Abstract
OBJECTIVE Recent studies have indicated that HOTTIP and MEG3 are associated with the initiation and progression of various types of tumors, including nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). This investigation aimed to elucidate the impact of HOTTIP and MEG3 polymorphisms on the susceptibility and clinicopathologic characteristics of NPC. METHODS This research employed next-generation sequencing and multiplex PCR to assess the polymorphisms of HOTTIP rs1859168 and MEG3 rs7158663 in 200 NPC and 200 healthy individuals respectively. HOTTIP and MEG3 expression were assessed via qRT-PCR assessment. Furthermore, the genotypes and alleles frequency of rs1859168 and rs7158663 were compared between healthy and NPC individuals to elucidate their influence on NPC susceptibility and relation with clinicopathologic characteristics. RESULTS In comparison with the healthy cohort, the presence of HOTTIP rs1859168 CC genotype and the C allele were markedly linked with increased NPC incidence (p < 0.05). Furthermore, the MEG3 rs7158663 AA genotype and the A allele also indicated an increased risk of NPC (p < 0.05). The subgroup analysis of age, EBV infection, gender, nationality, smoking, and drinking status revealed no marked association between rs1859168 and rs7158663 genotypes and these potential confounding factors. Moreover, it was observed that rs1859168 CC and rs7158663 AA genotypes were related to local tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis. Additionally, HOTTIP indicated a marked elevation, while MEG3 substantially reduced in NPC samples than the normal nasopharyngeal biospecimens. Patients who carried CC or CA genotypes rather than the HOTTIP rs1859168 AA genotype, had substantially higher HOTTIP levels, while patients with rs7158663 AA or GA genotypes indicated notably lower expression of MEG3 than GG genotype carriers. CONCLUSION Individuals with genetic variants of HOTTIP rs1859168 and MEG3 rs7158663 might have an increased risk of NPC susceptibility and related clinicopathologic characteristics, potentially by affecting the expression of HOTTIP and MEG3.

