Abstract
The continuous flow telescoped synthesis of 1,1-cyclopropane aminoketones was achieved by optimizing the photocyclization of 1,2-diketones to 2-hydroxycylobutanones (HCBs) and their reaction with aryl- and alkylamines, via tandem condensation C4-C3-ring contraction reaction. With the achieved operational conditions, we were able to obtain a library of cyclopropylamines with good chemical yields, high productivity, and short residence times.

Abstract
Enesulfinamides with α,β,β-trisubstitution undergo a Simmons-Smith reaction to yield multisubstituted cyclopropylamine derivatives with high stereocontrol. The resulting α-tertiary cyclopropylamine derivatives, which feature β-quaternary stereocenters bearing two electronically and sterically similar substituents (e.g., methyl and ethyl), are seldom achieved by using conventional methods. By adjusting the stereochemistry of the carbon-carbon double bond and/or sulfinyl group within the enesulfinamides, it is feasible to selectively produce four stereoisomers of the cyclopropylamines, each with different absolute configurations at the α- and β-carbons.

Abstract
Cyclopropanes are important structural motifs found in many natural products and are essential to the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries. Here, we report a bioinspired cobalt catalyst that catalyzes the intermolecular cyclopropanation of various terminal olefins using ethyl diazoacetate (EDA) in high efficiency. This cobalt catalytic system is operationally simple under very mild conditions, enabling the synthesis of cyclopropane products with remarkable yields in short reaction time. Preliminary mechanistic studies suggest the presence of cobalt carbene radical species during the reaction.

Abstract
An unprecedented copper-catalyzed cascade reaction of 1,6-enynes with sulfoxonium ylides is reported, providing a series of structurally intriguing 2,3-disubstituted indolines bearing a conjugated dienone functionality at the 3-position in moderate to excellent yields with good chemo-, regio-, and diastereoselectivities under mild reaction conditions. Importantly, sulfoxonium-ylide-derived copper-carbene herein exhibits quite different reactivity from that of diazo copper-carbene. A rational mechanism, an initial ammonium ylide rather than allene formation, is proposed.

Abstract
Asymmetric cyclopropanation of alkenes by aryldiazoacetates was achieved using the readily-available racemic (diene)rhodium complex in combination with the chiral oxazoline-phenol ligand, which acts as the chiral poison and selectively inhibits one of the enantiomers of the catalyst. This approach eliminates a common problematic step of the synthesis of chiral catalysts.
