Abstract
Construction of complex molecular skeletons with ubiquitous chemical feedstocks in a single transformation is highly appealing in organic synthesis. We report a novel visible-light-induced three-component reaction for the construction of complex 2,4,5-trisubstituted oxazoles, which are valuable in medicinal chemistry, from simple and readily available iodonium-phosphonium hybrid ylides, carboxylic acids, and nitriles. This reaction features a carbenic phosphorus-nitrile hybrid ylide formation/trapping cascade, in which a photo-generated α-phosphonium carbene acts as a sequence trigger. This catalyst- and additive-free transformation exhibits high efficiency and broad substrate scope for synthesizing diverse oxazoles.

Abstract
Herein a novel and concise approach to pyrrole skeletons via Pd-catalyzed tandem cyclization reactions is investigated. The substrates for the transformation could be readily prepared by phosphoric acid-catalyzed Ugi reactions with available starting materials. In this strategy, two isocyanides participate in sequential isocyanide insertion reactions, and the chemoselectivity of the products is regulated by the steric hindrance of the isocyanide. A plausible mechanism for the formation of the corresponding adducts is proposed.

Abstract
A mild and highly efficient Ugi-3CR using a novel Cu-COOH@MOF-6 as the catalyst has been developed, which provides facile access to α-amino amides. The recycling test and XRD images showed that the catalytic system has good stability and recyclability.

Abstract
A new efficient synthesis of polysubstituted pyrazin-2(1H)-ones via the sequential Ugi/Staudinger/aza-Wittig/isomerization reaction has been developed. The four-component Ugi reactions of arylglyoxals 1, primary amines 2, α-azidovinyl acids 3, and isocyanides 4 produced the azides 5, which were treated with triphenylphosphine to give pyrazin-2(1H)-ones 6 in good yields through domino Staudinger/aza-Wittig/isomerization reactions.