Abstract
Background: Sepsis is a severe systemic reaction disease induced by bacteria and virus invading the bloodstream and subsequently causing multiple systemic organ dysfunctions. For example, the kidney may stop producing urine, or the lungs may stop taking in oxygen. Recent studies have shown that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are related to the dysfunction of organs in sepsis. This study aims to screen and validate the sepsis-associated lncRNAs and their functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).Result: Unconditional multiple logistic regression based on the recessive model (adjusted odds ratio = 2.026, 95% CI = 1.156–3.551, p = 0.0136) showed that patients with the CC genotype of rs579501 had increased risk of sepsis. Stratification analysis by age and gender indicated that patients with the rs579501 CC genotype had higher risk of sepsis among children aged <12 months (adjusted odds ratio = 2.638, 95% CI = 1.167–5.960, p = 0.0197) and in male patients (adjusted odds ratio = 2.232, 95% CI = 1.127–4.421, p = 0.0213). We also found a significant relationship between rs579501 and severe sepsis risk (CC versus AA/AC: adjusted odds ratio = 2.466, 95% CI = 1.346–4.517, p = 0.0035). Stratification analysis for prognosis and number of organ dysfunctions demonstrated that the rs579501 CC genotype increased non-survivors’ risk (adjusted odds ratio = 2.827, 95% CI = 1.159–6.898, p = 0.0224) and one to two organs with dysfunction risk (adjusted odds ratio = 2.253, 95% CI = 1.011–5.926, p = 0.0472).Conclusion: Our findings showed that the lnc-ZNF33B-2:1 rs579501 CC genotype increases the susceptibility to sepsis. From the medical perspective, the lnc-ZNF33B-2:1 rs579501 CC genotype could be serving as a biochemical marker for sepsis.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Systematic research on the associations between vital single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in MALAT1 and cancer risk was still lacking. Thus, we performed this study. MATERIALS AND METHODS The literature searches were until April 1, 2022. The pooled association-analysis results were assessed by odds ratios (ORs) and the corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs) in three genetic models. In addition, we explored the potential functions of MALAT1 and its vital SNPs based on several public websites. RESULTS Eighteen articles about four SNPs (rs619586, rs664589, rs1194338, and rs3200401) involving 11,843 cancer cases and 14,682 controls were collected. Rs619586, rs664589, and rs1194338 were associated with cancer risk (all P-value < 0.05). Each SNP of the three was significantly related to the risk of colorectal cancer (CRC), and rs619586 correlated with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) risk (all P-value < 0.05). The three SNPs might affect the transcription factor, promoter, or enhancer functions. MALAT1 expressed significantly higher in CRC and HCC than in normal tissues. The respective area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of MALAT1 for CRC and HCC patients was 0.783 and 0.864. Moreover, survival analysis indicated that MALAT1 might be a potential prognostic marker of CRC and HCC (all relevant P-value < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS The functional SNPs in MALAT1 correlated with cancer risk. MALAT1 and its vital functional SNPs might be potential biomarkers for predicting the risk and prognosis of two types of cancer, especially CRC. Further investigations are needed to confirm our present findings.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are used to stratify the risk of gastric cancer. However, no study included gastric cancer-related long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) SNPs into the risk model for evaluation. This study aimed to replicate the associations of 21 lncRNA SNPs and to construct an individual risk prediction model for gastric cancer. METHODS The bioinformatics method was used to screen gastric cancer-related lncRNA functional SNPs and verified in population. Gastric cancer risk prediction models were constructed using verified SNPs based on polygenic risk scores (PRSs). RESULTS Twenty-one SNPs were screened, and the multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that 14 lncRNA SNPs were significantly associated with gastric cancer. In the distribution of genetic risk score in cases and controls, the mean value of PRS in cases was higher than that in controls. Approximately 20.1% of the cases was caused by genetic variation (P = 1.9 × 10-34) in optimal PRS model. The individual risk of gastric cancer in the lowest 10% of PRS was 82.1% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.102, 0.314) lower than that of the general population. The risk of gastric cancer in the highest 10% of PRS was 5.75-fold that of the general population (95% CI: 3.09, 10.70). The introduction of family history of tumor (area under the curve, 95% CI: 0.752, 0.69-0.814) and Helicobacter pylori infection (area under the curve, 95% CI: 0.773, 0.702-0.843) on the basis of PRS could significantly improve the recognition ability of the model. DISCUSSION PRSs based on lncRNA SNPs could identify individuals with high risk of gastric cancer and combined with risk factors could improve the stratification.

Impacts of LOC105371267 Variants on Breast Cancer Susceptibility in Northern Chinese Han Females: A Population-Based Case-Control Study. JOURNAL OF ONCOLOGY 2021; 2021:4990695. Abstract
Background LOC105371267, also known as PR-lncRNA1, was reported to be a p53-regulated long noncoding RNA (lncRNA), which played an essential role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer (BC). We aimed to observe the potential association between LOC105371267 polymorphisms and BC risk in Northern Chinese Han females. Methods Totally, 555 healthy individuals and 561 patients with BC were recruited. Five candidate SNPs (rs6499221, rs3931698, rs8044565, rs3852740, and rs111577197) of LOC105371267 were genotyped with the Agena MassARRAY system. Odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were applied to evaluate the relationship of LOC105371267 genetic polymorphisms with BC susceptibility. Additionally, stratification analysis based on clinical features and haplotype analysis were also conducted. Finally, multifactor dimensionality reduction (MDR) analysis was performed to assess the SNP-SNP interaction among LOC105371267 variants, and false-positive report probability (FPRP) analysis was used to validate the result of this study. Results In this study, rs3931698 was a protective factor of BC in total (GG homozygote: OR = 0.30, 95% CI: 0.11–0.82, p=0.018; recessive model: OR = 0.30, 95% CI: 0.11–0.84, p=0.021). In stratification analysis based on the average age of 52 years and clinical characteristics (PR status, III-IV TNM stage), rs3931698 was also demonstrated to be associated with BC susceptibility. In addition, rs6499221 and rs3852740 were also associated with BC susceptibility among patients at age <52 years and patients with BC in a positive status. Thus, the haplotype analysis had a negative result for the incidence of BC (p > 0.05), and haplotype consisting of rs8044565 and rs111577197 was nonsignificantly associated with the BC risk. Finally, MDR and FPRP analyses also validated the result of this study. Conclusion Polymorphisms rs3931698, rs6499221, and rs3852740 of LOC105371267 were found to be associated with the risk of BC in total, and stratification analysis in the Northern Chinese Han females suggested that LOC105371267 variants might be helpful to predict BC progression.

