Abstract
PTEN is a tumour suppressor gene involved in regulating cell division. Pathogenic germline variants in PTEN predispose to benign and malignant growths of numerous organs, including of the breast. In the following report, we describe the first documented case of a fibroadenoma developing in ectopic breast tissue of the vulva in a patient with a germline pathogenic variant in PTEN. This highlights the risk of hyperplasia developing in any breast tissue, including rare ectopic sites, particularly in patients with underlying germline variants in cancer susceptibility genes.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Accessory or supernumerary nipples can be applied when more than 2 breasts present in human beings. Usually they are seen in the embryonic milk line; however, their presence outside this line is extremely rare. A 14-year-old boy presented to the surgical consultation room complaining from a round brown skin lesion over the right shoulder area, there were no symptoms associated with this lesion but the family was worried about it. During examination the lesion was diagnosed on the basis of clinical examination and appearance as a supernumerary nipple located over the right scapula. This is an extremely rare location, and no case has been reported before. The family was reassured about the diagnosis that this condition is congenital and the patient discharged with no specific treatment. CONCLUSION Accessory nipple is not uncommon, and may present in some rare locations. The main work up should be reassurance of the patient about the diagnosis, and most patients need no intervention however it may be removed for cosmetic concerns, if enlarge in size, or associated with any symptom.

Abstract
Swellings in the axilla especially in women are always viewed with suspicion owing to a large number of these being associated with breast carcinoma presenting as nodal metastasis. In a country like India, tuberculous lymphadenopathy is also amongst the first differentials. We present a case of a woman with right sided axillary swelling mimicking lymphadenopathy which on Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) turned out to be fibroadenoma of the ectopic breast tissue. This condition is a rare occurrence in Ectopic Breast Tissue (EBT) as opposed to that in the normal breast, the most common pathology affecting ectopic breast being carcinomas.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Supernumerary breast or polymastia is a well documented anomaly of the breast, and commonly presents along the embryonic milk line extending between the axilla and groin. However, cases of polymastia have been recorded in the face, vulva, and perineum. The clinical significance of these anomalies include their susceptibility to inflammatory and malignant changes, and their association with other congenital anomalies of the urinary and cardiovascular systems. CASE In this article we report a case of fibroadenoma that developed in the supernumerary breast of the right axilla in a 17-year-old girl. It is uncommon to find such palpable masses in young patients. Clinical and sonographic examination of both breasts revealed no abnormalities and no lymph nodes were detected in the axillae or the neck. No associated urologic or cardiovascular abnormalities were found, and the histopathological examination of the excisional biopsy samples showed a well-defined, capsulated intracanalicular type of fibroadenoma similar to that of eutopic mammary tissue. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION In this report, we describe a rare case of fibroadenoma in an accessory breast in a young woman. There are a fewer than 40 reports in the world about this subject, of which differential diagnoses include: cancer in axillary supernumerary breast, hidradenitis, axillary lymphadenomegaly, lipomas, anexial cutaneous neoplasia, cysts, and phylloides tumor. The combination of clinical examination, ultrasound, and cytology leads to adequate treatment, especially surgical. The diagnosis could be confused because of findings from cytology. In this case, because of the clinical and sonographic findings and multiple differential diagnosis, only the histopathological study was used to confirm the diagnosis. Despite its high sensitivity, cytology has low specificity and could create false positive results. However, atypical lesions can be seen in fibroadenomas, especially in younger patients, pregnant patients, and in patients who use hormonal contraception. Although there are a few reports, our case report is similar to current medical registers and, after surgical treatment, our patient had an excellent prognosis.

Abstract
A 15-year-old male presented for evaluation of a volar forearm mass that he noticed four years before. The mass was not painful and his main concern was cosmesis. The mass was two centimeters in diameter with a pinpoint central sinus and scant drainage. After excision, the pathology report noted pilosebaceous units and smooth muscle bundles, consistent with an accessory nipple. In addition, the patient had another accessory nipple in the “milk line” on his torso. While accessory nipples and breast tissue have been reported in numerous locations throughout the body, this is the first reported case of an accessory nipple on the forearm.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Supernumerary breasts are relative common benign congenital anomalies. General population occurrence rates vary up to 6% according to ethnicity and gender. Higher incidence is recorded in Asian individuals, especially Japanese. Embryonic breast development of the mammary ridge (milk line) is explained and supernumerary breast tissue resulting from involution failure of any portion of the embryonic mammary folds is described. PRESENTATION OF CASE We report a case of supernumerary breast (pseudomamma) in a female occupying her right inguinal region that was treated in the breast unit of our hospital. Differential diagnosis, imaging methods, operative approach, surgical treatment and histological verification are specified. DISCUSSION Classification system for supernumerary breast tissue is presented, high risk population is identified and congenital malformations linked to it are outlined. Evaluation of diagnostic workup and limitations are stated. Cancerous degeneration and justification for surgical removal of the accessory gland is discussed. CONCLUSION Differential diagnosis of lesions along the milk line should always be inclusive of developmental abnormalities such as any type of supernumerary breast, often overlooked due to small size, although carrying a malignant potential equal to normally positioned breasts. Surgical correction is a sensible approach, often encouraged by the patients. Additional evaluation is recommended due to the frequent accompanying urinary tract and cardiac anomalies.

