Analysis of Sports Injury Estimation Model Based on Mutation Fuzzy Neural Network

In recent years, with the gradual development of sports, the competition between athletes is becoming more and more fierce. The long training time and heavy body load of athletes lead to the increase of the incidence of sports injury, and the evaluation and analysis of athletes' sports injury need a lot of manpower and material resources. In order to improve the calculation efficiency of sports injury estimation results and save the cost of estimation and analysis, we propose a sports injury estimation model based on the algorithm model of mutation fuzzy neural network. The sports injury model constructed in this paper can not only systematically evaluate and analyze the degree of sports injury of athletes, but also improve the accuracy and efficiency; at the same time, it has universality for the evaluation and analysis of the degree of sports injury. The construction of this model provides the theoretical basis of big data algorithm for the prevention of sports injury and the application of mutation fuzzy neural network in the field of sports.

Application of Neural Network Algorithm Based on Principal Component Image Analysis in Band Expansion of College English Listening

With the development of information technology, band expansion technology is gradually applied to college English listening teaching. This technology aims to recover broadband speech signals from narrowband speech signals with a limited frequency band. However, due to the limitations of current voice equipment and channel conditions, the existing voice band expansion technology often ignores the high-frequency and low-frequency correlation of the audio, resulting in excessive smoothing of the recovered high-frequency spectrum, too dull subjective hearing, and insufficient expression ability. In order to solve this problem, a neural network model PCA-NN (principal components analysis-neural network) based on principal component image analysis is proposed. Based on the nonlinear characteristics of the audio image signal, the model reduces the dimension of high-dimensional data and realizes the effective recovery of the high-frequency detailed spectrum of audio signal in phase space. The results show that the PCA-NN, i.e., neural network based on principal component analysis, is superior to other audio expansion algorithms in subjective and objective evaluation; in log spectrum distortion evaluation, PCA-NN algorithm obtains smaller LSD. Compared with EHBE, Le, and La, the average LSD decreased by 2.286 dB, 0.51 dB, and 0.15 dB, respectively. The above results show that in the image frequency band expansion of college English listening, the neural network algorithm based on principal component analysis (PCA-NN) can obtain better high-frequency reconstruction accuracy and effectively improve the audio quality.

Analysis of English Multitext Reading Comprehension Model Based on Deep Belief Neural Network

In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and low efficiency of answer prediction in machine reading comprehension, a multitext English reading comprehension model based on the deep belief neural network is proposed. Firstly, the paragraph selector in the multitext reading comprehension model is constructed. Secondly, the text reader is designed, and the deep belief neural network is introduced to predict the question answering probability. Finally, the popular English dataset of SQuAD is used for test analysis. The final results show that, after the comparative analysis of different learning methods, it is found that the English multitext reading comprehension model has a strong reading comprehension ability. In addition, two evaluation methods are used to score the overall performance of the model, which shows that the overall score of the English multitext reading comprehension model based on the deep confidence neural network is more than 90, and the efficiency will not be reduced because of the change of the number of documents in the dataset. The above results show that the use of the deep belief neural network to improve the probability generation performance of the model can well solve the task of English multitext reading comprehension, effectively reduce the difficulty of machine reading comprehension in multitask reading, and has a good guiding significance for promoting human convenient Internet knowledge acquisition.

Optimization Algorithm of Tourism Security Early Warning Information System Based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM)

Tourism safety is the focus of the tourism industry. It is not only related to the safety of tourists' lives and property, but also related to social stability and sustainable development of the tourism industry. However, the security early warning of many scenic spots focuses on the response measures and remedial plans after the occurrence of security incidents, and the staff of many scenic spots have limited security awareness and information analysis ability, which is prone to lag in information release, and do not pay attention to the information of potential security problems. Therefore, this paper studies the optimization algorithm of the tourism security early warning information system based on the LSTM model and uses the recurrent neural network and LSTM to improve the processing and prediction ability of time-series data. The experimental results show that the number of three hidden layers in the tourism security early warning information system based on the LSTM model can reduce the training time of the model and improve the performance. Compared with the tourism safety early warning information system based on the BP neural network, it has better accuracy and stability, has better processing and prediction ability for time series data, and can monitor and analyze data scientifically in real-time and dynamically analyze data.

The Nexus between Big Data and Sustainability: An Analysis of Current Trends and Developments

With the development of technological innovations, Big Data is transforming the socio-economic world, impacting almost every organization and person. The transformations associated with the development of Big Data have important consequences for the sustainability of organizations, regions, and the society as a whole, and as such, they have been specifically addressed by the academic literature focusing on sustainability. Despite its importance, and perhaps because of its rapid emergence, there is a lack of studies dealing with the analysis of this body of literature and its trends. The current research attempts to fill this gap. The study develops a bibliometric and visualization analysis of the literature on the nexus between Big Data and Sustainability. The research analyzes 726 documents on this topic, published until the end of 2020, in the Web of Science Core Collection database through the VOSviewer software. The results indicate the main trends and developments on the topic related to the most cited papers, authors, publications, institutions, and countries. The visualized frameworks, structures and trends are useful for both researchers and practitioners, as they can help them understand the current situation, issues to consider, and main developments on the topic.
