Abstract
Immune check-point inhibitors (ICPi) are immunomodulating agents, which have revolutionized the management of advanced metastatic cancers. Being immunomodulating agents, they are predisposed to causing colitis. This descriptive review article emphasized on the management of ICPi-associated colitis in advanced metastatic cancers. We used PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, and Embase databases for literature review, and terminologies commonly searched were "management," "immune check-point inhibitors," "colitis," "metastatic," "cancers," "literature," and "review." We reviewed a total of 11 articles done in the last 15 years relevant to ICPi colitis and its management; all the articles showed that diarrhea and colitis are the most common adverse effects observed in patients on ICPi, but prior to establishing the diagnosis of ICPi-causing colitis, possibility of Clostridium difficle or cytomegalovirus infections should be ruled out. Once the diagnosis of ICPi colitis is established, treatment should be started depending upon the severity of colitis. In mild severity, discontinuation of ICPi can resolve the symptoms but, in most of the patients with moderate to high severity of colitis, corticosteroids are considered a cornerstone treatment. Patients unresponsive to steroid treatment should be re-evaluated for infections after which anti-TNF therapy-infliximab or vedolizumab, cyclosporine, mycophenolate mofetil-can be considered.

Abstract
The development of the immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) is one of the most remarkable achievements in cancer therapy in recent years. However, their exponential use has led to an increase in immune-related adverse events (irAEs). Gastrointestinal and liver events encompass hepatitis, colitis and upper digestive tract symptoms accounting for the most common irAEs, with incidence rates varying from 2% to 40%, the latter in patients undergoing combined ICIs therapy. Based on the current scientific evidence derived from both randomized clinical trials and real-world studies, this statement document provides recommendations on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the gastrointestinal and hepatic ICI-induced adverse events.

Abstract
Immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has revolutionized advanced cancer management. Nevertheless, the generalized use of these medications has led to an increase in the incidence of adverse immune-mediated events and the liver is one of the most frequently affected organs. Liver involvement associated with the administration of immunotherapy is known as immune-mediated hepatitis (IMH), whose incidence and clinical characteristics have been described by different authors. It often presents as mild elevations of amino transferase levels, seen in routine blood tests, that spontaneously return to normal, but it can also manifest as severe transaminitis, possibly leading to the permanent discontinuation of treatment. The aim of the following review was to describe the most up-to-date concepts regarding the epidemiology, diagnosis, risk factors, and progression of IMH, as well as its incidence in different types of common cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma. Treatment recommendations according to the most current guidelines are also provided.

Abstract
BACKGROUND & AIMS Liver injury related to immunotherapy is a relatively frequent immune-related adverse event that requires permanent discontinuation of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in severe cases. We present the outcome of a cohort of patients who were retreated with immunotherapy after resolution of severe immune-related hepatitis. METHODS We performed a prospective, multicenter, noninterventional study that included all consecutive patients with cancer and previous grade 3 or 4 immune-related hepatitis who were retreated with ICIs in 3 academic hospitals. RESULTS Twenty-three patients who developed severe immune-related hepatitis were included: 20 of 23 (87.0%) received a single ICI and 3 of 23 (13.0%) received anti-programmed cell death protein-1 plus an anti-cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen. The most frequent cancers were lung cell and urinary tract (7 and 6 cases, respectively). Immunotherapy was discontinued in all cases. Nineteen patients (82.6%) also received corticoids. Patients mainly were retreated with the same ICI (18 of 23; 78.3%) after a median time of 10 weeks (range, 1-54 wk) from the severe immune-related hepatitis. Fifteen patients (65.2%) did not have recurrence of the immune-related hepatitis after retreatment. Among the 8 (34.8%) subjects with recurrence, 5 of 8 were grade 3 and 3 of 8 were grade 4. Six (75%) had either an underlying autoimmune disease or antinuclear antibodies ≥1/80 (75% vs 26.7%; P = .037). None of the patients with previously grade 4 hepatitis had a recurrence, and those patients who had a recurrence tended to present with a better oncological prognosis. Overall, 19 (82.6%) subjects required permanent discontinuation of ICIs, with cancer progression the main reason for discontinuation (9 of 19; 47.8%). CONCLUSIONS Retreatment with ICIs is a feasible option after a severe immune-related hepatitis, even with the same ICIs, without recurrence of the liver injury retreatment in up to 65% of patients.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The cause of death can be attributed to malnutrition in 10-20% of cancer patients. Patients with sarcopenia present more chemotherapy toxicity, less progression-free time, less functional capacity and more surgical complications. Antineoplastic treatments have a high prevalence of adverse effects that compromise nutritional status. The new chemotherapy agents present direct toxicity on the digestive tract (nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and/or mucositis). We present the frequency of adverse effects with nutritional impact of the most frequent chemotherapy agents used in the treatment of solid tumours, as well as strategies for early diagnosis and nutritional treatment. MATERIAL AND METHODS Review of commonly used cancer treatments (cytotoxic agents, immunotherapy, targeted therapies) in colorectal, liver, pancreatic; lung, melanoma, bladder, ovary, prostate and kidney cancer. The frequency (%) of gastrointestinal effects, and those of grade ≥3 are recorded. A systematic bibliographic search was carried out in PubMed, Embase, UpToDate, international guides and technical data sheets. RESULTS They are shown in the form of tables in which the drugs appear together with the probability that they present any digestive adverse effect and the percentage of serious adverse effects (Grade ≥ 3). DISCUSSION Antineoplastic drugs are associated with a high frequency of digestive complications with nutritional repercussions, which can reduce QoL and cause death as a result of malnutrition or due to the limiting effect of suboptimal treatments, closing the malnutrition-toxicity loop. It is necessary to inform the patient about the risks and establish local protocols regarding the use of antidiarrheal drugs, antiemetics and adjuvants in the management of mucositis. We propose action algorithms and dietary advice that can be used directly in clinical practice, to prevent the negative consequences of malnutrition.

Abstract
In this article, a novel method of simultaneous carborane- and gadolinium-containing compounds as efficient agents for neutron capture therapy (NCT) delivery via magnetic nanocarriers is presented. The presence of both Gd and B increases the efficiency of NCT and using nanocarriers enhances selectivity. These factors make NCT not only efficient, but also safe. Superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were treated with silane and then the polyelectrolytic layer was formed for further immobilization of NCT agents. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) and Mössbauer spectroscopies, dynamic light scattering (DLS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), vibrating-sample magnetometry (VSM) were applied for the characterization of the chemical and element composition, structure, morphology and magnetic properties of nanocarriers. The cytotoxicity effect was evaluated on different cell lines: BxPC-3, PC-3 MCF-7, HepG2 and L929, human skin fibroblasts as normal cells. average size of nanoparticles is 110 nm; magnetization at 1T and coercivity is 43.1 emu/g and 8.1, respectively; the amount of B is 0.077 mg/g and the amount of Gd is 0.632 mg/g. Successful immobilization of NCT agents, their low cytotoxicity against normal cells and selective cytotoxicity against cancer cells as well as the superparamagnetic properties of nanocarriers were confirmed by analyses above.
