Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate, using meta-analysis, the efficacy and safety profile of Jinhua Qinggan granules (JHQG) in the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia. METHODS We screened multiple publication databases (PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, WanFang, and VIP), using parameters designed to identify articles detailing randomized controlled trials relating to the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia with JHQG. The inclusion period for each search was the point of database inception to November 2022. Each piece of literature identified in our initial screening was independently reviewed by 2 researchers, who extracted the relevant data and evaluated the bias risk associated with the study. The data was split in 2: the control group (containing patients who had received routine treatment or placebo) and the experimental group (containing patients treated with JHQG). The meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.4 software. The quality of evidence was assessed using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation approach. RESULTS Four articles were selected for this study and combined included a total of 582 patients, which were subdivided into experimental (n = 347) and control (n = 235) groups. The results showed that treatment with JHQG could significantly: enhance the improvement rate of primary symptoms [relative ratio (RR) = 1.26,95% confidence interval (CI) (1.07, 1.49), P = .007] and fever [RR = 1.48, 95% CI (1.07, 2.04), P = .02]; decrease the viral nucleic acid in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) [RR = 2.04, 95% CI (1.15, 3.62), P = .02] and reduce the progression of pneumonia [RR = 0.34, 95% CI (0.17, 0.67), P = .002]. However, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups with regards to: the improvement rate of cough, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, computed tomography, or frequency of adverse reactions. CONCLUSIONS Current evidence indicates that JHQG is effective in treating COVID-19, increasing the rate of improvement for fever, increasing the negative rate of viral nucleic acid in patients with COVID-19 and reducing the aggravation rate of pneumonia. These conclusions need to be verified by further rigorous studies, as the existing results were limited by the number and quality of the included studies.

Abstract
Yinqiao powder, with significant anti-inflammatory and antiviral effects, is a classical formula for the treatment of febrile diseases in China. During the SARS period in 2003, Yinqiao powder showed a good antipyretic effect. It also plays a major role in the treatment for COVID-19 in China. Although there are many studies on the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of Yinqiao powder, there are few studies on the quality standard system of it. In our study, a systematic quality evaluation method of Yinqiao powder combining HPLC fingerprint with quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) based on network pharmacology and UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS was established for the first time. In the UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS experiment, a total of 53 compounds were identified in the extract solution of Yinqiao powder. In addition, 33 blood components were characterized, 23 of which were prototypes. The results of network pharmacology analysis showed that Yinqiao powder may inhibit inflammatory responses by suppressing IL-6, CXCL2, TNFα, NF-κB, etc., in the treatment of COVID-19. The HPLC fingerprint analysis of Yinqiao powder was conducted at 237 nm and 29 characteristic peaks were matched, 11 of which were identified. Forsythoside A was selected as the internal standard reference and double-wavelength (237 nm and 327 nm) was established in QAMS experiment. The repeatability was well under different conditions, and the results measured by QAMS were consisted with that of the external standard method (ESM), indicating that the QAMS method was reliable and accurate. The quality evaluation method of Yinqiao powder would be helpful to evaluate the intrinsic quality of Yinqiao powder more comprehensively, which is conducive to improve the quality standard of Yinqiao powder and provide a beneficial guarantee for the clinical treatment of COVID-19.

Abstract
Background Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is the most common sequela of herpes zoster, and the efficacy of the treatment regimens recommended in the guidelines is not entirely reliable. Acupuncture and moxibustion are widely used complementary alternative therapies that have a positive effect on the treatment of PHN. However, there are various forms of acupuncture and moxibustion, and there are differences in efficacy between the different forms. Methods The retrieval work of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) of acupuncture for PHN in English databases (including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science) and Chinese databases (including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WeiPu database, WanFang database, and China Biomedical Literature Database) were conducted from the time of database creation to June 2022. Literature screening, data extraction, and evaluation of risk of bias for the included studies were carried out independently by two researchers, and data analysis was performed using Stata 14.2 software. Results A total of 30 RCTs including 2138 patients with PHN were included. In terms of pain improvement, acupoint embedding + Western medicine group, bloodletting-cupping group, and bloodletting-cupping + Western medicine group ranked top. In terms of total efficiency, acupuncture + Western medicine group, bloodletting-cupping + Western medicine group, and acupoint embedding group ranked top. There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse events between treatment regimens. Conclusions In a comprehensive comparison of the outcome indicators of 14 different treatment regimens, we considered acupoint injection + Western medicine and bloodletting-cupping + Western medicine to be the best combinations for the treatment of PHN. Due to the limitations of the study, the above conclusions still need to be validated in further multi-centre, large-sample prospective randomised controlled clinical trials.