Abstract
Gynecomastia-like hyperplasia of orthotopic female breast tissue is a rare entity. We present the singularly unique case of a 22-year-old female who presented with a small axillary mass subsequently discovered to be a discrete deposit of ectopic breast tissue with gynecomastia-like hyperplasia. This case highlights the etiology, variable presentation, and evaluation of ectopic breast tissue.

Abstract
UNLABELLED Accessory breast tissues including nipples, areolas, and glandular tissue may develop on the chest in addition to two normal breasts. An accessory breast with a complete ductal system, areola, and nipple is termed a "supernumerary breast." Supernumerary nipples are fairly common, but complete supernumerary breasts are rare. This report describes an 18-year-old woman who presented with a complete supernumerary breast including a nipple-areola complex located on the upper outer quadrant of her left breast and causing severe breast asymmetry. She was referred to the authors for aesthetic reasons. Unilateral reduction mammaplasty was performed to remove the supernumerary breast and correct the breast asymmetry. The medial pedicle Wise technique was used for en bloc resection of the ectopic breast, including the nipple-areola complex together with the upper outer breast quadrant. The woman's postoperative course was uneventful. At 8 months after surgery, she was very satisfied with the results. Ectopic breast tissue can be treated by a variety of methods such as liposuction or excision. However, breast deformation because of a complete supernumerary breast is very rare, and research on the treatment of such patients is lacking. No reports describing surgical treatment for this condition were identified in the literature. The authors suggest that unilateral breast reduction is the most appropriate treatment, allowing excision of the accessory tissues, with the best possible cosmetic outcome. Abstract
The development of accessory breast tissue, which is found anywhere along the milk line, is attributed to the failure of milk line remnants to regress during embryogenesis. Primary tumors may arise from any ectopic breast tissue. Accessory breast cancer occurring concurrently with primary invasive breast cancer is extremely rare. Two such cases were reported in this article. One was a 43-year-old Chinese female who exhibited bilateral breast cancer (invasive ductal carcinoma, not otherwise specified, IDC-NOS) and an accessory breast carcinoma (IDC-NOS) incidentally identified in her left axilla. The ectopic breast tissue in her right axilla presented with adenosis. The patient was surgically treated, followed by postoperative docetaxel epirubicin (TE) chemotherapy. The second case was a 53-year-old Chinese female with bilateral breast cancer (apocrine carcinoma) accompanied by an accessory breast carcinoma (IDC-NOS) in her right axilla that was also incidentally identified. The patient was surgically treated after three doses of cyclophosphamide epirubicin docetaxel (CET) neoadjuvant chemotherapy, followed by adjuvant chemotherapy of the same regimen.

Abstract
Introduction. The congenital anomalies of breast, especially the polymastia (supernumerary breast) and polythelia (supernumerary nipple), always do not fail to amuse the clinicians because of their varied presentations, associated renal anomalies, and pathologies arising from them. The axillary polymastia is a variant of ectopic breast tissue (EBT). Ectopic breast tissue can undergo the same physiological and pathological processes as the normally located breast. The incidence of fibroadenoma developing in ectopic breast is reported as a rare entity, the most common being the carcinoma. Case Presentation. A 31-year-old Dravidian female presented with a lump of 4 cm in the right axilla for the past year which gradually increased in size, giving discomfort. Our initial differential diagnosis was fibroadenoma, lipoma, and lymphadenopathy. Further investigation and histopathological report of excision biopsy confirmed it as a fibroadenoma on ectopic breast tissue in the axilla. Patient has no associated urological or cardiac anomaly. Conclusion. This case has been reported for its rarity and to reemphasise the importance of screening of EBT for any pathology during routine screening of breast.

