein-determined go about as impetus for photochemically combining polysubstituted quinolines in ethanol at room temperature under air environment by means of revolutionary Friedländer hetero-annulation of 2-aminoaryl ketone and α-methylene carbonyl compound. This study lays out an original capability for photochemically orchestrating fluorescein. This non-metallic organic dye is economically accessible and modest, producing great outcomes, accelerating the cycle, and achieving a high compound economy. The turnover number (TON) and turnover recurrence (TOF) of polysubstituted quinolines have been determined. This cycle will likewise run on a gram scale, demonstrating the chance of modern applications.

Abstract
In the current scenario of medicinal chemistry, quinoline plays a pivotal role in the design of new heterocyclic compounds with several pharmacological properties, so the search for new synthetic methodologies and their application in drug discovery has been widely studied. So far, many procedures have been performed for the preparation of quinoline scaffolds, among which Friedländer quinoline synthesis plays an important role in obtaining these heterocycles. The Friedländer reaction involves condensation between 2-aminobenzaldehydes and keto-compounds. The quinoline nucleus, once obtained through the Friedländer synthesis, has been extensively modified so that these derivatives can exhibit a large number of biological activities such as anticancer, antimalarial, antimicrobial, antifungal, antituberculosis, and antileishmanial properties. In this work, the focus is on the applicability of the Friedländer reaction in the synthesis of various types of bioactive heterocyclic quinoline compounds, which to date has not been reported in the context of medicinal chemistry. The main part of this review selectively focuses on research from 2010 to date and will present highlights of the Friedländer quinoline synthesis procedures and findings to address biological and pharmacological activities.

Abstract
The radical Friedländer hetero-annulation of 2-aminoaryl ketone and -methylene carbonyl compound was used to develop a green tandem approach for the metal-free synthesis of polysubstitutedquinolines. At room temperature in an ethanol solvent, photo-excited state functions generated from MB+ were used as single-electron transfer (SET) and energy transfer (EnT) catalysts, utilizing visible light as a renewable energy source in the air atmosphere. The purpose of this research is to increase the use of a nonmetal cationic dye that is both inexpensive and widely available. High yields, energy-effectiveness, high atom economy, time-saving features of the reaction, and operational simplicity, and the least amount of a catalyst are the benefits of this study. As a result, a wide range of ecological and long-term chemical properties are obtained. Polysubstitutedquinolines' turnover number (TON) and turnover frequency (TOF) have been calculated. Surprisingly, such cyclization can be accomplished on a gram scale, indicating that the process has industrial potential.

Abstract
This research presents a novel biological route for the biosynthesis of nickel oxide nanoparticles (NiO NPs) using marine macroalgae extract as a reducing and coating agent under optimized synthesis conditions. XRD and TEM analyses revealed that phytosynthesized NiO NPs are crystalline in nature with a spherical shape having a mean particle size of 32.64 nm. TGA results indicated the presence of marine-derived organic constituents on the surface of NiO NPs. It is found that biogenic NiO NPs with BET surface area of 45.59 m2g-1 is a highly efficient catalyst for benign one-pot preparation of pyridopyrimidine derivatives using aqueous reaction conditions. This environmentally friendly procedure takes considerable advantages of shorter reaction times, excellent product yields (up to 96%), magnetically viable nanocatalyst (7 runs), low catalyst loadings, and free toxic chemical reagents.

Abstract
Hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) is a promising technology to upgrade fast pyrolysis bio-oils but it requires active and selective catalysts. Here we explore the synergy between the metal and acid sites in the HDO of anisole, a model pyrolysis bio-oil compound, over mono- and bi-functional Pt/(Al)-SBA-15 catalysts. Ring hydrogenation of anisole to methoxycyclohexane occurs over metal sites and is structure sensitive; it is favored over small (4 nm) Pt nanoparticles, which confer a turnover frequency (TOF) of approximately 2000 h-1 and a methoxycyclohexane selectivity of approximately 90 % at 200 °C and 20 bar H2 ; in contrast, the formation of benzene and the desired cyclohexane product appears to be structure insensitive. The introduction of acidity to the SBA-15 support promotes the demethyoxylation of the methoxycyclohexane intermediate, which increases the selectivity to cyclohexane from 15 to 92 % and the cyclohexane productivity by two orders of magnitude (from 15 to 6500 mmol gPt -1 h-1 ). Optimization of the metal-acid synergy confers an 865-fold increase in the cyclohexane production per gram of Pt and a 28-fold reduction in precious metal loading. These findings demonstrate that tuning the metal-acid synergy provides a strategy to direct complex catalytic reaction networks and minimize precious metal use in the production of bio-fuels.

Abstract
Herein, we report the transformation of readily accessed acyl hydrazides into protected 2-aminobenzophenones via a two-step process involving an aryne-based molecular rearrangement followed by a one-pot addition-elimination procedure. The assembly of the scaffold is tolerant of a wide variety of functional groups, and the carbamate group on the product can be facilely removed to afford highly valuable 2-aminobenzophenones. Application of the protocol was demonstrated in the synthesis of neurological medicine phenazepam.

Abstract
The quinoline core possesses a vast number of biological activities such as anticancer, antimalarial, antimicrobial, antifungal, antitubercular and antileishmanial. The conventional classical synthetic methods require the use of expensive and harsh conditions such as high temperature. Currently the scientific communities are searching new methodology to eliminate the use of chemicals, solvents and catalysts, which are hazardous to human health as well as to environment. This review provides a concise overview of new dimensions of green chemistry approaches in designing quinoline scaffold that would encourage the researchers towards green chemistry as well as future application of these greener, non-toxic, environment friendly methods in designing quinoline scaffold.
