Abstract
An efficient O-H insertion of hydrogenphosphate derivatives and α-diazo compounds has been developed to construct α-phosphoryloxy scaffolds. Diverse α-phosphoryloxy skeletons could be obtained under mild and catalyst-free conditions in good yields. The control experiments suggest a protonation and nucleophilic addition process of α-diazo compounds via a diazonium ion pair for this transformation.

Abstract
A practical and facile strategy for the synthesis of ortho-phosphated (hetero)arylamines from readily available arylhydroxylamines and dialkyl phosphites via cascade Atherton-Todd reaction/[3,3]-rearrangement was developed. This method is amenable to various arylhydroxylamines such as phenylhydroxylamines, naphthylhydroxylamines, and pyridylhydroxylamines, has mild reaction conditions, is oxidant-free, and has good functional-group compatibility and excellent regioselectivity.

Abstract
A simple visible-light-initiated strategy has been established for the construction of organophosphorus compounds via aerobic multicomponent reaction of α-diazoesters, cyclic ethers, and P(O)H compounds under air. A number of phosphonates and phosphinates could be efficiently isolated in moderate to good yields without the use of photosensitizers and metal reagents. This multicomponent reaction has advantages of mild condition, simple operation, eco-friendly energy, good functional-group tolerance, and gram-scale synthesis.

Abstract
R2PCF2H ligands and their R2P(O)CF2H precursors were synthesized from R2P(O)H with TMSCF3 by simply modulating the H2O concentration via deoxydifluoromethylation and difluoromethylation. The air sensitive R2PCF2H phosphines can be stabilized in Cu(I) clusters as ligands. Within these Cu(I) clusters, the Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction can proceed fast and efficiently using terminal alkynes and aryl iodides within 15 min at room temperature under air to give a variety of diaryl(alkyl)acetylenes in good yields (49 examples, yields of ≤99%). Six of the internal alkynes present in drug precursors can be obtained using this protocol in good yields. The mechanism is proposed on the basis of control experiments.

Abstract
We investigated a novel Cu-catalyzed annulation of 2,3-allenoic acids with diphenylphosphine oxide, leading to the formation of 4-phosphate butenolides in up to 88% yield. The formation of the C-P bond provides new avenues for the functionalization of different furan-2(5H)-ones, with favorable features such as suitable functional group tolerance and mild synthesis conditions.

Abstract
Herein we describe a catalyst-free regioselective [3 + 3] annulation/oxidation reaction of cyclic amidines such as DBU (1,8-diazabicyclo(5.4.0)undec-7-ene) and DBN (1,5-diazabicyclo(4.3.0)non-5-ene) with activated olefins, i.e., 2-arylidenemalononitriles and 2-cyano-3-aryl acrylates, to afford tricyclic 2-pyridones and pyridin-2(1H)-imines, respectively. The mechanism has been proposed based on DFT calculations. In the reaction, the cyclic amidines serve as C,N-bisnucleophiles for the cyclization, while the olefins play a dual role by acting as both reactants and oxidants.

Abstract
A photocatalytic metal-free, visible-light-driven, highly atom-economic, direct multiple α-C(sp3)-H alkylation of phosphoramides and thiophosphoramides is demonstrated under environmentally benign conditions. Economically viable and commercially available Eosin-Y is used as an HAT photocatalyst for mono-α-C(sp3)-H alkylation of phosphoramide derivatives. Remarkably, di- and tri-C(sp3)-H alkylation of phosphoramides and thiophosphoramides using an acridinium photocatalyst is reported with good yield and selectivity. Mechanistic studies reveal that monoalkylation of phosphoramides by Eosin-Y follows the HAT mechanism, whereas di- and tri-C(sp3)-H alkylation by the acridinium photocatalyst follows the SET mechanism.
