Abstract
Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (PCDLBCLs) represent approximately 10%-20% of primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas. They present as nodules in the skin or as rapidly growing aggressive behavior tumors with a poor prognosis. In this article, we report a case of PCDLBCL presented with an aggressively enlarging skin lesion on the right cheek. This case was diagnosed based on clinicopathological features and characteristic immunohistochemical expression. During the 11-month follow-up period, the patient showed significant clinical improvement after undergoing rituximab plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone, abbreviated as R-CHOP chemotherapy, without evidence of extracutaneous dissemination or disease relapse.

Photodynamic Therapy as an Effective Treatment for Cutaneous Lymphomas. Pharmaceutics 2022; 15:pharmaceutics15010047. Abstract
Topical photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a non-invasive treatment modality frequently used in dermatology to treat superficial skin cancers but also some inflammatory or infectious dermatoses. PDT appears a more and more promising therapeutic option also for cutaneous lymphomas, either of T- or B-cell origin. It is a well-tolerated treatment and has excellent cosmetic outcomes, less side effects compared to other therapies (steroids, surgery, radiotherapy, and so on), no particular contraindications, and is easily repeatable in case of relapses. However, how PDT works in the treatment of cutaneous lymphoproliferative diseases is poorly understood and the literature data are still controversial. Further randomized, controlled clinical trials involving a greater number of patients and centers with a long follow-up are necessary to assess the efficacy of PDT and establish a unique standardized treatment protocol in relation to the lymphomatous disease and the type, thickness, and location of the lesions.

Abstract
Primary cutaneous lymphomas are a rare group of diseases, with an estimated incidence of 0.5-1 case per 100,000 people per year. Primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas (pCBCLs) represent 25-30% of all primary cutaneous lymphomas. There are three main subtypes of pCBCL: primary cutaneous marginal zone lymphoma, primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma, and primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type. Cutaneous B-cell lymphomas have a broad spectrum of clinical presentations, which makes diagnostic and therapeutic strategies challenging. To date, treatment recommendations for cutaneous B-cell lymphomas have been largely based on small retrospective studies and institutional experience. Recently, the pharmacotherapeutic landscape has expanded to include drugs that may modify the underlying disease pathology of pCBCLs, representing new therapeutic modalities for this rare group of diseases. Novel therapies used for other systemic B-cell lymphomas show promise for the treatment of pCBCLs and are being increasingly considered. These new therapies are divided into five main groups: monoclonal antibodies, immune checkpoint inhibitors, small-molecule inhibitors, bispecific T-cell engaging, and chimeric antigen receptor T cell. In this review, we discuss the clinical, histopathological, molecular, and cytogenetic features of the most common pCBCL subtypes with a focus on current and innovative therapeutic developments in their management. These emerging treatment strategies for B-cell lymphomas and cutaneous B-cell lymphomas may represent novel first-line options for the management of these rare diseases.

Abstract
Cutaneous B-Cell Lymphoma is a rare type of cutaneous lymphoma with a plethora of clinical manifestations ranging from macules, papules, nodules, or plaques. The lesions are often painless and certain subtypes such as the primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma (PCFCL) are indolent. The disease is often misdiagnosed with other dermatoses including bacterial and fungal infections. Here we report a 55-year-old female patient with clinical manifestations resembling multibacillary leprosy that was then confirmed to be PCFCL through aid of dermoscopy and histopathology. The patient then undergone chemotherapy using the R-CHOP regiment which resulted in significant clinical improvement and no signs of metastases or extracutaneous involvement upon follow-up.

Abstract
BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES Primary cutaneous lymphomas are rare in pediatric patients. The clinical and histopathological manifestations may differ from those in adults. Due to their low frequency and the insidious clinical picture, the diagnosis is usually delayed. The Spanish Primary Cutaneous Lymphoma Registry was initiated in 2016 as a multicenter registry that would allow better insight into the epidemiological, clinical, histopathological, and treatment response characteristics of patients with primary cutaneous lymphomas. METHODS We conducted a prospective observational cohort study of primary cutaneous lymphomas in pediatric patients participating in the Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (AEDV) Primary Cutaneous Lymphoma Registry. RESULTS At the time of the analysis, 10 patients under 18 years of age out of 799 all-age cases (1.25%) had been included in the registry (7 males, 3 females). The mean age at diagnosis was 9.7 years (SD: 4.8). Seven (70%) had mycosis fungoides, 2 of them had the folliculotropic variant; and 3 (30%) had primary cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma. CONCLUSIONS Primary cutaneous lymphomas are extremely rare in pediatric patients and usually have a good prognosis. Therefore, a high level of suspicion is necessary for the diagnosis. We suggest management by experienced physicians and follow-up into adulthood.

Abstract
Primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas (PCBCL) are rare types of extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The choice of treatment usually depends on the variant of PCBCL, number, size, and location of the lesions, involved body surface area as well as patient's age and health condition. The efficacy of radiotherapy (RT) in the treatment of PCBCL has been widely reported conversely, data about the acute and late skin toxicity, patient's treatment satisfaction and quality of life are scarce. A systematic search using PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane library was performed to identify full original articles analyzing the safety of RT in patients with PCBCL with the primary outcome to assess the acute and late skin toxicity. Secondary outcomes were complete remission, disease free survival, and overall survival. The literature search resulted in 276 articles including eight studies assessing the safety of RT for the treatment of PCBCL. Most patients (median 73%, range 11.9-99.9%) were recorded as having acute skin toxicity of grade 1-2, while acute grade 3-4 toxicity occurred in a median of 8% (range 4-23%) of patients. A median of 20% (range 4-54%) of patients had late skin toxicity of grade 1-2. No late grade 3-4 toxicity was reported. Only one study evaluated patient's satisfaction showing that the 97% of patients were satisfied with radiation therapy. This systematic review confirms the safety of RT in the treatment of PCBCL. Patients with a PCBCL should be managed in highly specialized centers in the context of a multidisciplinary team including dermatologist, hematologist, pathologist, and radiation oncologist.
