Abstract
A visible-light-promoted protocol for azaspirocyclic synthesis from N-benzylacrylamides and alkyl chlorooxoacetates has been established. This cascade reaction proceeds through sequential free radical addition, cyclization, and dearomatization, enabling the convenient construction of key azaspirocyclic derivatives and the introduction of valuable ester groups in a single step. In addition, this transformation demonstrates broad substrate compatibility and high tolerance toward different functional groups, showcasing remarkable efficiency in functional group insertion and bond formation.

Abstract
We reported an efficient three-component reaction to access new spiro heterocycles through the annulation reactions of isatins, substituted ureas, and cyclic ketones under normal laboratory conditions, which is another example of isatins being used to build spiro compounds by the ring-opening and recyclization processes. The wide range of substrates, simple operation, normal experimental conditions, and high yields make the approach of high practical value.

Abstract
We present an iridium and Brønsted acid co-catalyzed enantioselective formal [4+2] cycloaddition reaction of cyclic enamides with 2-(1-hydroxyallyl)phenols. This method yields a wide range of N-unsubstituted spiro-N,O-ketals, with good efficiency (up to 94%) and excellent enantioselectivities (most >95% ee). The protocol features easy scale-up and facile product derivatization.

Abstract
A cornerstone in drug discovery is the development of strategies to provide privileged small molecules with specific structural and stereochemical complexity, allowing access to new potential therapeutic entities. In this work, a new strategy based on the [4 + 2] Povarov reaction involving 1,3-diazadiene was developed. This approach is applied for a straightforward procedure in the preparation of chromeno[4,3-d]pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives, with accessible substrates, 2-aminopyridine and unsaturated aldehydes, and excellent atom economy to obtain four fused ring heterocycles, in a regio- and diastereoselective way.

Abstract
Via a copper-catalyzed three-component annulation reaction, we herein report a new method for the direct and syn-selective construction of cyclic ether-fused tetrahydroquinolines from readily available secondary anilines, saturated five or six-membered cyclic ethers, and paraformaldehyde. The synthesis features operational simplicity, excellent step and atom efficiency, good functionality and substrate compatibility. In comparison with the reported synthetic protocols capable of synthesizing N-alkyl fused tetrahydroquinolines, this newly developed chemistry allows access to both N-alkyl and N-aryl products. The current work complements the preparation of fused tetrahydroquinolines.
