Abstract
A 3D-supramolecular nickel integrated Ni-SDZ complex was synthesized using sodium salt of sulfadiazine as the ligand and nickel(II) acetate as the metal salt using a condensation process and slow evaporation approach to growing the single crystal. The metal complex was characterized for its composition, functional groups, surface morphology as well as complex 3D structure, by resorting to various analytical techniques. The interacting surface and stability as well as reactivity of the complex were carried out using the DFT platform. From ADMET parameters, human Intestinal Absorbance data revealed that the compound has the potential to be well absorbed, and also Ni-SDZ complex cannot cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB). Additionally, the complex's DNA binding affinity and in-vivo and in-vitro cytotoxic studies were explored utilizing UV-Vis absorbance titration, viscosity measurements, and S. pombe cells and brine shrimp lethality tests. In visible light radiation, the Ni-SDZ complex displayed exceptional photo-degradation characteristics of approximately 70.19% within 70 min against methylene blue (MB).

Abstract
With the increasing development of metallopharmaceuticals, coordination compounds become viable alternatives for therapeutic uses. Despite the importance of platinum derivatives in this area, first-row transition metals complexes are welcome due to their characteristics. Vanadium is a promising metal in this context, as it has a range of compounds with different biological applications, including anticancer therapeutic effects. In this effort, the study of interactions between coordination compounds with deoxyribonucleic acid and with human serum albumin is fundamental. In this way, ten iminic ligands were synthesized by condensing p-substituted aromatic benzohydrazides (OH, CH3, H, NO2, and NH2) with salicylaldehyde (L1As-L5As) or pyridoxal hydrochloride (L1P-L5P). These ligands have characteristics that allow the tridentate coordination of vanadium cations, leading to the formation of ten vanadium(V) complexes (C1As-C5As and C1P-C5P) with different structural features, all characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis and infrared spectroscopies, and cyclic voltammetry. In addition, the complexes were tested for their interactions with calf thymus deoxyribonucleic acid and human serum albumin by spectroscopic assays and molecular docking calculations. These new results can contribute to further research and provide different ways to design new vanadium complexes with biological applications.

Abstract
Unsymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base Fe(III) and Cu(II) complexes were prepared by the coordination of some unsymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base ligands with CuCl2·2H2O or FeCl3·6H2O. The obtained complexes were characterized by ESI-MS, IR, and UV-Vis. The spectroscopic data with typical signals are in agreement with the suggested molecular formulae of the complexes. Their cyclic voltammetric studies in acetonitrile solutions showed that the Cu(II)/Cu(I) and Fe(III)/Fe(II) reduction processes are at (−)1.882–(−) 1.782 V and at (−) 1.317–(−) 1.164 V, respectively. The in vitro cytotoxicity of obtained complexes was screened for KB and Hep-G2 human cancer cell lines. The results showed that almost unsymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base complexes have good cytotoxicity. The synthetic complexes bearing the unsymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base ligands with different substituted groups in the salicyl ring indicate different cytotoxicity. The obtained Fe(III) complexes are more cytotoxic than Cu(II) complexes and relative unsymmetric Schiff base ligands.

Abstract
This article deals with the synthesis of Schiff-based bis-azomethine-based ligands derived from pyridoxal and aliphatic dihydrazides and the synthesis of nickel(II) complexes C1-C4. The synthesized complexes had their structures elucidated by monocrystal X-ray diffraction and were characterized by vibrational and absorption spectroscopy. The synthesized ligands have characteristics that allow the formation of self-assembly processes, thus, the flexibility or rigidity of the coordination of organic molecules added to the orbitals of the NiII cation leads to the formation of helical complexes with double helix and a dinucler nickel(II) complex. Moreover, compounds was their interactions with CT-DNA and HSA absorption and emission analysis and molecular docking calculations.

Abstract
Three novel binuclear copper(ii) complexes with reduced l-serine Schiff bases were synthesized and their structures were analyzed with single-crystal X-ray diffraction and DFT calculations. The crystal data revealed that all of these binuclear complexes are chiral. Both 5-halogenated (bromo- and chloro-) binuclear complexes exhibit right-handed helix structural character. Interestingly, the 5-methyl-containing analogue has a two-dimensional pore structure. In this paper, the esterolysis reactivity of the as-prepared complexes shows that in the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate (PNPA) these three complexes provide 26, 18, 40-fold rate acceleration as compared to the spontaneous hydrolysis of PNPA at pH 7.0, respectively. Under selected conditions, in excess buffered aqueous solution a rate enhancement by three orders of magnitude was observed for the catalytic hydrolysis of another carboxylic ester, p-nitrophenyl picolinate (PNPP). These complexes efficiently promoted PNPP hydrolysis in a micellar solution of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), giving rise to a rate enhancement in excess of four orders of magnitude, which is approximately 2.0-3.2 times higher than that in the buffer.

Abstract
A series of Schiff bases 14-25 were designed and synthesized for evaluation of their antibacterial properties against multi-drug resistant bacteria (MDRB). The antibacterial activities of Schiff bases 14-25 showed that most of the synthesized compounds displayed a significant antibacterial activity. Assessment of in silico ADMET properties (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity) of Schiff bases illustrates that all derivatives showed agreement to the Lipinski's rule of five. Further enzymatic assay aided by molecular docking study demonstrated that compound 18 is a potent inhibitor of staphylococcus aureus DNA gyrase and dihydrofolate reductase kinases. This study could be valuable in the discovery of new potent antimicrobial agents.