Clinical Evaluation and Exploration of Mechanisms for Modified Xiebai Powder or Modified Xiebai Powder Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pneumonia. Abstract
Objective. To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Xiebai Powder or modified Xiebai Powder combined with Western medicine in the treatment of pneumonia and explore its potential mechanism of action. Methods. Meta-analysis was used to screen the eligible literature on randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about Xiebai Powder in the treatment of pneumonia, and Review Manager 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. Based on the results of the meta-analysis, the active ingredients in Xiebai Powder and their therapeutic targets, disease-related targets, and intersection targets were screened using methods of network pharmacology, and their biological processes and key signaling pathways were analyzed using bioinformatics tools. Molecular docking was carried out to verify and predict the mechanisms for Xiebai Powder combined with Western medicine in the treatment of pneumonia. Results. A total of 16 papers were screened out, with a total of 1,465 patients. The results of the meta-analysis showed that modified Xiebai Powder or modified Xiebai Powder combined with Western medicine were superior to conventional Western medicine in terms of clinical efficacy, shortening the disappearance time of symptoms (body temperature, cough, and pulmonary rales) and reducing the level of C-reactive protein, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced. A total of 40 active ingredients in Xiebai Powder and 285 therapeutic targets of Xiebai Powder combined with azithromycin after deduplication were screened out from the database. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that Xiebai Powder combined with azithromycin might play a role in the treatment of pneumonia through the IL-17 signaling pathway, tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway, C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, and HIF-1 signaling pathway. Conclusions. Modified Xiebai Powder or modified Xiebai Powder combined with azithromycin has better effects in treating pneumonia, and modified Xiebai Powder combined with azithromycin may play a role in treating pneumonia through several pathways such as the IL-17 signaling pathway.

Abstract
Parents with infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) experience high levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness and relaxation-based interventions are effective in reducing distress in the general postpartum population. The aim of this systematic review was to evaluate whether mindfulness and/or relaxation-based interventions reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in NICU parents. A total of five studies met the inclusion criteria and were assessed for quality using the Downs & Black Checklist. The most consistent results in this review suggest that mindfulness and/or relaxation-based interventions may be effective at reducing anxiety symptoms in NICU parents, with moderate to large effect sizes, and show promise in reducing depressive symptoms. The findings show limited potential benefits on parental stress. Methodological weaknesses, heterogeneous intervention factors (including format and length), and varying participant adherence hinder the ability to make strong conclusions. Directions for future research are discussed.

Abstract
Yinqiao Powder is a classic and effective prescription for the treatment of many kinds of pneumonia in China. To date, the chemical constituents had not been uncovered. Comprehensive identification of chemical constituents provided a structure basis to discover the potential anti-pneumonia ingredients in Yinqiao Powder. In this paper, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole time of flight tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS) analysis with diagnostic product ions and neutral loss filtering strategy were established and applied for the comprehensive chemical profiling of Yinqiao Powder, which simplified structure elucidation of chemical constituents in Yinqiao Powder. A total of 124 compounds, including 8 C6-C2 glucoside conjugates, 28 iridoid glycosides, 14 lignans, 21 phenylethanol glycosides, 20 triterpenoid saponins, 9 chlorogenic acids and 24 flavonoids were rapidly identified in Yinqiao Powder, and 32 of them were characterized by comparing their MS/MS data and retention time with reference standards. The results indicated that UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS method coupled with data filtering strategy was feasible and rational to identify the complex chemical constituents of Yinqiao Powder, which would be conducive to discover the active ingredients of Yinqiao Powder for the treatment of pneumonia and establish its quality standard.
