Abstract
This study aimed to assess the impact of continuous precision nursing on neurobehavioral function and pregnancy outcomes in patients experiencing threatened abortion. A total of 130 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to our hospital between October 2020 and January 2023 were selected and categorized into 2 groups based on intervention methods. The control group received routine nursing intervention, whereas the observation group received continuous precision nursing intervention. Changes in affective status scores, SF-36 scores, knowledge mastery scores, and satisfaction scores in the neurobehavioral function test before and after intervention were recorded in both groups. Additionally, pregnancy outcomes, obstetric adverse reaction rates, and neonatal conditions were documented. Following intervention, scores for tension-anxiety, depression-dejection, anger-hostility, vigor-activity, fatigue-inertia, and confusion-bewilderment gradually decreased in both groups, with significantly lower scores observed in the observation group compared to the control group (P < .05). SF-36 scores in 8 dimensions, including physical functioning, role-physical, bodily pain, and overall health rating, showed a gradual increase in both groups, with the observation group scoring higher than the control group (P < .05). Knowledge mastery and satisfaction scores also increased significantly after intervention, with the observation group surpassing the control group (P < .05). The observation group exhibited lower rates of abortion and premature birth, along with a higher rate of full-term pregnancy compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < .05). Furthermore, the observation group displayed lower rates of adverse reactions and low birth weight infants, with significant differences compared to the control group (P < .05). No significant differences were observed in neonatal mortality and neonatal intensive care unit transfer rates between the observation and control groups (P > .05). Continuous precision nursing contributes to improved pregnancy outcomes for patients with threatened miscarriage within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. This comprehensive care approach is associated with enhanced knowledge retention, protection of neurological function, and an overall improvement in quality of life.

Abstract
Background: Despite some progress has been made in the pathogenesis and treatment of threatened miscarriage (TM), conventional treatment remains suboptimal. Thus, complementary medicine gradually become a new treatment option for treating threatened miscarriage. Gushen Antai Pills (GAP), a classic prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), has became a popular complementary therapy to conventional western medicine (dydrogesterone) in treating threatened miscarriage in recent years. However, a systematic summary and analysis for its therapeutic effects is lacking. This meta-analysis aimed to systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Gushen Antai Pills combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened miscarriage. Methods: A systematic search across seven electronic databases was conducted from inception to 17 September 2022. Studies were included if they were randomized controlled trials (RCTs) evaluating the effect of integrating Gushen Antai Pills and dydrogesterone in patients with threatened miscarriage, and reported the outcomes of interest. All statistical analyses were conducted using the Revman5.3 and Stata 13 software. The GRADE system was used to evaluate the quality of evidence. Results: Ten eligible randomized controlled trials involving 950 participants were contained in this meta-analysis. The pooled analysis showed that Gushen Antai Pills combined with dydrogesterone can significantly reduce the incidence of early pregnancy loss (RR: 0.29; 95% CI: 0.19-0.42; p < 0.00001) and alleviate clinical symptoms (RR: 1.39; 95% CI: 1.22-1.59; p < 0.00001), compared with treatment of dydrogesterone alone. Also, meta-analysis indicated that integrating Gushen Antai Pills and dydrogesterone is more effective than using dydrogesterone alone in improving hormone levels (serum levels of progesterone, β-HCG and estradiol) for women with threatened miscarriage (all p < 0.00001). Meanwhile, the combined effects with significant heterogeneity also showed favorable consistency in the sensitivity analyses, indicating a good stability of present results. Moreover, no significant differences between Gushen Antai Pills combined with dydrogesterone and control group on adverse events was identified. The overall GRADE qualities were low to moderate. Conclusion: The overall available evidence suggested that Gushen Antai Pills combined with dydrogesterone had significant effects in improving pregnancy success rate, clinical symptoms and hormone levels for women with threatened miscarriage, with considerable safety and reliability. However, due to the partial heterogeneity, suboptimal quality and high risk of bias of some included studies, further rigorously designed randomized controlled trials are required. Abstract
BACKGROUND Threatened abortions are a serious health risk for women. Deferiprone tablets are commonly used in the treatment of clinical delivery. Traditional Chinese medicine, a characteristic medical system inherited for thousands of years, often applies Shoutai pills in the treatment of Threatened abortion and has achieved good results. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shoutai pills combined with dedrogesterone tablets for the treatment of early preterm abortion. METHODS Electronic searches of clinical randomized controlled trials in PubMed, Web of Science, MEDLINE, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database, and China Scientific Journal Database (VIP) were conducted. References to the included literature, gray literature in Open Grey, and other relevant literature such as clinical studies registered in ClinicalTrials.gov, were also manually searched. Relevant data were extracted, and a meta-analysis was performed using Reviewer Manager 5.4. RESULTS The results of this study will be submitted to peer-reviewed journals. CONCLUSION This study provides high-quality evidence on the efficacy and safety of Shoutai pills in combination with dedrogesterone tablets for the treatment of preterm abortion.

