Abstract
Meningiomas are the most common type of primary brain tumor; they have a low risk for extracranial metastases, which are primarily associated with increased tumor grade. Hepatic metastases from cranial meningiomas are extremely rare, with only a paucity of cases reported in the literature and no standardized approach to management. Herein, we report a case of an incidentally discovered giant (>20 cm) metastatic meningioma to the liver treated with surgical resection 10 years following resection of a low-grade cranial meningioma. This report also highlights the use of (68Ga) DOTATATE PET/CT as the diagnostic imaging modality of choice when evaluating for meningioma metastases. To our knowledge, this report describes the largest hepatic metastasis from a cranial meningioma to undergo surgical resection in the literature.

Abstract
Metastases from intracranial meningiomas are rare, and among them, meningiomas with hepatic dissemination are extremely rare. Therefore, there are currently no guidelines for staging and treatment of metastatic disease in meningioma, a disease that is a challenge for both the clinician and the pathologist. Our literature review revealed 24 cases of liver metastases originating from intracranial meningiomas. We used them to analyze the pathological patterns of dissemination and to assess the different management strategies available, the most efficient and beneficial being surgery and chemotherapy, especially in the case of meningiomas with hepatic and∕or systemic dissemination.

Abstract
Meningiomas are common intracranial tumors that rarely metastasize. We present a highly unusual case of a 42-year-old man with direct seeding of meningioma to the abdominal wall. The patient had a history of multiple operations for a recurrent intracranial meningioma with decompressive craniectomy and preservation of the calvarial bone flap by implantation into the subcutaneous layer of the anterior abdominal wall. Following removal of the bone flap, a new abdominal wall mass was identified, consistent with iatrogenic implantation of anaplastic meningioma.

Abstract
Meningioma, the second most common primary tumour of the central nervous system, is classified into three different grades based on their characteristics. Each tumour grade includes different molecular subtype, growth potential, and thus, different prognosis. Grade I meningioma is the most common subtype with a benign course, in which systemic dissemination rarely occurs. We present the case of a 48-year-old male patient with a history of grade I meningioma who was referred 3 years after the initial diagnosis to our centre due to pelvic pain. Computed tomography (CT) images showed new pelvic bone lesions whose histopathological report was compatible with a grade I meningioma. Neither hormonal therapy concomitant with octreotide nor hydroxiurea treatments were effective. Very little is known about this entity's prevalence and treatment when disseminated disease occurs. Thus, we think it is important to increase the positive and negative clinical experiences in this setting.
