Abstract
An efficient [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction between in situ generated nitrile imines from hydrazonoyl halides and vinylsulfonium salts is developed. The nitrile imines are demonstrated to be a new class of reaction partner for vinylsulfonium salts to conduct the [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction. The process provides a concise and efficient method for the construction of pyrazole derivatives under mild reaction conditions with broad substrate scope, good product yields, and high regioselectivity.

Abstract
Sonogashira coupling of N-tosyl aryltriazenes is reported to offer arylalkynes in yields up to 92% with the aid of tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as a dual activator for both the palladium catalyst and aryltriazenes. Common functional groups could be well tolerated, although large electronic effects from alkynes were observed. TBAB-assisted oxidative addition of palladium(0) to aryltriazene instead of in situ formed arylhalide has been proposed to initiate the catalytic cycle.

Abstract
The incorporation of two distinct boryl groups at the same carbon center in organic molecules has attracted growing research interest due to its potential for facilitating controlled, precise synthesis through stepwise dual carbon-boron bond transformations. Here we report a method to access unsymmetrical 1,1-diborylalkene (UDBA) stereoselectively via the reaction of readily available alkynes with a neutral sp2 -sp3 diboron reagent (NHC)BH2 -Bpin (NHC=N-heterocyclic carbene). Attributing to the chemically easily distinguishable nature of the sp2 and sp3 boryl moieties, controllable stepwise derivatization of the resultant UDBAs is realized. This process leads to various multifunctionalized olefins and organoborons, such as acylboranes, which are difficult to prepare by other methods.

Abstract
An efficient Sonogashira coupling of a heterocyclic phosphonium salt with a terminal alkyne via C-P bond cleavage was developed. The reactions proceeded smoothly in the presence of palladium catalyst, copper(I) iodide, and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (DIPEA) in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) at 100 °C for 12 h, producing the corresponding alkynyl-substituted pyridine, quinoline, pyrazine, and quinoxaline in moderate to good yields with wide substrate scope and broad functional group tolerance. In addition, gram-scale synthesis could also be achieved, and the reaction could be applied to the functionalization of alkyne-containing complex molecules derived from sugars and pharmaceutical and naturally occurring products (e.g., estrone, d-galactopyranose, menthol, and ibuprofen).

Abstract
AbstractCyclopropyldiphenylsulfonium salt, a famous ylide precursor previously extensively employed in the preparation of cyclic compounds, has been successfully utilized as an efficient allylation reagent in this work. The copper-catalyzed reactions of cyclopropyldiphenylsulfonium trifluoromethanesulfonate with amines in the presence of an appropriate ligand provided the N-allylated products in good yields. Aliphatic/aromatic amines and primary/secondary amines were all converted under mild reaction conditions. This protocol was also applicable to N-functionalization of drug molecules, supplying the corresponding N-allylated compounds in satisfactory yields. The reaction, which showed good functional group tolerance with a wide range of substrates and excellent chemoselectivity, offers an interesting method for the synthesis of N-allyl amines.
