Abstract
BACKGROUND Schwannomas can occur in the body where nerve sheaths are present. Genitourinary schwannomas are very rare, especially primary bladder schwannomas. They account for only 0.1% of bladder tumours. The literature reports that simple surgical resection has a good effect and prognosis. CASE PRESENTATION A 39-year-old man had no significant improvement in symptoms due to frequent urination and urgency for 1 month following the treatment of prostatitis for 2 weeks. Ultrasound and computed tomography (CT) showed a mass in the left side wall of the bladder (size approximately 2.0 × 1.9 cm) that had clear boundaries and protruded outward from the bladder. After the extraperitoneal space was dilated with a balloon, a minimally invasive laparoscopic partial cystectomy was performed in this space to remove the tumour. The pathological diagnosis was bladder schwannoma. Immunohistochemical staining showed that it was strongly S100 protein positive. There was no recurrence after 2 years follow-up by cystoscopy and CT. CONCLUSIONS Bladder schwannomas are clinically rare benign bladder lesions and no specific clinical manifestations. Laparoscopic partial cystectomy through the extraperitoneal space is a safe and feasible treatment option.

Abstract
RATIONALE Schwannoma is common in young and middle-aged people and occurs in the head, neck, posterior mediastinum, and retroperitoneal. Schwannoma, on the other hand, is a rare occurrence in the seminal vesicle. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial since the disease can cause lower abdominal pain, nocturia, frequent urination, blood sperm, and other symptoms. There is no standard diagnostic or treatment guideline for seminal vesicle schwannomas currently. Therefore, the treatment experience relies on the few cases reported throughout the world. PATIENT CONCERNS A 45-year-old male patient discovered that the tumor beside the right side spermatophore is bigger than 3 years ago. DIAGNOSIS Schwannoma of seminal vesicle. INTERVENTIONS Ureter double-J tube implantation and laparoscopic surgery for schwannoma of seminal vesicle. OUTCOMES The operation process went smoothly. And the patient was no discomfort after half a year. CONCLUSION Schwannoma of the seminal vesicle is very rare in the clinic, and the imaging examination was not conclusive. The diagnosis mainly depends on pathological results. Surgical resection is the best treatment method for schwannoma. In surgery for schwannoma of seminal vesicle, combined with the ureter double-J tube implantation are many benefits. This case is an excellent example of the seminal vesicle schwannomas.

Abstract
RATIONALE Schwannomas of the seminal vesicles are extremely rare, and only cases of single seminal vesicle schwannomas have been reported. Here, we report a case of multiple schwannoma of the seminal vesicle. PATIENT CONCERNS We report a rare case of multiple schwannoma of the seminal vesicle that occurred in a 48-year-old man during physical examination. Multiple mixed masses in the left region of the seminal vesicle were documented with transrectal ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging. The patient presented no clinical symptoms, no family history of the disease and no history of genetic disease. DIAGNOSIS Postoperative pathology revealed a diagnosis of seminal vesical schwannoma. INTERVENTIONS The patient underwent robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery to remove the mass. OUTCOMES The patient recovered rapidly and the length of hospitalization was 6 days after operation. At present, there is no recurrence in 10 month follow up. LESSONS Whether benign or malignant, single or multiple, schwannomas still need to be diagnosed by pathology because of the limitations of examination methods. Surgical resection is still the preferred treatment.

Abstract
Mesenchymal tumors of the prostate are rare but often cause considerable diagnostic difficulty when encountered. These may be either benign or malignant and can arise within the prostate gland or in adjacent tissues. This review covers prostatic stromal proliferations (prostatic stromal tumor of uncertain malignant potential and stromal sarcoma), solitary fibrous tumor, myofibroblastic proliferations, smooth muscle neoplasms (leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma), gastrointestinal stromal tumor, schwannoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, sarcomatoid carcinoma, postradiation sarcoma, and mixed epithelial stromal tumor of the seminal vesicle. Differential diagnostic considerations are emphasized, including descriptions of helpful histological and/or clinical clues and the use of adjuvant diagnostic techniques.

Abstract
Schwannomas are benign nerve sheath tumors composed of Schwann cells, which normally produce the insulating myelin sheath covering the peripheral nerves. Common locations include the head, neck, mediastinum, and retroperitoneum. These tumors are usually asymptomatic until they become large and compress the surrounding tissues. Most schwannomas occur during the third and fourth decades of life, with an equal gender distribution. We present the case of a schwannoma that originated in the scrotum.

Abstract
We present a rare case of a schwannoma of the seminal vesicle that occurred in a 43-year-old male with symptoms of the lower urinary tract. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging documented a solid mass in the patient's left seminal vesicle. A transvesical approach with a transtrigonal midline incision was successfully performed. The microscopic aspect was compatible with schwannoma.

Abstract
We present the case of a pelvic schwannoma in a 36 year old man. It was discovered by chance during the medical assessment of a prostatitis. A computed tomography scan and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a 8 centimeters cystic pelvic tumor, closed to the right seminal vesicle. The patient underwent a transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy, which showed a proliferation of neural peripheric cells with nuclear abnormalities. A tumorectomy was performed by laparotomy. The histological study diagnosed a benign cystic schwannoma. The patient was free of disease 12 months postoperatively.

Abstract
We report on a remarkable diagnostic work up of suspect rectal palpation results in a 54-year-old patient. According to a transrectal ultrasound-guided punch biopsy the patient was suspected of having a carcinoma of the seminal vesicles and an aggressive operational approach was considered. After a median laparotomy a generalized peritoneal carcinomatosis was found. A goblet cell carcinoid of the vermiform appendix was identified as the primary tumor. This case report deals with metastazation of a primary goblet cell carcinoma into the seminal vesicles on both sides as an extremely rare reason for suspicious rectal palpation results. The tumor valency, diagnostic work up, therapy and further differential diagnoses are described.

Abstract
Benign neoplasms originating from the neuronal sheath are usually found along the distribution of the cranial nerves and in the flexor surfaces of the upper and lower extremities. We herein present a case of a 65-year-old man with a schwannoma located in the inguinal canal, which presented as an irreducible hernia. This is the first reported case in the English literature of a schwannoma with such a presentation.