Abstract
LncRNA HOTTIP is a new lncRNA that is strictly linked to the susceptibility, growth, propagation, and prognosis of several human cancers together with colorectal cancer. lncRNA HOTTIP rs1859168 may confer colorectal cancer susceptibility through regulating its gene expression level. To elucidate its role in colorectal cancer risk, we genotyped rs1859168 A>C and measured serum HOTTIP expression level in colorectal cancer, adenomatous polyposis patients and controls by real-time polymerase chain reaction. The results displayed that rs1859168 A>C single-nucleotide polymorphism is a risk factor for colorectal cancer among adenomatous polyposis patients and controls, AC versus CC genotypes [adjusted odds ratio (OR) = 2.256, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 1.316-3.868, P = 0.003] when compared with controls and (adjusted OR = 9.521, 95% CI = 3.330-27.217, P < 0.0001) when compared with adenomatous polyposis. Serum HOTTIP was upregulated in the colorectal cancer group when compared with adenomatous polyposis or controls [median (interquartile range) = 3.64 (2.46-5.02) (P < 0.0001)]. A significant difference in serum HOTTIP was found to be associated with different rs1859168 genotypes. rs1859168 A>C and higher serum HOTTIP were significantly associated with distant metastasis, lymph nodes metastasis, and grade III of colorectal cancer. Both rs8159168 and high HOTTIP confer increased risk for colorectal cancer development. [Figure: see text].

Abstract
BACKGROUND Polymorphisms of long noncoding RNAs are lately documented as hazardous factors for the development of numerous tumors. Furthermore, the evaluation of noncoding RNAs has emerged as a novel detector of breast cancer patients. We aimed to genotype the HOXA transcript at the distal tip (HOTTIP) rs1859168 and assess its relationship with the levels of the serum HOTTIP and its target miR-615-3p in patients with breast cancer (BC). METHODS One hundred and fifty-one patients with BC, 139 patients with fibroadenoma (FA), and 143 healthy participants were incorporated into the current study. The genotyping of rs1859168 and the measurements of the HOTTIP and miR-615-3p levels were assessed using quantitative real-time PCR. RESULTS We revealed a significant association between each of the CC genotypes, C allele, dominant and recessive models, and the increased risk of BC (p = 0.013, p < 0.001, p < 0.001, and p < 0.001, respectively) relative to the healthy controls. Similarly, the CC genotype, C allele, and recessive model were observed to be related to the increased incidence of BC with respect to FA (p < 0.001 for all). A significant upregulation of HOTTIP and a marked decrease of miR-615-3p were verified in patients with BC compared to each of the healthy individuals, patients with FA, and the non-BC group (healthy subjects + FA) (p < 0.001 for all). A significant negative correlation was demonstrated between the expression of HOTTIP and miR-615-3p in the serum of patients with BC. The HOTTIP expression was upregulated, while that of miR-615-3p was downregulated in patients with BC who carried the CC genotype with respect to those who carried the AA or AC genotypes (p < 0.05 for all). CONCLUSIONS The genetic variants of rs1859168 are linked to an increased susceptibility to BC. Moreover, HOTTIP and miR-615-3p may be used as novel indicators and targets for the treatment of patients with BC.

