Abstract
In this paper, we investigate a fractal-fractional-order mathematical model with the influence of hospitalized patients and the impact of vaccination with fractal-fractional operators. The respective derivatives are considered in the Caputo, Caputo Fabrizio, and Atangana-Baleanu senses of fractional order α and fractal dimension τ . For the proposed problem, some results regarding basic reproduction number and stability are given. Using the next-generation matrix approach, we have investigated the global and local stability of several types of equilibrium points. We provide a detailed analysis of the existence and uniqueness of the solution. Moreover, we fit the model with the real data of Pakistan from June 01, 2020, till March 24, 2021. Then, we use the fractal-fractional derivative to find a numerical solution for the model. MATLAB software is used for numerical illustration. Graphical presentations corresponding to different parameteric values are given as well.

Abstract
This work studies the SIS model extended by fractional and fractal derivatives. We obtain explicit solutions for the standard and fractal formulations; for the fractional case, we study numerical solutions. As a real data example, we consider the Brazilian syphilis data from 2011 to 2021. We fit the data by considering the three variations of the model. Our fit suggests a recovery period of 11.6 days and a reproduction ratio (R0) equal to 6.5. By calculating the correlation coefficient (r) between the real data and the theoretical points, our results suggest that the fractal model presents a higher r compared to the standard or fractional case. The fractal formulation is improved when two different fractal orders with distinguishing weights are considered. This modification in the model provides a better description of the data and improves the correlation coefficient.

Abstract
The pandemic caused by coronaviruses (SARS-COV-2) is a zoonotic disease targeting the respiratory tract of active humans. Few mild symptoms of fever and tiredness get cured without any medicinal aid, whereas some severe symptoms of dry cough with breathing illness led to perceived risk of secondary transmission. This paper studies the effectiveness of vaccination in Covid-19 pandemic disease by modelling three compartments susceptible, vaccinated and infected (SVI) of Atangana Baleanu of Caputo (ABC) type derivatives in non-integer order. The disease dynamics is analysed and its stability is performed. Numerical approximation is derived using Adam’s Moulton method and simulated to forecast the results for controllability of pandemic spread.
