Abstract
In this study, a new alkylaminophenol compound was synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques (FT-IR, NMR, UV). The optimized molecular geometry and the vibrational wavenumbers were calculated using density functional theory (DFT) B3LYP/WB97XD and HF methods with 6-311++ G([Formula: see text], [Formula: see text]) basis set. Thus, theoretical data were compared within themselves before comparing with experimental data. The detailed interpretation of the vibrational spectra has been carried out by VEDA program. 1H-NMR and [Formula: see text]C-NMR chemical shifts of the compound were calculated using GIAO/IEFPCM method in CDCl3. Using time-dependent (TD-DFT) approach electronic properties such as HOMO and LUMO energies, the electronic spectrum of the title compound has been studied and reported. Stability of the molecule arising from hyper conjugative interactions, charge delocalization has been analyzed using natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis. Linear polarizability, anisotropic linear polarizability and hyperpolarizability values of the title compound were found to be higher than the values of the pNA compound that are used as a standard substance in the NLO analysis. Molecular electrostatic potential (MEP), the thermodynamic properties (heat capacity, entropy and enthalpy) were calculated. Also, to investigate the biological properties of the title compound, molecular docking was done with DNA(PDB ID: 414D). It has been observed that the effective interaction is hydrogen bonds.

Abstract
The synthesis of 1H-indazolo[1,2-b]phthalazine-1,6,11(13H)-trione derivatives, using one-pot three-component condensation reaction of 3-nitrophthalic anhydride, hydrazine monohydrate, dimedone, and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of ZrO(NO3)2.2H2O as the novel catalyst and in reflux conditions in EtOH was reported. Quantum theoretical calculations for three structures of compounds (5a, 5b, and 5c) were performed using the Hartree–Fock (HF) and density functional theory (DFT). From the optimized structure, geometric parameters were obtained and experimental measurements were compared with the calculated data. The structures of the products were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analyses. The IR spectra data and 1H NMR and 13C NMR chemical shift computations of the 1H-indazolo[1,2-b]phthalazine-1,6,11(13H)-trione derivatives in the ground state were calculated. Frontier molecular orbitals (FMOs), total density of states (DOS), thermodynamic parameters, and molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) of the title compounds were investigated by theoretical calculations. Molecular properties such as the ionization potential (I), electron affinity (A), chemical hardness (η), electronic chemical potential (µ), and electrophilicity (ω) were investigated for the structures. Thus, there was an excellent agreement between experimental and theoretical results.

Abstract
This investigation deals with some structural and spectroscopic aspects of propolisbenzofuran B molecule as one of the most important bioactive molecules which exists in the bee propolis composition. FT-IR vibrational analysis carried-out at B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level of the theory. 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift have been predicted with GIAO method. TD- DFT calculations have been established to predict the UV- Vis spectral analysis for propolisbenzofuran B molecule. The detailed structural analysis such as electronic characterization, HOMO and LUMO, DOS plot, Molecular Electronic Potential (MEP), Natural Bond Orbital (NBO) are performed and discussed for studied molecule.