Background The expression signature of deregulated long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and related genetic variants is implicated in every stage of tumorigenesis, progression, and recurrence. This study aimed to explore the association of lncRNA cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2B antisense RNA 1 (CDKN2B-AS1) gene expression and the rs2383207A>G intronic variant with breast cancer (BC) risk and prognosis and to verify the molecular role and networks of this lncRNA in BC by bioinformatics gene analysis. Methods Serum CDKN2B-AS1 relative expression and rs2383207 genotypes were determined in 214 unrelated women (104 primary BC and 110 controls) using real-time PCR. Sixteen BC studies from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) including 8925 patients were also retrieved for validation of results. Results CDKN2B-AS1 serum levels were upregulated in the BC patients relative to controls. A/A genotype carriers were three times more likely to develop BC under homozygous (OR = 3.27, 95% CI 1.20–8.88, P = 0.044) and recessive (OR = 3.17, 95% CI 1.20–8.34, P = 0.013) models. G/G homozygous patients had a higher expression level [median and quartile values were 3.14 (1.52–4.25)] than A/G [1.42 (0.93–2.35)] and A/A [1.62 (1.33–2.51)] cohorts (P = 0.006). The Kaplan–Meier curve also revealed a higher mean survival duration of G/G cohorts (20.6 months) compared to their counterparts (A/A: 15.8 and A/G: 17.2 months) (P < 0.001). Consistently, BC data sets revealed better survival in cohorts with high expression levels (P = 0.003). Principal component analysis (PCA) showed a deviation of patients who had shorter survival towards A/A and A/G genotypes, multiple lesions, advanced stage, lymphovascular invasion, and HER2+ receptor staining. Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) showed key genes highly enriched in BC with CDKN2B-AS1. Conclusions The findings support the putative role of CDKN2B-AS1 as an epigenetic marker in BC and open a new avenue for its potential use as a therapeutic molecular target in this type of cancer. Abstract
Gastric cancer (GC) cells were sorted into six groups: NC, different concentrations of gentiopi-croside, pcDNA-NC, pcDNA-Nrf2, pcDNA-NC + gentiopicroside, and pcDNA-Nrf2 + gentiopicroside. The detection and comparison of cell survival and apoptosis showed that the activity of GC cells
decreased and the apoptosis rate increased after gentiopicroside treatment. Western blot detection was performed to determine the expression levels of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), B-cell leukemia/lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2)-associated X protein (Bax), Bcl-2, Kelch-like epichlorohydrin-associated
protein 1 (Keap1), nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2), and antioxidant response element (ARE). Kits were used to determine the malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase activity. The MDA
content, NADPH oxidase activity, and Keap1 and Bax expression levels increased, and the SOD activity and Bcl-2, PCNA, Nrf2, and ARE expression levels decreased. Nrf2 overexpression increased the cell activity, SOD activity, and Nrf2, ARE, PCNA, and Bcl-2 expression levels and reduced the apoptosis
rate, MDA content, NADPH oxidase activity, and Bax and Keap1 expression levels. At the same time, Nrf2 overexpression reversed the effects of gentiopicroside on oxidative stress and apoptosis of GC cells. These results suggest that gentiopicroside probably promotes oxidative stress and apoptosis
of GC cells by inhibiting the Keap1/Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway.

Abstract
Tumor-derived exosomes that inherit molecular information on parental cells hold great promise for cancer diagnostics. Currently, two main technical challenges, time-consuming and labor-intensive isolation of exosome and nucleic acid extraction with limited recovery that have restricted the detection of ultralow abundance exosomal nucleic acids. Here, we proposed a simple, efficient and "lab in a tube" system for the detection of exosomal nucleic acids, which fully integrated exosomes enrichment using immunomagnetic beads (IMB) (10 min), fast exosomes lysis based on NP-40 lysate (5 min) and sensitive loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) in a tube. This method was demonstrated by detecting two exosomal long noncoding RNA biomarkers of gastric cancer (HOTTIP and lncRNA-GC1) with a dynamic detection ranging from 300 ng/μL to 10 ng/μL, and the detection limit of LAMP was 10 ng/μL. Additionally, this platform exhibited good performance in the analysis of exosomal HOTTIP RNA directly in human serum samples, which has the potential for detection of low-abundance exosomal nucleic acid biomarkers from cancers.

