Abstract
AIM Assessment of contemporary canal medicaments (Triple antibiotic paste (TAP), Bio-C Temp, and Nano silver gel activated by visible blue light on the dentin microhardness (MH) and push-out bond strength (PBS) of AH plus endodontic sealer. METHOD Sixty extracted premolars were obtained and decontaminated. Canal cleaning and shaping were performed. The samples were randomly allocated into four groups based on the intracanal medicaments. Group 1= CH paste, Group 2= TAP, Group 3= Bio-C Temp, and Group 4= Nano-silver gel activated by visible blue light. MH assessment was performed using a Vickers Microhardness tester. Forty specimens, ten from each group underwent root canal obturation. PBS and failure mode evaluation were performed. ANOVA and Post Hoc Tukey test were utilized to conduct intra and inter-group comparisons. RESULTS The maximum outcome of surface hardness was presented by Group-3 (Bio-C Temp®) specimens. However, minimum scores of MH were displayed by Group 1 (CH) treated teeth. The highest outcomes of EBS were exhibited by the cervical third of Group 3 (Bio-C Temp®) samples. The apical section of Group 4 Teeth with Nano Silver gel activated by visible blue light revealed the lowest scores of bond integrity. CONCLUSION Bio-C Temp and TAP proved to be better intracanal medicament than other tested groups in terms of the push-out bond strength of the sealer. TAP displayed lower microhardness as compared to the Bio-C Temp.

Abstract
AIM This study aimed to compare the bond strength of AH Plus sealer to root canal dentin when used with or without various antibiotics including amoxicillin, clindamycin, and triple antibiotic mixture (TAM). MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 80 single-rooted extracted human teeth were instrumented and obturated with gutta-percha and four different sealer-antibiotic combinations (n = 20). Group I: AH Plus without any antibiotics, Group II: AH Plus with amoxicillin, Group III: AH Plus with clindamycin, and Group IV: AH Plus with TAM. After seven days, the roots were sectioned perpendicular to their long axis and 1 mm thick slices were obtained from the midroots. The specimens were subjected to a push-out bond strength test and failure modes were also evaluated. Data was analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn's post hoc tests. RESULTS Group IV had significantly higher bond strength compared to other groups (p ≤ 0.05). No significant differences were found between other groups. While the sealer-antibiotic groups predominantly showed cohesive failure modes, the control group displayed both cohesive and mixed failure modes. CONCLUSION Within the limitations of this study, the addition of TAM increased the push-out bond strength of AH Plus. CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE Amoxicillin, clindamycin, or TAM can be added to AH Plus for increased antibacterial efficacy without concern about their effects on the bond strength of the sealer. Abstract
OBJECTIVES This study aims to formulate metronidazole liquid nanocapsules (MTZLNC) and evaluate their effect on the physicochemical and biological properties of calcium silicate-based bioactive endodontic cements, in vitro. METHODS A MTZLNC suspension was formulated by deposition of the preformed polymer and characterized by laser diffraction and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Calcium silicate (CS) was mixed with a radiopaque agent (calcium tungstate - CaWO4), at 10 wt%, to produce the cement powder. Cements liquids were used with two concentrations of MTZLNC suspension: 0.3 mg/ml and 0.15 mg/ml. Cements prepared with distilled water were used as the control. The radiopacity, setting time, and flow were evaluated following ISO 6876:2012. The compressive strength analysis was conducted according to ISO 9917:2007. pH and mineral deposition were evaluated after immersion in simulated body fluid (SBF). Cell behavior was evaluated by the viability of pre-osteoblastic cells and pulp fibroblasts by SRB and MTT and the antibacterial activity against Enterococcus faecalis was analyzed immediately and after nine months of water storage. RESULTS MTZLNCs were formulated with a median diameter of 148 nm and 83.44 % load efficiency. Increased flow and reduced strength were observed for both MTZLNCs concentrations. The incorporation of MTZLNCs maintained the ability of cements to increase pH media and promote mineral deposition over the samples, without promoting cytotoxicity. A 2 log10 reduction in E. faecalis CFU was observed immediately and after nine months in water storage. CONCLUSION The formulation of MTZLNCs allowed the development of antibacterial calcium silicate-based-cements with suitable physicochemical properties and bioactivity, with a reduction in mechanical strength. The 0.3 mg/ml concentration in cements liquid promoted effective and sustainable antibacterial activity.