Abstract
UNLABELLED Extra nipples and breast tissue outside the orthotopic location of the mammary glands are called polythelia and polymastia, respectively. Although the theory of mammary ridge remnants can explain extra breast tissue along the milk line, other locations such as the dorsum of the body still need further discussion. This report describes a 28-year-old Caucasian woman with a perfectly formed breast together with a meningocele in the lumbar region. Kyphoscoliosis and growth retardation were accompanying pathologies. As far as the authors can discern, this is the first case in the literature showing a well-formed breast and dysraphism occurring together. Abstract
We report a case of heterotopic breast epithelial inclusion of the heart incidentally found on a native heart in a 73-year-old man who received orthotopic heart transplantation for ischemic cardiomyopathy. The lesion could not be recognized on gross inspection. Histologic sections from the left anterior atrium to interatrial septum showed focally microcystic ductal/tubular structures lined by a biphasic pattern of cuboidal to columnar apical epithelial cells with an outer layer of flattened basal cells. These glandular structures were arranged in vaguely lobular and focally infiltrative patterns in the epicardium and interstitium. No architectural or cytologic atypia or mitotic or apoptotic figures were seen. The apical epithelial cells were immunoreactive for pankeratin, cytokeratin (CK) 7, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, gross cystic disease fluid protein-15, and negative for CK20, calretinin, Wilms' tumor suppressor gene (WT1), CD31, suggestive of mammary epithelial differentiation. The basal cells were immunoreactive for pankeratin, CK7, CK5/6, D2-40, smooth-muscle actin and focally S100, suggestive of myoepithelial differentiation. Although the heterotopic breast tissue on the skin along the milk line is well recognized, it has not been described to involve internal organs including the heart.

Abstract
Supernumerary nipples are common congenital anomalies, most often occurring along the embryonic milk lines. We present a patient with an ectopic nipple on the foot. We are unable to explain the aetiology of this anomaly; however, several theories have been proposed. They are also associated with disorders of the renal and cardiovascular systems as well as pathology that affect normal breast tissue.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The development of an accessory breast tissue is attributed to the failure of regression of milk line remnants during embryogenesis. The accessory breasts can develop anywhere along the milk line, extending from axilla to the groin. The vulvar accessory breast is extremely rare among these. CASE We report an 18-year-old girl presenting a solitary vulvar mass which is later pathologically confirmed to be an accessory breast tissue. On preoperative ultrasonographic examination, a lobulated echogenic mass with internal septa was seen in the subcutaneous fat layer of the mons pubis. Excisional biopsy was performed, which revealed an accessory breast tissue. She had no specific developmental abnormalities and had no familial history. CONCLUSION An accessory breast in the vulva is an extremely rare case among the ectopic breasts, especially in an adolescent girl. Pathological confirmation is mandatory in this case to exclude a possibility of other tumor, including malignancy.

Abstract
A 31 year old Indian woman presented with bilateral axillary masses that became noticeable with the onset of puberty. The masses exhibited similar consistency to the adjacent normal breast tissue but lacked an associated nipple complex. The clinical impression was lipoma; however, mammography, ultrasonography and skin biopsy revealed ectopic breast tissue. These findings were consistent with the diagnosis of aberrant breast tissue. A subset of ectopic mammary tissue, aberrant breast tissue may constitute a diagnostic challenge and is often misdiagnosed as lipoma, hidradenitis, follicular cyst, or lymphadenopathy. In addition, some studies have suggested that aberrant breast tissue may be at higher risk of malignant degeneration. Therefore, it's important that physicians be familiar with this condition as this may contribute to the early detection of ectopic breast cancer.

Abstract
The presence of accessory breast tissue such as extra nipples (polythelia) and extra breast (polymastia) is relatively common, with a high incidence of being misdiagnosed in clinical medicine. Although polythelia is congenital in origin and is identifiable at childhood, polymastia may not be evident until the influence of sex hormones during puberty. In this article, we present a review of the literature concerning the historical background of accessory breasts, their incidence, their misdiagnoses, and their association with other syndromes and diseases. Finally, we present the common treatment options available today for such conditions.

Abstract
The differential diagnosis for a solitary axillary mass is extensive. Based on the initial history and physical examination of the patient presented in this case report, the diagnosis of suppurative hidradenitis was incorrectly reached. Abstract
Extramammary fibroadenomas have been previously reported to mainly occur in the anogenital region, arising from mammary-like glands. The present report describes a 45-year-old woman who presented with a fibroadenoma of her eyelid that was associated with a cystadenoma. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of a fibroadenoma of the eyelid. The differential diagnosis and histogenesis of this lesion are discussed, and the literature pertaining to cutaneous fibroadenomas arising outside the breast is reviewed.