Abstract
Objective Cervical cancer is one of the most common female malignancies worldwide and represents a major global health challenge. The fast growth of tumor and high rates of metastasis still lead to a poor prognosis of cervical cancer patients. It is urgent to clarify the mechanism and identify predictive biomarkers for the treatment of cervical cancer. Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) have been identified in cervical cancer and are related to malignant phenotypes of cervical cancer cells. However, the roles and mechanism of LncRNA deleted in lymphocytic leukemia (DLEU2) in the tumorigenesis and progression of cervical cancer remain unknown. Materials and Methods qPCR was performed to analyze the expression of DLEU2, Cyclin D1, CDK4, Bax, Bcl2 and mi-128-3p. Western blot was performed to detect the cell cycle hallmarks expression. CCK8 was used to examine cell proliferation. Cellular apoptosis was analyzed by Hoechst 33,258 staining and AV/PI staining with flow cytometry. Cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry. The xenograft model in nude mice was used to elucidate the function of DLEU2 in vivo. Bioinformatics analysis and luciferase reporter assay were proceeded to clarify whether miR-128-3p directly binds with lncRNA DLEU2. Pull‑down assay and RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation assay were used for exploring the relationship between DLEU2 and miR-128-3p. Results We demonstrated that DLEU2 was upregulated in cervical cancer tumor tissues. Downregulation of DLEU2 inhibited cell proliferation, induced apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase of cervical cancer cells in vitro, and suppressed tumor growth in vivo. Further, LncRNA DLEU2 is one of the targets of miR-128-3p. miR-128-3p inhibitor abrogated the cell proliferation suppressed by knockdown of DLEU2, apoptosis induced by knockdown of DLEU2 and reversed the expression of cell cycle hallmarks regulated by knockdown of DLEU2. Conclusion Taken together, these results suggested knockdown of DLEU2 inhibited cervical cancer progression via targeting miR-128-3p.

Abstract
Introduction Increasing studies have demonstrated that noncoding RNAs, including miRNAs and lncRNAs, have vital roles in mediating cancer progression. However, the expression features and biological functions of LINC00689 in gastric cancer (GC) remain largely unknown. This study was designed to investigate the functions of LINC00689, miR-526b-3p and ADAM9 as well as their interactions in GC. Methods Real time PCR(RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of LINC0068, miR-526b-3p and ADAM9 in both GC tissues or cell lines. Gain- and loss- of functions of assays were conducted to verify the role of LINC0068, miR-526b-3p and ADAM9 in GC development. Cell proliferation were determined by CCK8 assay and transwell assay and scratch wound-healing assay were used to test cell invasion and migration. Further, the relationships between LINC00689 and miR-526b-3p, miR-526b-3p and ADAM9 were predicted by bioinformatics analysis and then proved by Luciferase reporter assay and RNA Immunoprecipitation(RIP) assay. Results We found that LINC00689 was upregulated in GC tissues and positively correlated with advanced tumor stage and tumor size, while miR-526b-3p was downregulated. Furthermore, gain- and loss-of-function experiments revealed that LINC00689 promoted the proliferation, migration, invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of GC cells, while miR-526b-3p had the opposite effects. The underlying mechanisms indicated that LINC00689 functioned as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) by sponging miR-526b-3p in GC cells. Further investigations confirmed that ADAM9 was a direct target of miR-526b-3p and positively modulated the progression of GC. Conclusion Our study suggests that LINC00689 functions as a novel oncogenic lncRNA in the development of GC by promoting ADAM9 expression through suppression of miR-526b-3p.

Abstract
Gastric cancer as a common human malignancy has been associated with aberrant expressions of several coding and non-coding genes. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) as regulators of gene expressions at different genomic, transcriptomic and post-transcriptomic levels are among putative biomarkers and therapeutic targets in gastric cancer. In the present study, we have searched available literature and listed lncRNAs that are involved in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer. In addition, we discuss associations between expressions of these lncRNAs and tumoral features or risk factors for gastric cancer. Based on the established role of lncRNAs in regulation of genomic stability, cell cycle, apoptosis, angiogenesis and other aspects of cell physiology, the potential of these transcripts as therapeutic targets in gastric cancer should be evaluated in future studies.