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Inter-appointment medication of the root canals with appropriate intracanal medicaments has been advocated to improve root canal disinfection. Graphene oxide (GO) has shown promising antimicrobial activity against a wide range of microorganisms, besides the capability of carrying antibiotics. The current study aimed to compare the antibacterial activity of double antibiotic paste (DAP) and GO per se and in combination (GO-DAP) against Enterococcus faecalis (E. faecalis). METHODS A total of 108 extracted human mandibular premolars were contaminated with three-week-old E. faecalis and subjected to a primary microbial assessment. The samples were categorized into 15 groups concerning the intracanal medicament (DAP, GO, GO-DAP, and control) and contact time (1, 7, and 14 days). Then, the root canals were medicated, incubated, and resubjected to a secondary antimicrobial evaluation. The colony-forming units (CFU) were counted to calculate the antimicrobial efficacy. The data were analyzed via the Kruskal-Wallis test (α = 0.05). RESULTS GO-DAP was the only medicament that completely eradicated E. faecalis in 1 day. The percentage reduction of CFU/ml in the GO-DAP and DAP groups was higher than that in the GO group at all allocated contact times. Furthermore, a significant decrease of the CFU/ml was seen in the GO and DAP groups after 7 and 14 days of being medicated (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION Since GO-DAP improved root canal disinfection, this novel material can be introduced as a promising intracanal medicament against E. faecalis even in the short run.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of calcium hydroxide intracanal medicament on the push-out bond strength of resin-based and calcium silicate-based endodontic sealers. METHODS A comprehensive search of was conducted for all relevant in-vitro studies. All randomized controlled in-vitro studies that evaluated the effect of calcium hydroxide on the push-out bond strength of resin-based or calcium silicate-based endodontic sealers were assessed. The variables of interest were extracted, and the risk of the included studies was evaluated. The standardized mean difference was calculated and the significance level was set at p value <0.05. RESULTS A total of 26 studies were eligible for analysis. There were 45 independent comparison groups and 1009 recruited teeth. The pooled data showed no significant difference in push-out bond strength between calcium hydroxide and control group in the resin-based group (SMD = 0.03; 95% CI = -0.55, 0.60; p = 0.93), and calcium silicate-based group (SMD = 0.02; 95% CI = -0.31, 0.35; p = 0.90). Most of the studies (21 out of 26) were at medium risk of bias and five studies showed a low risk of bias. CONCLUSION The available evidence suggests that calcium hydroxide used as intracanal medication does not influence the push-out bond strength of the resin- and calcium silicate-based endodontic sealers. CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE The results of this meta-analysis suggest that calcium hydroxide used as intracanal medication does not influence the push-out bond strength of resin-based and calcium silicate-based endodontic sealers.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the bond strength of AH26 to human coronal dentin exposed to DMSO. A total of 70 dentin specimens were equally divided into two groups. Each dentin surface was pre-treated with 2 mL of 2.5% NaOCl, 3 mL of EDTA 17%, and distilled water. One group was finally rinsed with 50% DMSO. Following the AH26 application, the bond strength was tested by subjecting the samples to a shear load at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min using universal testing equipment. The results according to paired samples t-test indicated that there was a statistically insignificant difference between the two groups. Therefore, DMSO had no effect on the bond strength of AH26 root sealer to dentin.

