Abstract
Hydrogen (H)-bonding-integration of multiple ingredients into supramolecular polyelectrolyte nanoporous membranes in water, thereby achieving tailor-made porous architectures, properties, and functionalities, remains one of the foremost challenges in materials chemistry due to the significantly opposing action of water molecules against H-bonding. Herein, a strategy is described that allows direct fusing of the functional attributes of small additives into water-involved hydrogen bonding assembled supramolecular poly(ionic liquid) (PIL) nanoporous membranes (SPILMs) under ambient conditions. It discloses that the pore size distributions and mechanical properties of SPILMs are rationally controlled by tuning the H-bonding interactions between small additives and homo-PIL. It demonstrates that, benefiting from the synergy of multiple noncovalent interactions, small dye additives/homo-PIL solutions can be utilized as versatile inks for yielding colorful light emitting films with robust underwater adhesion strength, excellent stretchability, and flexibility on diverse substrates, including both hydrophilic and hydrophobic surfaces. This system provides a general platform for integrating the functional attributes of a diverse variety of additives into SPILMs to create multifunctional and programmable materials in water.

Abstract
This paper studies transmission behavior of La (III) in dispersed supported liquid membrane (DSLM) of dispersed phase constituted by dispersed supported liquid membrane solution and HCl solution with polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (PVDF) as support and kerosene as membrane solvent, with 2-ethyl hexyl phosphonic acid-single-2-ethyl hexyl ester (PC-88A) and two-(2-ethyl hexyl) phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) as mobile carrier. It also investigates the influence of La (III) transmission by the material liquid acidity, initial concentration of La (III), HCI concentration, membrane solution, and HCI solution volume ratio, resolving agent and carrier concentration, as well as concluding that the optimal transmission and separation conditions are dispersed phase of 4.00 mol/L HCl concentration, 30:30 volume ratio of membrane solution, and HCl solution, within 0.160 mol/L controlled carrier concentration and 4.00 pH value of material liquid. Under the optimal conditions, the La (III) initial concentration of material liquid phase is 8.00 × 10-5 mol/L mol/L, 125 min, and 93.9% migration rate. Under the condition of unchanged acidity of resolving phase, HCL, H2SO4, and HNO3 as resolving agent, at 125th min, the migration rates of La (III) are 93.9%, 94.0%, and 87.8%, respectively. HCl solution, H2SO4 solution, and HNO3 solution have a certain effect on the La (III) resolution, of which 4.00 mol/L HCl solution and 2.00 mol/L H2SO4 solution are better. The effect of HNO3 is slightly lower than HCl and H2SO4.

Abstract
Micelle-vesicle-micelle (MVM) transitions are observed in the aqueous-mixed ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium octyl sulfate and 3-methyl-1-octylimidazolium chloride) system. The surface activity of mixed ILs, phase behavior, and solution structures in the system have been thoroughly characterized using conductometry, tensiometry, fluorimetry, dynamic light scattering (DLS), viscometry, turbidity, atomic force microscopy (AFM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and (1)H NMR techniques. Synergetic interactions between the two ILs in monolayers at the air/water interface and in micelles/vesicles have been determined using the regular solution approach, and the origins of spontaneous vesicle formation in this novel system are discussed. Using a photoreduction method, the formation of stable gold nanoparticles (GNPs) and microscale nanosheets of different shapes and sizes in the micellar and vesicle solutions has been reported. The studies show the potential of a mixed IL system in constructing stable micelles/supramolecular assemblies, such as bilayer vesicles, which are effective in the preparation of the desired nanomaterials.

Abstract
Recently we published the synthesis of new hybrid materials, ionic silica nanoparticles networks (ISNN), made of silica nanoparticles covalently connected by organic bridging ligands containing imidazolium units owing to a "click-chemistry-like" reaction. Among other techniques small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) experiments were carried out to get a better picture of the network extension. It turned out that the short-range order in ISNN materials was strongly influenced by the rigidity of the bridging ligand, while the position of the short-range order peaks confirmed the successful linking of the bridging ligands. The photoluminescence experiments reported in this communication revealed strongly enhanced emission in the hybrid material in comparison with neat imidazolium salts. Moreover the shift of the emission maximum toward longer wavelengths, obtained when varying the aromatic ring content of the bridging ligand, suggested the existence of strong π-π stacking in the hybrid material. Experiments revealed a stronger luminescence in those samples exhibiting the higher extent of short-range order in SAXS.
