Abstract
BACKGROUND Recurrent hematospermia accompanied by postejaculatory hematuria is a very rare phenomenon, has not been well understood in the clinical setting, and usually leads to misdiagnosis and mistreatment. The aim of this study was to summarize the clinical characteristics, etiologic diagnosis, and endoscopic treatment of hematospermia with postcoital hematuria. METHODS We collected the clinical data from 39 patients of hematospermia with postcoital hematuria, who were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to October 2019. The etiologic diagnostic process and endoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively, and we observed and evaluated the efficacy and any complications during follow-up. RESULTS The average age of the 39 patients was 44.1 years (range, 18-61 years), and the disease history ranged from 1 month to 20 years, with a median duration of 24 months. All of the patients were observed by urethrocystoscopy, which showed 38 cases of posterior urethral hemangioma (PUH) or abnormal varicose vessels, and 1 case of anterior urethral hemangioma. Of these, 18 patients underwent transurethral resection of urethral hemangioma, and 21 patients underwent transurethral electrocauterization. Postoperative follow-up ranged from 1 to 56 months, with a median of 16 months. The symptoms disappeared in 37 patients and recurred in 2 patients two to 3 months after the operation. The two recurrent patients were treated again by transurethral electrocauterization, and their symptoms then disappeared. CONCLUSIONS PUH is the most common cause of hematospermia with postejaculatory hematuria. Herein, we demonstrated that transurethral resection or electrocauterization provides a safe, effective, and minimally invasive method for the treatment of PUH.

Abstract
RATIONALE Urethral hemangiomas commonly occur in men or elderly women. We presented a rare case of urethral hemangioma in a prepubertal female patient. PATIENTS CONCERNS An 8-year-old girl had the complaints of bloody staining of clothing, a foul perineal odor, and urethral pain. She was brought to our genitourinary outpatient department for survey and a single, 1-cm compressible reddish nodule at the 10-2 o'clock position in the distal urethra was found. DIAGNOSES Urethral hemangioma in a prepubertal girl was diagnosed after excision of the urethral nodule. INTERVENTIONS Excision with 8 "stay" sutures in the protruding urethral mucosa was performed. OUTCOMES Normal micturition without symptom recurrence was noted at the 3-month follow-up. LESSONS Urethral hemangioma is also found in prepubertal female patient. Increased physician awareness and early recognition of a urethral hemangioma can avoid unnecessary examinations and patient anxiety. The procedure of excision with 8 "stay" sutures in the protruding urethral mucosa facilitates mobilization from the distal urethra and provides a good surgical view of abnormal proliferative blood vessels. Therefore, the lesion can be removed as clean as possible.

Abstract
Hemangiomas are benign vascular tumors. They are the prerogative of the liver and skin. And genitourinary localizations are rare and have only been rarely reported in the prostat, bladder, ureter or the perineum. In the light of published cases, urethral hemangiomas are mostly found in males. Few cases of hemangioma in the female urethra were reported. We report a cavernous hemangioma of the urethra in a 61 years old patient who presented bleeding from the urethra and micturition disorders. Physical examination revealed a tumor 3 cm x 2 polyploid arising from the terminal urethra (urethral hemangioma). We performed surgical resection of the tumor, along with bladder drainage. The postoperative course was simple. We update through a review of the literature aspects of the diagnostic and therapeutic care of the urethral hemangioma.

Abstract
Genitourinary hemangiomas are rare entities of the urinary system. We reported a female patient who suffered dyspareunia and intermitant hematuria that was proved as urethral cavernous hemangioma. Despite its benign nature, hemangiomas may recur due to incomplet excision.

Abstract
Three cases of recurrent post-coital haematuria are described. Extensive protracted investigations pinpointed urethral varicosities as the likely cause. All patients were successfully treated with diathermy fulguration.

Abstract
Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome (KTS) is an unusual congenital anomaly characterized by cutaneous hemangiomas, varicosities and bony hypertrophy of the extremities. Herein the case is reported of a 24-year-old man with urethral bleeding from hemangiomas associated with KTS that were successfully managed by endoscopic sclerotherapy. A 23-G puncture needle was inserted into the bleeding vein to inject a 5% solution of monoethanolamine oleate (Oldamine), which is typically used for sclerotherapy of esophageal vasix. At a 4-month follow-up, the patient only had slightly bloodstained urethral discharge, and is doing well. This is the first case reporting endoscopic sclerotherapy for a KTS-associated urethral hemangioma.

Abstract
Urethral hemangioma is a rare cause of hematuria for which various modalities of treatment have been used. We report a young patient, who presented with hematuria and in whom urethrocystoscopy showed multiple hemangiomas in penile urethra. These were fulgurated successfully with Nd-YAG laser.
