Abstract
We have successfully synthesized NIRF as a near-infrared fluorescence probe for relay recognition of zinc and cyanide ions. The probe possesses well selectivity and anti-interference ability over common ions towards Zn2+ and CN-. The results showed that Zn2+ and the probe formed [NIRF-Zn2+] complex after added Zn2+ into the probe NIRF solution, which emited red fluorescence. The probe can be used for quantitative detection of Zn2+ with a detection limit of 4.61 × 10-8 M. It was determined that the binding stoichiometry between the NIRF and Zn2+ was 1:1 according to the job,s curve. Subsequently, CN- was added to the NIRF-Zn2+ solution, CN- combined with Zn2+ to generate [Zn(CN-)x]1-x due to the stronger binding ability between zinc ion and cyanogen, which lead to the red fluorescence disappeared. The quantitative detection of CN- was realized with a detection limit of 7.9 × 10*7 M. In addition, the probe has excellent specificity and selectivity for Zn2+ and CN-. And the probe can be stable in a wide range of pH. Through biological experiments, we found that it can complete cell imaging in macrophages and imaging of living mice, which has application prospects in Bioimaging. In addition, the probe NIRF has good applicability for Zn2+ and CN- detection in actual samples.

Abstract
A novel diarylethene-based ratiometric fluorescent sensor with full symmetric structure, 1o, was designed and synthesized successfully. 1o could identify lysine (Lys) with high selectivity and sensitivity and the fluorescence emission peak was red shifted 85 nm upon addition of Lys, which could realize ratio recognition. It exhibited excellent anti-interference performance in the presence of various amino acids in CH3 CN/H2 O (7/3, v/v) solution. Moreover, the limit of detection of 1o to Lys could reach 0.019 μM based on a good linear range of 0-40 μM. In addition, the fluorescence emission intensity of 1o could be turned off/on by ultraviolet/visible light due to the special structure of diarylethene. A logic circuit was designed with three inputs. The ratiometric fluorescent sensor 1o could be as a new tool and provide a new method for detection of Lys.

Abstract
A predictive computational study was conducted in order to assess the efficiency of electrocyclization reactions of keteniminium salts, in an effort to form a variety of heterocyclic systems, namely, 3-amino(benzo)thiophenes, 3-amino(benzo)furans, 3-aminopyrroles, as well as 3-aminoindoles. A density functional theory (DFT) approach was utilized and the effect of heteroatoms (NMe, O, S) was thoroughly investigated by means of population analysis, QTAIM, NICS, ACID, and local reactivity descriptors (Parr and Fukui functions). The electrocyclization of enamines leading to 3-aminopyrroles was shown to be both kinetically and thermodynamically most favorable. Moreover, the pericyclic nature of the electrocyclizations was confirmed using FMO, QTAIM, NICS, and ACID methods. Additionally, substituent effects were investigated in order to give further insight on the reactivity of heteroatom containing keteniminium systems toward electrocyclization reactions. Finally, computational predictions were experimentally confirmed for a selection of keteniminium systems.

Abstract
A novel fluorescent turn-on chemosensor DHADC ((E)-3-((4-(diethylamino)-2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)-2,3-dihydrothiophene-2-carboxamide) has been developed and used to detect Zn2+ and CN-. Compound DHADC displayed a notable fluorescence increase with Zn2+. The limit of detection (2.55 ± 0.05 μM) for zinc ion was far below the standard (76 μM) of the WHO (World Health Organization). In particular, compound DHADC could be applied to determine Zn2+ in real samples, and to image Zn2+ in both HeLa cells and zebrafish. Additionally, DHADC could detect CN- through a fluorescence enhancement with little inhibition with the existence of other types of anions. The detection processes of compound DHADC for Zn2+ and CN- were demonstrated with various analytical methods like Job plots, 1H NMR titrations, and ESI-Mass analyses.

Abstract
We synthesized a new fluorescent probe 1O by attaching a diarylethene molecule to a functional group. The probe can be used to detect Al3+ and Zn2+ at the same time with high selectivity, and its detection limit is very low. When Al3+ was added, the fluorescence intensity was increased 310 folds, and was accompanied by a fluorescent color change from black to grass-green. Similarly, after the addition of Zn2+, the fluorescence intensity was enhanced 110 folds, with a concomitant color change from black to yellow-green. Moreover, based on the properties of 1O, we designed a logic circuit, and that also can be used for water sample testing.
