Abstract
The synthesis of novel metal-organic coordination polymers (MOCP) with the chemical formula [Mn2L (SCN)2(OH)2]3·CH3OH [L = 1,5-bis(pyridine-4-ylmethylene) carbonohydrazide] {1} was accomplished using two different techniques: solvothermal and sonochemical ultrasonic-assisted. An investigation was carried out to examine the impact of various factors such as reaction time, sonication power, temperature, and reactant concentration on the morphology and size of the crystals. Interestingly, it was found that sonication power and temperature did not affect the crystals' morphology and size. To further analyze the prepared microcrystals of MOCPs, SEM was utilized to examine their surface morphology, and XRD, elemental evaluation composition. The identification of the functional groups present in the prepared Mn-MOCPs was accomplished through the utilization of FT-IR spectroscopy. Subsequently, the calcination of 1 in an air atmosphere at 650 °C led to the formation of Mn3O4 nanoparticles. The geometric and electronic structure of the MOCPs was evaluated using density functional theory (DFT). The utilization of molecular docking methodologies demonstrated that the best cavity of the human androgen receptor possessed an interaction energy of -116.3 kJ mol-1. This energy encompassed a combination of both bonding and non-bonding interactions. The Results showed that steric interaction and electrostatic potential are the main interactions in AR polymer and Mn(II). These interactions in the defined cavity indicated that this polymer could be an effective anti-prostate candidate, because AR is involved in the growth of prostate cancer cells, and these interactions indicated the inhibition of prostate cancer cell growth.

Abstract
Two new Ag(I) coordination polymers, namely [Ag(bpp)]·0.5 n(1,5-NDSA)·n(H2O) (1) and [Ag2(bpp)2]n·n(2,7-NDSA)·2 n(H2O)·n(CH3CN) (2) (Na2(1,5-NDSA) = sodium 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonate dibasic, Na2(2,7-NDSA) = sodium 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonate dibasic, bpp is 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane), were generated via the solution evaporation method under room temperature. Moreover, the solids of these two compounds display strong luminescence emission at RT. And the application values of the compounds against the glioblastoma treatment were determined, and the corresponding mechanism was simultaneously tested. The analysis of CCK-8 was first implemented and the glioblastoma viability was measured. The real-time RT-PCR was next performed, and the signaling pathway activation of VEGF in glioblastoma cells was tested after treating by the above compound.

Abstract
The title compound, poly[[μ4-5-carboxy-4-carboxylato-2-(pyridin-4-yl)-1H-imidazol-1-ido]disilver(I)], [Ag2(C10H5N3O4)]n, was synthesized by reacting silver nitrate with 2-(pyridin-4-yl)-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3PyIDC) under hydrothermal conditions. The asymmetric unit contains two crystallographically independent Ag(I) cations and one unique HPyIDC(2-) anion. Both Ag(I) cations are three-coordinated in distorted T-shaped coordination geometries. One Ag(I) cation is coordinated by one N and two O atoms from two HPyIDC(2-) anions, while the other is bonded to one O and two N atoms from two HPyIDC(2-) anions. It is interesting to note that the HPyIDC(2-) group acts as a μ4-bridging ligand to link the Ag(I) cations into a three-dimensional framework, which can be simplified as a diamondoid topology. The thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of the title compound have also been studied.
