Abstract
Alkenes are versatile building blocks in modern organic synthesis. In the difunctionalization reactions of alkenes, two functional groups can be simultaneously introduced into the π system. This is an efficient strategy for the synthesis of multifunctional compounds with complex structures and has the advantages of atom and step economy. Nitrogen-containing organic compounds are widely found in natural products and synthetic compounds, such as dyes, pesticides, medicines, artificial resins, and so on. Many natural products with high biological activity and a broad range of drugs have nitrogen-containing functional groups. The research on the construction methods of C-N bonds has always been one of the most important tasks in organic synthesis, especially in drug synthesis, and the synthetic methods starting from simple and easily available raw materials have been a topic of interest to chemists. The aminative difunctionalization of alkenes can efficiently construct C-N bonds, and at the same time, prepare some compounds that usually require multiple steps of reaction. It is one of the most effective strategies for the simple and efficient synthesis of functionalized nitrogen-containing compounds. This review outlines the major developments focusing on the transition metal-catalyzed or metal-free diamination, aminohalogenation, aminocarbonation, amino-oxidation and aminoboronation reactions of alkenes from 2015-2020.

Abstract
The development of benzoxazole containing drugs and research compounds has been discussed in the present review along with its varied pharmacological activities such as antimicrobial, antiinflammatory, anticancer, antiviral, antiasthmatic, antitubercular, anticonvulsant, lipid modulating, anticoagulants, antidiabetic and anthelmintic activities. The present review is a compilation of the biological activities determined in the research work conducted on benzoxazole-based compounds fused and linked with various other heterocycles.

Abstract
A Fe-catalyzed highly regioselective α,β-difunctionalization of vinylarenes with diphenylphosphine oxides and anilines is disclosed, in which α,β-aminophosphinoylation is efficiently and conveniently constructed with good functional compatibility and a broad substrate scope.

Abstract
Eighteen different bisphosphonates, including four clinically used bisphosphonate acids and their phosphoesters, were studied to evaluate how the bisphosphonate structure affects binding to bone. Bisphosphonates with weak bone affinity, such as clodronate, could not bind to hydroxyapatite after the addition of one ester group. Medronate retained its ability to bind after the addition of one ester group, and hydroxy-bisphosphonates could bind even after the addition of two ester groups. Thus, several bisphosphonate esters are clearly bone binding compounds. The following conclusions about bisphosphonate binding emerge: (1) a hydroxyl group in the geminal carbon takes part in the binding process and increases the bisphosphonate's ability to bind to bone; (2) the bisphosphonate's ability to bind decreases when the amount of ester groups increases; and (3) the location of the ester groups affects the bisphosphonate's binding ability.
