Fixed-time synchronization for two-dimensional coupled reaction-diffusion complex networks: Boundary conditions analysis

This paper examines fixed-time synchronization (FxTS) for two-dimensional coupled reaction-diffusion complex networks (CRDCNs) with impulses and delay. Utilizing the Lyapunov method, a FxTS criterion is established for impulsive delayed CRDCNs. Herein, impulses encompass both synchronizing and desynchronizing variants. Subsequently, by employing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, two FxTS boundary controllers are formulated for CRDCNs with Neumann and mixed boundary condition, respectively. It is observed that vanishing Dirichlet boundary contributes to the synchronization of the CRDCNs. Furthermore, this study calculates the optimal constant for the Poincaré inequality in the square domain, which is instrumental in analyzing FxTS conditions for boundary controllers. Conclusive numerical examples underscore the efficacy of the proposed theoretical findings.

Synchronization and adaptive control for coupled fractional-order reaction-diffusion neural networks with multiple couplings

In this paper, two kinds of coupled fractional-order reaction-diffusion neural networks (CFORDNNs) with multiple state couplings or spatial diffusion couplings are proposed. By resorting to the Laplace transform and the properties of Mittag-Leffler functions, sufficient synchronization conditions are derived for the concerned network models. In addition, to guarantee the synchronization of these two networks, several appropriate adaptive control schemes are also developed. Ultimately, the validity of the devised adaptive strategies are verified by adopting some numerical examples with simulation results.

Adaptive fixed-time output synchronization for complex dynamical networks with multi-weights

This paper addresses fixed-time output synchronization problems for two types of complex dynamical networks with multi-weights (CDNMWs) by using two types of adaptive control methods. Firstly, complex dynamical networks with multiple state and output couplings are respectively presented. Secondly, several fixed-time output synchronization criteria for these two networks are formulated based on Lyapunov functional and inequality techniques. Thirdly, by employing two types of adaptive control methods, fixed-time output synchronization issues of these two networks are dealt with. At last, the analytical results are verified by two numerical simulations.
