Abstract
To explore clients' and clinicians' perspectives about the acceptability and perceived outcomes of the Sustaining New South Wales (NSW) Families (SNF) program shifted to a hybrid service delivery model during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mixed methods design comprising cross-sectional online surveys and a focus group. Eighty clients who accessed the SNF service and 12 SNF clinicians. Anonymous client survey comprising questions about perceived benefits and impacts of the hybrid SNF program model, and suggestions for change. Clinician focus group discussion about perceived benefits and challenges of the hybrid SNF model. The hybrid SNF program is a child and family health nursing home visitation program for families with moderate level psychosocial risks. It comprises a mix of face-to-face and virtual telehealth/telephone appointments, delivered during pregnancy and up to 2 years postpartum. Clients reported high levels of satisfaction with the program, and improvements in confidence and decision-making. Clinicians spoke of increased efficiency and flexibility, and capacity for ongoing service provision during the COVID-19 period. Technology access issues were identified as a barrier. Overall, however, both clients and clinicians expressed a preference for face-to-face SNF service provision. While further studies are required to test clinical outcomes, the hybrid SNF model is acceptable to clients and clinicians.

Abstract
After more than 4 years of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, a great deal of knowledge on how this virus affects pregnant women, the fetus and the newborn has accumulated. Guidelines for mode of delivery, cord clamping, skin to skin, breastfeeding, and rooming-in have become uniform across the world. Vaccination has considerably improved outcomes, but hesitancy amongst pregnant patients and the emergence of variants remain challenged and SARS-CoV-2 positivity during pregnancy continues to be associated with an increased risk of maternal complications, premature delivery and higher neonatal mortality and morbidity. An emerging body of data now exists on the effect of SARS-CoV-2 in pregnancy on early neonatal outcomes, medical education in obstetrics and pediatrics, and longer-term developmental outcomes. In this article, we review the development in this field since our last review.

Abstract
General pediatricians and those specialized in developmental-behavioral and neurodevelopmental disabilities support children with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). We identified substantial geographic disparities in pediatrician availability (eg, urban > rural areas), as well as regions with low pediatrician access but high ASD/ADHD prevalence estimates (eg, the US Southeast).

Abstract
This paper aims to provide a first systematic research overview of the effects of the pandemic on the educational performance of children with SEND according to children's/youths and caregivers' perspectives following the PRISMA statement. The studies, published between February 2020 and June 2022, were identified through the search of SCOPUS, EBSCO, PubMed, PsycInfo and two preprint-servers related to Education. In determining which studies to include in the review, the selection criteria were based on (1) articles focusing on ages 4-18 years, (2) articles focusing on children with special educational needs and (3) articles focusing on student achievement during COVID-19. The exhaustive reading and quality assessment left a final sample of nine scientific papers. According to children's/youth's and caregivers' perspectives, there is clear evidence for a negative effect of COVID-19 on the educational performance of children with SEND in the areas of (1) speech and language development (2) home learning (3) academic achievement (4) learning performance and (5) remote learning. The most important findings are to be found in the difficulties faced by children in homework completion, in paying attention during online learning, in efficiently completing tasks, in managing their time and in making progress on their IEP goals during school closures.

Abstract
There is a significant delay between parents having concerns and receiving a formal assessment and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis. Telemedicine could be an effective alternative that shortens the waiting time for parents and primary health providers in ASD screening and diagnosis. We conducted a systematic review examining the uses of telemedicine technology for ASD screening, assessment, or diagnostic purposes and to what extent sample characteristics and psychometric properties were reported. This study searched four databases from 2000 to 2022 and obtained 26 studies that met the inclusion criteria. The 17 applications used in these 26 studies were divided into three categories based on their purpose: screening, diagnostic, and assessment. The results described the data extracted, including study characteristics, applied methods, indicators seen, and psychometric properties. Among the 15 applications with psychometric properties reported, the sensitivity ranged from 0.70 to 1, and the specificity ranged from 0.38 to 1. The present study highlights the strengths and weaknesses of current telemedicine approaches and provides a basis for future research. More rigorous empirical studies with larger sample sizes are needed to understand the feasibility, strengths, and limitations of telehealth technologies for screening, assessing, and diagnosing ASD.

Abstract
Telehealth has been shown to be both acceptable and effective in many areas of healthcare, yet it was not widely adopted prior to the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic. Additionally, previous evaluations of telehealth for autism spectrum condition (ASC) and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) populations are limited in both number and scope. Here, we investigated satisfaction amongst Psychology and Psychiatry patient caregivers at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Results (640 responses) showed high rates of satisfaction across departments, appointment types, and diagnoses, with 92% indicating overall satisfaction with their appointment. There were, however, notable decreases in satisfaction among Group Therapy respondents, and those whose diagnosis was classified as Other.
