Abstract
Microporous zeolites that can act as heterogeneous catalysts have continued to attract a great deal of academic and industrial interest, but current progress in their synthesis and application is restricted to single-phase zeolites, severely underestimating the potential of intergrowth frameworks. Compared with single-phase zeolites, intergrowth zeolites possess unique properties, such as different diffusion pathways and molecular confinement, or special crystalline pore environments for binding metal active sites. This review first focuses on the structural features and synthetic details of all the intergrowth zeolites, especially providing some insightful discussion of several potential frameworks. Subsequently, characterization methods for intergrowth zeolites are introduced, and highlighting fundamental features of these crystals. Then, the applications of intergrowth zeolites in several of the most active areas of catalysis are presented, including selective catalytic reduction of NOx by ammonia (NH3-SCR), methanol to olefins (MTO), petrochemicals and refining, fine chemicals production, and biomass conversion on Beta, and the relationship between structure and catalytic activity was profiled from the perspective of intergrowth grain boundary structure. Finally, the synthesis, characterization, and catalysis of intergrowth zeolites are summarized in a comprehensive discussion, and a brief outlook on the current challenges and future directions of intergrowth zeolites is indicated.

Abstract
Silicoaluminophosphate zeolite (SAPO-34) has been attracting increasing attention due to its excellent form selection and controllability in the chemical industry, as well as being one of the best industrial catalysts for methanol-to-olefin (MTO) reaction conversion. However, as a microporous molecular sieve, SAPO-34 easily generates carbon deposition and rapidly becomes inactivated. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the crystal size of the zeolite or to introduce secondary macropores into the zeolite crystal to form a hierarchical structure in order to improve the catalytic effect. In this review, the synthesis methods of conventional SAPO-34 molecular sieves, hierarchical SAPO-34 molecular sieves and nanosized SAPO-34 molecular sieves are introduced, and the properties of the synthesized SAPO-34 molecular sieves are described, including the phase, morphology, pore structure, acid source, and catalytic performance, in particular with respect to the synthesis of hierarchical SAPO-34 molecular sieves. We hope that the review can provide guidance to the preparation of the SAPO-34 catalysts, and stimulate the future development of high-performance hierarchical SAPO-34 catalysts to meet the growing demands of the material and chemical industries.

Abstract
Sequentially precipitated Mg-promoted nickel-silica catalysts with ageing performed under various ultrasonic intensities were employed to study the catalyst performance in the partial hydrogenation of sunflower oil. Results from various characterisation studies showed that increasing ultrasonic intensity caused a higher degree of hydroxycarbonate erosion and suppressed the formation of Ni silicates and silica support, which improved Ni dispersion, BET surface area and catalyst reducibility. Growth of silica clusters on the catalyst aggregates were observed in the absence of ultrasonication, which explained the higher silica and nickel silicate content on the outer surface of the catalyst particle. Application of ultrasound also altered the electron density of the Ni species, which led to higher activity and enhanced product selectivity for sonicated catalysts. The catalyst synthesised with ultrasonic intensity of 20.78 Wcm-2 achieved 22.6% increase in hydrogenation activity, along with 28.5% decrease in trans-C18:1 yield at IV = 70, thus supporting the feasibility of such technique.

Abstract
The influence of ultrasound-assisted rapid hydrothermal synthesis of aluminosilicate ZSM-5 catalysts was examined in this work. A series of MFI-type nanostructured materials with sonochemical approach and conventionalheating were synthesized and evaluated for conversion of methanol to propylene reaction. The prepared samples were tested by characterization analyses such as XRD, FESEM, BET-BJH, FTIR, TPD-NH3 and TG/DTG. The obtained results confirmed that ultrasound treatment enhanced the nucleation process and crystal growth for ZSM-5 sample synthesized at moderate temperature of 250 °C. Therefore, it was found the formation of pure MFI zeolite with high crystallinity and improved textural, structural and acidic properties for ZSM-5(UH-250) sample compared with the other zeolites. This observation was attributed to the relationship between the perfect crystallization mechanism and catalytic properties, which led to producing an efficient MFI zeolite toward the optimal catalytic performance. In this manner, the methanol conversion and products selectivity of prepared materials were carried out in MTP reaction at 460 °C and atmospheric pressure. The ZSM-5(UH-250) zeolite with slower deactivation regime exhibited the constant level of methanol conversion (84%) and high propylene selectivity (78%) after 2100 min time on stream. Moreover, the synthesis pathway for MFI zeolite at moderate temperature and also deactivation mechanism of improved sample were proposed.

Abstract
AIM AND OBJECTIVE The research focuses on recent progress in the production of light olefins. Hence, as the common catalyst of the reaction (SAPO-34) deactivates quickly because of coke formation, we reorganized the mechanism combining SAPO-34 with a natural zeolite in order to delay the deactivation time. MATERIALS AND METHODS The synthesis of nanocomposite catalyst was conducted hydrothermally using experimental design. Firstly, Clinoptilolite was modified using nitric acid in order to achieve nano-scaled material. Then, the initial gel of the SAPO-34 was prepared using DEA, aluminum isopropoxide, phosphoric acid and TEOS as the organic template, sources of Aluminum, Phosphor, and Silicate, respectively. Finally, the modified zeolite was combined with SAPO-34's gel. RESULTS 20 different catalysts due to D-Optimal design were synthesized and the nanocomposite with 50 weight percent of SAPO-34, 4 hours Crystallization and early Clinoptilolite precipitation showed the highest relative crystallinity, partly high BET surface area and hierarchical structure. CONCLUSION Different analyses illustrated the existence of both components. The most important property alteration of nanocomposite was the increment of pore mean diameters and reduction in pore volumes in comparison with free SAPO-34. Due to the low price of Clinoptilolite, the new catalyst renders the process as economical. Using this composite, according to the formation of multi-sized pores located hierarchically on the surface of the catalyst and increased surface area, significant amounts of Ethylene and Propylene, in comparison with free SAPO-34, were produced, as well as the deactivation time was improved.
