Abstract
We present herein a copper-catalyzed three-component aminofluorination of unactivated alkenes with N-bromodialkylamines and readily available nucleophilic fluoride under the assistance of a bidentate auxiliary. This protocol exhibits excellent functional group tolerance toward a wide range of unactivated alkenes and N-bromodialkylamines to furnish the corresponding β-fluoroalkylamines in a highly regio- and diastereoselective manner. The appropriate choice of nucleophilic fluoro source is essential to make this reaction a reality. Further DFT calculations show that the exothermic ion exchange between external fluoride ion and Cu(II) intermediate provides additional driving force to the irreversible migratory insertion, which offsets the unfavorable reaction energetics associated with the subsequent C(sp3)-F reductive elimination. This finding offers a new avenue to catalytic intermolecular aminofluorination of unactivated alkenes with electron-rich amino sources via a remarkable reductive elimination of Cu(III) species to forge the C(sp3)-F bonds.

Abstract
A metal-free oxidative trideuteromethylthiolation of alkenes with CD3SSO3Na using NFSI as an oxidant has been developed. The aminotrideuteromethylthiolation of a three-component reaction could be easily achieved in the presence of a cobalt catalyst. The divergent trideuteromethylthiolation of alkenes, readily available trideuteromethylthiolation reagent, and versatile synthetic strategy allow for late-stage modification of drug molecules.

Abstract
The oxidative aminative vicinal difunctionalization of alkenes or related chemical feedstocks has emerged as sustainable and multipurpose strategies that can efficiently construct two -N bonds, and simultaneously prepare the synthetically fascinating molecules and catalysis in organic synthesis that typically required multi-step reactions. This review summarized the impressive breakthroughs on synthetic methodologies (2015-2022) documented especially over inter/intra-molecular vicinal diamination of alkenes with electron-rich or deficient diverse nitrogen sources. These unprecedented strategies predominantly involved iodine-based reagents/catalysts, which resent the interest of organic chemists due to their impressive role as flexible, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly reagents, resulting in a wide variety of synthetically useful organic molecules. Moreover, the information collected also describes the significant role of catalyst, terminal oxidant, substrate scope, synthetic applications, and their unsuccessful results to highlight the limitations. Special emphasis has been given to proposed mechanistic pathways to determine the key factors governing the issues of regioselectivity, enantioselectivity, and diastereoselectivity ratios.

Abstract
Catalytic asymmetric hydroamination of alkenes with Lewis basic amines is of great interest but remains a challenge in synthetic chemistry. Here, we developed a Co-catalyzed asymmetric hydroamination of arylalkenes directly using commercially accessible secondary amines. This process enables the efficient access to valuable α-chiral tertiary amines in good to excellent yields and enantioselectivities. Mechanistic studies suggest that the reaction includes a CoH-mediated hydrogen atom transfer (MHAT) with arylalkenes, followed by a pivotal catalyst controlled SN 2-like pathway between in situ generated electrophilic cationic alkylcobalt(IV) species and free amines. This radical-polar crossover strategy not only provides a straightforward and alternative approach for the synthesis of enantioenriched α-tertiary amines, but also underpins the substantial opportunities in developing asymmetric radical functionalization of alkenes with various free nucleophiles in oxidative MHAT catalysis.

Abstract
The AuI complex [Au{N(F)SO2 Ph}(SPhos)] (SPhos=dicyclohexyl(2',6'-dimethoxy[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl)phosphane) (2) bearing a fluoroamido ligand has been synthesized by reaction of the fluorido complex [Au(F)(SPhos)] (1) with NFSI (NFSI=N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide). A reaction with CO resulted in an unprecedented insertion into the N-F bond at 2. With the carbene precursor N2 CH(CO2 Et) N-F bond cleavage gave the Au-F bond insertion product [Au{CHF(CO2 C2 H5 )}(SPhos)] (7). The presence of CNtBu led to Au-N cleavage at 2 and concomitant amide formation to give the cationic complex [Au(CNtBu)(SPhos)][N(F)SO2 Ph)] (5), which reacted further to give FtBu as well as the cyanido complex [Au(CN)(SPhos)] (6). These results led to the development of a process for the amination of electrophilic organic substrates by transfer of the fluoroamido group NF(SO2 Ph)- .

Abstract
A procedure for the synthesis of 1,2-diamines from vinyl sulfonium salts and arylamines under mild conditions was developed. This present synthetic protocol not only obviates the need for a transition-metal catalyst and an oxidizing reagent but also features a broad substrates scope. The practicability of this protocol is demonstrated by the one-pot synthesis, a scale-up reaction, and transformations of the products to diverse N-heterocyclic compounds. Mechanistic studies indicate that the formation of aziridine plays a key role during this diamination process.

Abstract
The fluorination of alkenes with electrophilic N-F type reagents usually occurs through a Markovnikov-type addition, and the anti-Markovnikov-type addition may require the use of a transition metal catalyst or an expensive catalyst. Herein we describe a convenient anti-Markovnikov iodofluorination of alkenes with Selectfluor/ nBu4NI. A wide substrate scope and good functional group tolerance were observed. The process allows for the construction of various C-F bonds, especially tertiary C-F bonds. The remarkable features make this protocol attractive, including convenient operations, simple reaction conditions, and the installation of an iodine atom which provides possibilities for further transformations.

Abstract
Catalytic hydroamination of the readily available alkenes is among the most straightforward means to construct diverse alkyl amines. To this end, the facile access to both regioselectivity, i.e., Markovnikov or anti-Markovnikov hydroamination, with minimum reaction-parameter alternation, remains challenging. Herein, we report a cobalt-catalyzed highly selective and divergent Markovnikov and anti-Markovnikov hydroamination of alkenes, in which the switch of regioselectivity is achieved simply by the variation of the addition sequence of 9-BBN.

Abstract
An efficient and general radical hydroamination of alkenes using Co(salen) as catalyst, N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide (NFSI) and its analogues as both nitrogen source and oxidant was successfully disclosed. A variety of alkenes, including aliphatic alkenes, styrenes, α, β-unsaturated esters, amides, acids, as well as enones, were all compatible to provide desired amination products. Mechanistic experiments suggest that the reaction underwent a metal-hydride-mediated hydrogen atom transfer (HAT) with alkene, followed by a pivotal catalyst controlled SN 2-like pathway between in situ generated organocobalt(IV) species and nitrogen-based nucleophiles. Moreover, by virtue of modified chiral cobalt(II)-salen catalyst, an unprecedented asymmetric version was also achieved with good to excellent level of enantiocontrol. This novel asymmetric radical C-N bond construction opens a new door for the challenging asymmetric radical hydrofunctionalization.

Abstract
An environmentally friendly and efficient electrochemical fluorosulfonylation of styrenes has been developed. With the use of sulfonylhydrazides and triethylamine trihydrofluoride, a diverse array of β-fluorosulfones could be readily obtained. This reaction features mild conditions and a broad substrate scope, which could also be conveniently extended to a gram-scale preparation.