Abstract
Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of triple antibiotic paste (TAP) as an endodontic intracanal medicament on the bond strength of epoxy and methacrylate resin-based sealers to root canal dentin. Materials and Methods: In this in vitro study, 80 single-rooted human mandibular premolars were prepared using ProTaper rotary system. The specimens were randomly divided into a control group (without intracanal dressing) and an experimental group receiving TAP (n = 40). The intracanal dressing was removed after 3 weeks. Then, samples of each group were randomly divided into four subgroups (n = 10) and obturated with gutta-percha and different resin-based sealers. G1: AH Plus, G2: Syntex, G3: EndoREZ, and G4: MetaSEAL. After 1 week, 16 slices of 1 ± 0.1 mm thickness were obtained from the midroots of teeth in each subgroup, and a push-out test was used to measure the bond strength. Slices were examined using a stereomicroscope at 30 × to determine the mode of failure. The data were analyzed using two-way analysis of variance, one-way analysis of variance, and Tukey post hoc tests (α = 0.05). Results: Compared to control group, TAP significantly increased the bond strength of MetaSEAL and EndoREZ (P < 0.05). In the control group, epoxy resin-based sealers showed higher bond strength compared to methacrylate ones (P = 0.00). In TAP group, Syntex and EndoREZ showed significantly the greatest and the lowest bond strengths, respectively, (P < 0.05). The analysis of failure modes revealed a predominance of mixed failures in all groups except for Syntex group in which most failures were cohesive. Conclusions: TAP significantly increased the bond strength of methacrylate resin-based sealers.

Abstract
Background This study evaluated the effects of several epoxy resin-based sealer compositions (AHP, AH Plus; ADS, Adseal; SPL, Sealer Plus) on bond strength and intratubular dentin penetration of the endodontic obturation, in root canal previously treated with calcium hydroxide intracanal medication (CH) and removed by continuous ultrasonic irrigation (CUI). Material and Methods Forty-five maxillary canines were prepared up to F5 (ProTaper system), filled with CH, coronally sealed, and stored at 37ºC. After 1 week, CH was removed using 2.5% sodium hypochlorite energized by CUI. The specimens were randomly distributed in three groups (n=15) and root canal obturated, according to epoxy-based resin sealer composition (AHP, ADS or SPL). The roots were transversally sectioned in cervical, middle, and apical thirds. In each radicular third, push out bond strength using universal machine and intratubular dentin using confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) and Image J Program were evaluated. Bond strength and intratubular dentin penetration were statistically evaluated by ANOVA one-way and Tukey tests and Kruskal Wallis test, respectively (α = 0.05). Results In middle and apical thirds, AHP showed higher bond strength values (p<0.05), and ADS and SPL were similar each other (p>0.05). All epoxy resin-based sealers presented similar intratubular dentin penetration, independently of the radicular thirds (p>0.05). Cohesive and mixed failures were predominant in the cervical thirds. In the middle and apical thirds, AHP showed more cohesive type failures, while ADS and SPL showed more adhesive-type failures. Conclusions AHP has the highest bond strength in middle and apical radicular thirds, after calcium hydroxide intracanal medication removal using continuous ultrasonic irrigation, although intratubular dentin infiltration being similar among epoxy resin-based sealer with several chemical composition. Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influence of sonic agitation or laser-activated irrigation techniques on the removal chlorhexidine (CHX) and modified triple antibiotic paste (mTAP) on the sealer penetration depth and dislocation resistance of Guttaflow Bioseal. Methods: Single-rooted mandibular premolars (n=96) were prepared with rotary nickel titanium instruments and randomly divided into two groups (n=48) based on the intracanal medicaments used: Group 1, mTAP; Group 2, CHX gel. After 7 days, the specimens in each group were divided into three subgroups (n=16) based on the supplementary irrigation technique used to remove the medicaments: laser activated irrigation (Er, Cr: YSGG laser, Waterlase MD, Biolase Technology Inc., San Clemente, CA, USA), sonic agitation (EndoActivator, Dentslpy Sirona Endodontics, PA, USA) and