Abstract
Betti bases are the products resulting from the one-pot multicomponent reaction involving 1-naphthol/2-naphthol, aliphatic/aromatic aldehydes, and secondary amines. This chemical process is commonly referred to as the Betti reaction. The significance of Betti bases in medicinal chemistry has grown substantially due to their diverse array of pharmacological applications. Furthermore, their synthetic utility is considerable, given their use as catalysts and ligands in asymmetric synthesis. Moreover, Mannich products, incorporating diverse functional groups such as -OH and -NH, find application in a range of organic reactions. This utilization enables the synthesis of novel C-C bond linkages and diverse heterocycles, including biologically active naphthoxazines, which hold biological applications such as antibacterial, antifungal and anticancer. The focus of this review article is on the application of aminonaphthol derivatives in transformation reactions and the synthesis of organic compounds, with particular emphasis on heterocycles.

Abstract
An interesting self-coupling/cyclization of 5-aminopyrazoles is revealed, which provides a variety of pyridazine cores in reasonable yields. In this reaction, C(sp2)-C(sp2) and N-N bond formation occurs simultaneously in one reaction vessel. The photophysical properties of the synthesized compounds were also studied and some of them exhibited fluorescence properties with good quantum yields. A radical mediated reaction mechanism is proposed with the help of control experiments.

Abstract
Here we disclose the C1 arylation of tetrahydroisoquinolines (THIQ) through regioselective C(sp3)-H functionalization using a multicomponent reaction. The reaction was performed by reacting THIQ, aldehydes and aminopyrazoles or indoles under neat conditions with l-proline as a catalyst. The regioselectivity of the products was confirmed by X-ray analysis and spectroscopic data. The formation of an azomethine ylide intermediate is crucial for obtaining the regioselectivity.

Abstract
A one-pot method for joining three separate components leading to an assortment of N-substituted 3,4-dihydro-2H-1,3-benzoxazines is described. The method involves the addition of a Grignard reagent to an o-OBoc salicylaldehyde in the presence of an imine. With a variety of components, 15 examples are presented, including the diastereoselective incorporation of chiral imines.

Abstract
In the past three decades, the heterocyclic oxazine cores have been intensely concerned. Oxazine
derivatives are promising vital heterocyclic motifs. They are eminent for their synthetic potential
and extensive biological properties. Oxazines are versatile intermediates for the synthesis of a variety of
heterocycles and bifunctional compounds. Researchers have reported several synthetic approaches for
the preparation of oxazines. This review emphasises the recent approaches for the synthesis of oxazine
derivatives.