Abstract
Background Pan Ji Sheng Formula is a Chinese medicine formula that enables heat-free detoxification as well as anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. This formula contains eight herbs. Its underlying mechanism is unknown. The bioactive ingredients were screened in our work, and the mechanism of this formula was investigated. Methods Using traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform (TCMSP), ingredients in Pan Ji Sheng Chinese medicine formula were screened, and we selected the main bioactive ingredients for web-based research. The targets of bioactive ingredients are primarily obtained from the SwissTargetPrediction and TCMSP databases, and the text mining method is used. STRING and Cytoscape were then used to examine the protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks. To explore the biological function and related pathways, functional annotation and pathway analysis were performed. Results This research discovered 96 bioactive ingredients. Then, 215 potential targets of bioactive ingredients were screened. Through the analysis of the PPI network, we discovered 25 key target genes, which can be described as hub target genes regulated by bioactive ingredients. Bioactive ingredients primarily regulate CASP3, AKT1, JUN, and other proteins. The formula works synergistically to enhance immune response and antiinfection by regulating immune-related pathways, TNF signaling pathways, and apoptosis. Conclusions A variety of bioactive ingredients in the formula could play roles in regulating CASP3, AKT1, and other genes in immune, infection, apoptosis, and tumor-related signaling pathways. Our data point the way forward for future studies on the mechanism of action of this formula.

Research on the Mechanism of Asperosaponin VI for Treating Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion by Bioinformatics Analysis and Experimental Validation. Abstract
Asperosaponin VI (AS6), as the quality marker of Dipsaci Radix, is verified to exert therapeutic effect on alleviating recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). However, due to the lack of relevant research, its molecular mechanism is still unclear. We retrieved targets for AS6 and RSA, and then used their overlapped targets for PPI analysis. In addition, we used GO and KEGG enrichment analyses, and molecular docking to investigate the anti-RSA mechanisms of AS6. Furthermore, we conducted in vitro experiments to validate the predictions of network pharmacology. Results showed that a total of 103 AS6-associated targets and 2084 RSA-associated targets, with 49 targets overlapped. GO enrichment analysis showed 845 significant biological processes like decidualization, while KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed 76 significant entries including 18 signaling pathways, which were closely linked to PI3K-Akt, HIF-1, TNF, IL-17, and VEGF signaling pathways, etc. Molecular docking findings verified that AS6 had tight link with the key targets including JUN, CASP3, STAT3, SRC, and PTGS2. Notably, in vitro experiments revealed that AS6 treatment could exert lower expressions of JUN, pro-CASP3, CASP3, STAT3, SRC, and PTGS2 in decidual cells compared with progesterone despite the expressions of STAT3, SRC, and PTGS2 with no significant difference, and mifepristone could interfere with the effects. In general, numerous targets and multiple pathways involve during the process of AS6 treatment against RSA. Moreover, our in vitro research first reported that AS6 may regulate the expressions of key targets (JUN, CASP3, STAT3, SRC, and PTGS2) in decidual cells to promote decidualization, thus treating RSA.

Abstract
In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), drug dosage is an important part of the prescription. Different doses of the same drug can have varying curative effects. Doctors must determine the drug combination and dosage in clinical practice based on the patient's symptoms and treatment efficacy. Existing studies on the prescription pattern of TCM on the treatment of osteoporosis only analyze the frequency that a certain drug combination is used, without considering the treatment efficacy or drug dosage. As a result, we searched for and recorded existing literature on randomized controlled trials of TCM treatment of osteoporosis, calculated weights based on the treatment efficacy of the prescriptions used in the randomized controlled trials, and created the TCM weighted transaction database. Then, a new multilevel Top-K weighted association rule algorithm is proposed to obtain effective prescription patterns that include drug dosages, which can assist doctors in clinical practice in choosing a combination of drugs to form a prescription with good curative effects.

Abstract
Chinese herbal formulae are the heritage of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treating diseases through thousands of years. The formula function is not just a simple herbal efficacy addition, but produces complex and nonlinear relationships between different herbs and their overall efficacy, which brings challenges to the formula efficacy analysis. In our study, we proposed a model called HPE-GCN that combines graph convolutional networks (GCN) with TCM-defined herbal properties (TCM-HPs) to predict formulae efficacy. In addition, to process the unstructured natural language in the formula text, we proposed a weighting calculation method related to herb frequency and the number of herbs in a formula called Formula-Herb dependence degree (FHDD), to assess the dependency degree of a formula with its herbs. In our research, 214 classic tonic formulae from ancient TCM books such as Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, Jingyue's Complete Works and the Golden Mirror of Medicin were collected as datasets. The performance of HPE-GCN on multi-classification of tonic formulae reached the best result compared with classic machine learning models, such as support vector machine, naive Bayes, logistic regression, gradient boosting decision tree, and K-nearest neighbors. The evaluated index Macro-Precision, Macro-Recall, Macro-F1 of HPE-GCN on the test set were 87.70%, 84.08% and 83.51% respectively, increased by 7.27%, 7.41% and 7.30% respectively from second best compared models. GCN has the advantage of low-dimensional feature expression for herbs and formulae, and is an effective analysis tool for TCM research. HPE-GCN integrates TCM-HPs and fits the complex nonlinear mapping relationship between TCM-HPs and formulae efficacy, which provides new ideas for related research.