syringe-and-needle irrigation (control) techniques. Canals were filled with single matched-taper gutta-percha cone and a calcium silicate-based sealer (GuttaFlow® Bioseal, Coltène/Whaledent, Langenau, Germany). At the end of three weeks, sealer penetration was investigated using confocal microscopy (n=6), and dislocation resistance was calculated by measuring the push-out bond strength (n=10). Statistical analysis was performed using three-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey post-hoc test (P=0.05). Results: Laser activated irrigation resulted in significantly higher depth of sealer penetration compared to sonic agitation and syringe irrigation (P<0.01). The average sealer penetration depths were recorded as 846.6 µm, 786.5 µm and 505 µm in the Er, Cr: YSGG laser, EndoActivator and control groups, respectively. The mean bond strength obtained in group 3 (syringe-and-needle irrigation) was significantly less than the other groups (P<0.05). The mean values were 9.08 in the Er, Cr: YSGG laser group, 8.44 in the EndoActivator group and 5.08 in the needle group. Conclusion: Er,Cr;YSGG laser irrigation to remove the medicaments was advantageous to other irrigation techniques in sealer penetration and dislocation resistance of the sealer.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES This study aimed to assess the effect of four intracanal medicaments on pull-out bond strength of fiber posts. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 65 single-rooted, single-canal teeth were selected and decoronated. Root canals were prepared and after rinsing were randomly divided into five groups (n = 13). G1: calcium hydroxide (CH), G2: CH plus chlorhexidine (CH+CHX), G3: triple antibiotic paste (TAP), G4: double antibiotic paste (DAP) were applied in the canals in the four groups. The control group (G5) received no medicament. After 4 weeks, the medicaments were rinsed off and the canals were filled with gutta-percha. Post space was then prepared in root canals for the placement of glass fiber posts and self-adhesive cement (Panavia F2). After cementation, they were subjected to pull-out bond strength test. STATISTICAL ANALYSIS Data were statistically analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and Tukey test.Results The pull-out bond strength values were significantly different in the groups (p < 0.001). The highest values of bond strength were seen in G2, G1, and G3 (359.97 ± 81.26, 333.79 ± 98.96, 309.27 ± 78.07), respectively. There was no significant difference between G4 and G5 (p = 0.75). CONCLUSION The results showed that CH, CH+CHX, and TAP enhanced the pull-out bond strength of fiber post to root canal wall as compared to the control group.

Abstract
Background The aim of this in vitrostudy was to examine and compare the effect of photodynamic therapy and solution containing nano particles Ag/ZnO on adhesion of endodontic sealers to dentinal walls of human root canal. Material and Methods Ninty single-rooted human teeth were selected and their clinical crown was cut from the cemento-enamel junction zone. Canals were prepared by RaCe rotary system and the smear layer was removed using 17% EDTA and 5.25% NaOCl. Samples were randomly divided into two groups of AH Plus and MTA Fillapex based on the sealer type and each group based on antimicrobial method was divided into two sub-groups of photodynamic therapy and polymer containing nano particles of Ag / ZnO and a control sub-group (N = 15). After obturation of canals with gutta-percha and sealers mentioned, the samples were incubated for a week at a humidity of 95% and 37°C and then 2mm thick discs were prepared from the middle region of roots for Push-out test. The maximum failure force was recorded in newton and converted to MPa. Then, 3 random specimens of each subgroup were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy. Statistical analysis was performed by Two way ANOVA and (P<0.05) was considered significant. Results The highest (4.84 ± 1.63) and lowest (0.16 ± 0.075) push-out bond strength values were obtained in (AH Plus-PDT) and (MTA Fillapex-Ag/ZnO) respectively. Independent of antimicrobial method, AH Plus bond strength was significantly higher than the MTA Fillapex (p<0.001). For both sealers, PDT increased the bond strength significantly (p<0.001). Conclusions Photodynamic therapy has a positive effect on the bond strength of AH Plus and MTA Fillapex sealers. Key words:AH Plus, MTA Fillapex, Nano particles, Photodynamic therapy, Push-out.

Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of a calcium hydroxide (CH) dressing on the tubular penetration of two endodontic sealers, AH Plus (Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland) and MTA Fillapex (Angelus, Londrina, Brazil). Methods Seventy-two mandibular premolars with a single root canal were prepared with ProFile.04 rotary instruments (Dentsply Maillefer) and divided into four groups. In two groups, an intracanal CH dressing was placed for 15 days. The obturations were performed with lateral condensation of gutta-percha in combination with one of the tested sealers. The roots were transversely sectioned at the apical and middle levels. The percentage of sealer penetration in the root canal walls and the percentage of impregnated dentin area in the transverse sections were obtained using confocal laser scanning microscopy. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Games-Howell test. Results The CH dressing reduced the mean value of tubular penetration in the middle third of teeth obturated with AH Plus (P<0.01), whereas no difference was observed at the apical sections for both sealers. Conclusion The CH dressing did not interfere with the apical penetration of both tested sealers, however, decreased the tubular penetration in the middle third of the AH Plus root canal fillings. Overall, MTA Fillapex presented higher tubular penetration than AH Plus obturations.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of intra-canal calcium hydroxide (CH) remnants after ultrasonic irrigation and hand file removal on the push out bond strength of AH-26 and EndoSequence Bioceramic sealer (BC Sealer). METHODS AND MATERIALS A total of 102 single-rooted extracted human teeth were used in this study. After root canal preparation up to 35/0.04 Mtwo rotary file, all the specimens received CH dressing except for 34 specimens in the control group. After 1 week, the specimens with CH were divided into 2 groups (n=34) based on the CH removal technique; i.e. either with ultrasonic or with #35 hand file. Then specimens were divided into two subgroups according to the sealer used for root canal obturation: AH-26 or BC Sealer. After 7 days, 1 mm-thick disks were prepared from the middle portion of the specimens. The push out bond strength and failure mode were evaluated. Data were analyzed by the two-way ANOVA and Tukey's post hoc tests. RESULTS The push out bond strength of both sealers was lower in specimens receiving CH. These values were significantly higher when CH was removed by ultrasonic (P<0.05). The dominant mode of failure in all subgroups was of mixed type except for the BC Sealer specimens undergoing CH removal with hand file which dominantly exhibited adhesive mode of failure. CONCLUSION CH remnants had a negative effect on the push out bond strength of AH-26 and BC Sealer. Ultrasonic irrigation was more effective in removing CH.

Abstract
BACKGROUND One of the essential properties of the root canal sealers is the adhesion to root canal dentin and their higher bond strength decreases the microleakage. The aim of the present study was to compare the effect of Different Intracanal medicaments on the push out bond strength of AH26 and MTA Fillapex sealers. MATERIAL AND METHODS A total of 104 one-rooted extracted human teeth were divided into 4 (n=26) experimental groups. After the cleaning and shaping, the root canals were filled with Ca(OH)2, triantibiotic paste (TAP), Metapex or 2% chlorhexidine gel for two weeks. Then, intracanal medicaments were rinsed away and the samples in the sub-groups were obturated with gutta-percha and AH26 or MTA Fillapex sealers. After two weeks incubation, 2-mm-thick middle section of each root was then subjected to push-out testing. Data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA and LSD test. RESULTS With all the intracanal medicaments, the overall mean of bond strength values were significantly higher with AH26 compared to MTA Fillapex (p<0.05). With the use of MTA Fillapex the maximum and minimum means of bond strength values were recorded with CHX and Metapex and for AH26 were recorded with Ca(OH)2 and chlorhexidine, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The bond strengths of sealers to dentin are under the influence of pre-treatment with intracanal medicaments. Under the limitations of the present study, the effect of TAP on the bond strength of endodontic sealers was not negative. Key words:AH26, medicament, MTA Fillapex, push-out bond.

Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of conventional syringe irrigations, passive ultrasonic irrigation (PUI), Vibringe, CanalBrush, XP-endo Finisher, and laser-activated irrigation (LAI) systems in removing double antibiotic paste (DAP) from root canals. Material and Methods One hundred five extracted single-rooted teeth were instrumented. The roots were split longitudinally. Three standard grooves were created and covered with DAP. The roots were distributed into seven groups: Group 1, beveled needle irrigation; Group 2, double side-vented needle irrigation; Group 3, CanalBrush; Group 4, XP-endo Finisher; Group 5, Vibringe; Group 6, PUI; Group 7, LAI. The amount of remaining DAP was scored under a stereomicroscope. Results Group 4, Group 6, and Group 7 removed significantly more DAP than the other protocols in the coronal region. Group 7 was more efficient in the middle region; however, no significant difference was found between Group 7 and Group 6. No differences were found between groups in the apical region either, except for the comparisons between groups 7 and 2, and groups 2 and 3. Conclusions None of the investigated protocols were able to completely remove the DAP from the grooves. The Vibringe and XP-endo Finisher systems showed results similar to those of conventional needle irrigation.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES The purpose of the present study was to determine the dislodgement resistance of AH Plus, MTA Fillapex, and Total Fill BC sealer to root canal dentin walls following placement of calcium hydroxide (CH) or double antibiotic paste (DAP) medicaments. MATERIALS AND METHODS Root canals of 90 single-rooted human mandibular premolar teeth were instrumented with Reciproc rotary instruments to a size R50. The teeth were randomly divided into two experimental groups: those receiving an intracanal medicament with either CH or DAP and a control group (n = 30). After 3 weeks, the medicaments were removed by irrigation with 5 mL of 2.5 % NaOCl, 5 mL 17 % EDTA, and 5 mL distilled water under sonic agitation. Each group was then subdivided into three subgroups (n = 10), and the canals were filled with either AH Plus, MTA Fillapex, or Total Fill BC sealer. After 1 week, a push-out test was applied to the specimens and the results were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and post hoc Tamhane's tests. RESULTS Regardless of the type of intracanal medicament used, Total Fill BC Sealer and MTA Fillapex showed the highest and lowest bond strength, respectively (P < 0.05). The use or absence of medicaments did not significantly affect the dislodgment resistance of root canal fillings (P > 0.05). Prior CH placement improved dislodgement resistance of all sealers without statistical difference (P > 0.05). Adhesive failure between core and sealer was the most frequent failure mode. CONCLUSIONS Prior application of CH or DAP did not significantly affect the adhesion of the AH Plus, MTA Fillapex, and Total Fill BC Sealers. CLINICAL RELEVANCE There is a little information about the influence of antibiotic medicaments on the bond strength of root canal sealer. These findings suggest that the use of DAP does not affect the adhesion strength of AH Plus, MTA Fillapex, and Total Fill BC Sealers.

This study evaluated the bond strength of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) to root canal dentin after the performance of various irrigation procedures to remove triple antibiotic paste (TAP). A total of 56 single-rooted human mandibular premolars were instrumented using a rotary system to size 40 and divided randomly into a control group (no intracanal dressing) and three experimental groups (TAP application for 28 days). TAP was then removed by rinsing with 10 mL 2.5% NaOCl using three irrigation systems (Vibringe sonic irrigation, CanalBrush, and syringe irrigation). The coronal and middle parts of root canals were then obturated with MTA. After storage for 1 week, each specimen was embedded in an acrylic block and sectioned horizontally (2-mm-thick slices) at two levels (coronal and middle). Bond strength of MTA to root canal dentin was assessed in 28 samples per group via push-out test using a universal testing machine. Data from the four groups were compared using one-way analysis of variance. Tukey's test was used for multiple comparisons. Push-out bond strength values were significantly higher in the control and Vibringe groups than in the CanalBrush and syringe irrigation groups (p < 0.001). TAP removal from root canals with the Vibringe irrigation system may increase the push-out bond strength of MTA compared with the use of the CanalBrush or syringe irrigation.

Abstract
Introduction: The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the effect of calcium hydroxide (CH) on push-out bond strength of white mineral trioxide aggregate (WMTA) and calcium-enriched mixture (CEM) cement in simulated furcation perforations. Methods and Materials: Furcation perforations, measuring 1.3 mm in diameter and 2 mm in height, were created in 80 human mandibular first molars. The teeth were then divided into 4 groups (n=20). In groups 1 and 3 CH was placed in the perforation for one week, before placement of WMTA and CEM. In groups 2 and 4 perforations were repaired without placement of CH. In groups 1 and 2 the perforation sites were repaired with WMTA and CEM cement was used in groups 3 and 4. After 7 days, the push-out test was carried out using a universal testing machine. Data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA. The level of significance was set at 0.05. Results: The maximum and minimum bond strength values were recorded in the WMTA/CH (13.08±1.8 MPa) and CEM cement groups (8.03±0.98 MPa), respectively. There were significant differences in resistance to dislodgement between the WMTA/CH and other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Placement of CH before placement of WMTA in furcation perforation improves the push-out bond strength of this material.