Abstract
In the last decade, it has been demonstrated that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in cancer development. The great majority of studies on lncRNAs report alterations, principally on their expression profiles, in several tumor types with respect to the normal tissues of origin. Conversely, since lncRNAs constitute a relatively novel class of RNAs compared to protein-coding transcripts (mRNAs), the landscape of their mutations and variations has not yet been extensively studied. However, in recent years an ever-increasing number of articles have described mutations of lncRNAs. Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that occur within the lncRNA transcripts can affect the structure and function of these RNA molecules, while the presence of a SNP in the promoter region of a lncRNA could alter its expression level. Also, somatic mutations that occur within lncRNAs have been shown to exert important effects in cancer and preliminary data are promising. Overall, the evidence suggests that SNPs and somatic mutation on lncRNAs may play a role in the pathogenesis of cancer, and indicates strong potential for further development of lncRNAs as biomarkers.

Abstract
Several studies have suggested that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) gene polymorphisms are associated with cancer risk. In the present study, we conducted a meta-analysis related to studies on the association between lncRNA single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and the overall risk of cancer. A total of 12 SNPs in five common lncRNA genes were finally included in the meta-analysis. In the lncRNA antisense non-coding RNA (ncRNA) in the INK4 locus (ANRIL), the rs1333048 A/C, rs4977574 A/G, and rs10757278 A/G polymorphisms, but not rs1333045 C/T, were correlated with overall cancer risk. Our study also demonstrated that other SNPs were correlated with overall cancer risk, namely, metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1, rs619586 A/G), HOXA distal transcript antisense RNA (HOTTIP, rs1859168 A/C), and highly up-regulated in liver cancer (HULC, rs7763881 A/C). Moreover, four prostate cancer-associated ncRNA 1 (PRNCR1, rs16901946 G/A, rs13252298 G/A, rs1016343 T/C, and rs1456315 G/A) SNPs were in association with cancer risk. No association was found between the PRNCR1 (rs7007694 C/T) SNP and the risk of cancer. In conclusion, our results suggest that several studied lncRNA SNPs are associated with overall cancer risk. Therefore, they might be potential predictive biomarkers for the risk of cancer. More studies based on larger sample sizes and more lncRNA SNPs are warranted to confirm these findings.

Abstract
Long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been illustrated to function as important regulators in carcinogenesis and cancer progression. However, the roles of lncRNA NNT‐AS1 in gastric cancer remain unclear. In the present study, we investigate the biological role of NNT‐AS1 in gastric cancer tumorigenesis. Results revealed that NNT‐AS1 expression level was significantly up‐regulated in GC tissue and cell lines compared with adjacent normal tissue and normal cell lines. The ectopic overexpression of NNT‐AS1 indicated the poor prognosis of GC patients. In vitro experiments validated that NNT‐AS1 knockdown suppressed the proliferation and invasion ability and induced the GC cell cycle progression arrest at G0/G1 phase. In vivo xenograft assay, NNT‐AS1 silencing decreased the tumour growth of GC cells. Bioinformatics online program predicted that miR‐424 targeted the 3′‐UTR of NNT‐AS1. Luciferase reporter assay, RNA‐immunoprecipitation (RIP) and RNA pull‐down assay validated the molecular binding within NNT‐AS1 and miR‐424, therefore jointly forming the RNA‐induced silencing complex (RISC). Moreover, E2F1 was verified to act as the target gene of NNT‐AS1/miR‐424, indicating the NNT‐AS1/miR‐424/E2F1 axis. In conclusion, our study indicates that NNT‐AS1 sponges miR‐424/E2F1 to facilitate GC tumorigenesis and cycle progress, revealing the oncogenic role of NNT‐AS1 for GC.
