Abstract
An FeCl3-catalyzed oxidative condensation of NH-1,2,3-triazoles, aryl methyl ketones (or acetophenones) and DMF (N,N-dimethylformamide) for the synthesis of β-(1,2,3-triazolyl)-ketones was developed. DMF serves as a one-carbon source, and the resulting products display diverse reaction selectivity, highlighting the existence of distinct approaches.

Abstract
π‐Extended acenaphtho[1,2‐d][1,2,3]triazoles, the unsubstituted Anta‐H and its di‐tert‐butyl derivative Dibanta‐H, as well as 5,6,7,8‐tetrahydro‐1H‐naphtho[2,3‐d][1,2,3]triazole Cybta‐H were obtained in concise syntheses. In the solid state, Dibanta‐H forms an unprecedented hydrogen‐bonded cyclic tetrad, stabilized by dispersion interactions of the bulky tBu substituents, whereas a cyclic triad was found in the crystal structure of Anta‐H. These cyclic assemblies form infinite slipped stacks in the crystals. Evidence for analogous hydrogen‐bonded self‐assembly in solution was provided by low‐temperature NMR spectroscopy and computational analyses. Kuratowski‐type pentanuclear complexes [Zn5Cl4(Dibanta)6] and [Zn5Cl4(Cybta)6] were prepared from the respective triazoles. In the Dibanta complexes, the π‐aromatic surfaces of the ligands extend from the edges of the tetrahedral Zn5 core, yielding an enlarged structure with significant internal molecular free volume and red‐shifted fluorescence.

Abstract
In the presence of K2S2O8 and HOAc, 3-(2-azidoaryl) substituted propargyl alcohols can go through chemoselective oxidative radical cyclizations to give a pool of anthranils based on Meyer-Schuster rearrangement. It's proposed that the cyclizations were triggered exclusively by the direct attack of oxygen radicals on the azides. The weak N-O bonds in anthranils could be easily cleaved in the presence of transition metal catalysts and went through aminations with 2-oxo-2-phenylacetic acid and iodobenzene.

Abstract
A metal-free approach has been developed for the synthesis of benzo[c]isoxazole (anthranils) containing 1,2,3-triazoles. The reaction proceeded efficiently through a [3 + 2] azide-alkyne cycloaddition, SNAr azidation and denitrogenative cyclization sequence. The metal-free protocol enabled effective construction of one N-O and three C-N bonds in one pot. In addition, the synthetic utility of the current methodology was further demonstrated by late stage modification of the obtained products.

Abstract
Heterocyclic compounds have become an inevitable part of organic chemistry due to their ubiquitous presence in bioactive compounds. Copper-catalyzed multicomponent synthesis of heterocycles has developed as the most convenient and facile synthetic route towards complex heterocyclic motifs. In this review, we discuss the advancements in the field of copper-catalyzed multicomponent reactions for the preparation of heterocycles since 2018. Heterocycles are abundant in several pharmaceutical and naturally occurring compounds. Copper-catalyzed multicomponent reactions are a convenient method for easy access to heterocycles. In this review, we focus on the advancement in this field for the past two years.![]()
