Abstract
Alarmins are a class of molecules released when affected cells damaged or undergo apoptosis. They contain various chemotactic and immunomodulatory proteins or peptides. These molecules regulate the immune response by interacting with pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) and play important roles in inflammatory response, tissue repair, infection defense, and cancer treatment. Spontaneous abortion (SA) is a common pregnancy-related disease, and its pathogenesis has been puzzling clinicians, so it needs to be further studied. In this paper, we first reviewed the research status of various alarmins and SA, focusing on the role of high mobility box 1 (HMGB1), interleukin33 (IL-33), interleukin1β (IL-1β) and S-100 protein (S100 protein) in immune response, inflammation, embryonic development and abortion. Subsequently, this paper summarized the effect of alarmins on pregnancy outcome by influencing angiogenesis-related factors. Finally, from the perspective of aseptic inflammation, the pro-inflammatory signaling pathways involved in various alarmins and their targeted drugs were reviewed. By focusing on specific molecules in alarmins and their receptors and signaling pathways, we can more accurately conduct drug research and development. The purpose of this review is to explore the role of alarmins in SA, and provide important references for early detection of abortion risk, revealing the disease mechanism, developing new therapies and improving the prognosis of patients.

Abstract
Objective There is evidence that cytokine genes' single nucleotide polymorphisms could be the reasons behind female infertility. This study aimed to identify the role for Interleukin33 rs1048274 (G > A) and rs16924243 (T > C), Interleukin22 rs1397852121 (C > T), rs1295978671 (C > T) and rs2227483 (A > T), Interleukin17A rs2275913 (G > A,C) and Interleukin17F rs763780 (T > C), Interleukin13 1512 (A > C) and IL13 2044 (G > A), and Interleukin4 rs2243250 (C > T) and rs2070874 (C > T) gene polymorphisms in female infertility to gain a richly more detailed understanding of its genetic predisposition. Five distinct groups, each comprising 200 infertile women and 200 age-matched fertile controls, were recruited to each Interleukins (33, 22, 17, 13 and 4) in this case-control study and were genotyped by using an amplification refractory mutation system. Statistical analysis is conducted by SPSS software V. 22 and using Chi-square (χ2) and logistic regression tests. Strength of association was estimated by multiple-comparison correction, population structure test and Haplotype analysis. The study was approved by the Academic Ethics Committee and each enrolled patient signed an informed consent.Results Our statistical results revealed risk alleles in all of the substitution lines for women infertility. Current findings provided evidence that in the presence of Interleukin33 Ap-value rs1048274 = 0.002 and Cp-value rs16924243 < 0.0001, Interleukin 22Tp-value rs1397852121 < 0.0001 and Tp-value rs2227483 = 0.000, Interleukin17A Ap-value rs2275913 = 0.003 and Interleukin17F Cp-value rs763780 = 0.000 and Interleukin13 Cp-value 1512 = 0.000 and Ap-value 2044 = 0.003, Interleukin4 Tp-value rs2243250 = 0.001 and Tp-value rs2070874 = 0.009 risk alleles, risk genotype also were significantly associated with increased chances of developing infertility. The relationship between risk genotypes and several well-established infertility risk factors including, polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian failure, oophorectomy, diminished ovarian reserve, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, uterine polyps, fallopian tube blockage and thyroid dysfunction, also exhibited. This study suggests the significant role of interleukin gene polymorphisms in human reproductive success.

Abstract
Cytokines are a type of protein that play an important role in the immune response and can also affect many physiological processes in the body. Cytokine polymorphisms refer to genetic variations or mutations that occur within the genes that code for cytokines, which may affect the level of cytokine production and function. Some cytokine polymorphisms have been associated with an increased risk of developing certain diseases, while others may be protective or have no significant effect on health. In recent years, the role of cytokine polymorphisms in the development of recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) has been studied. RPL or miscarriage is defined as the occurrence of two or more consecutive pregnancy losses before the 20th week of gestation. There are diverse causes leading to RPL, including genetic, anatomical, hormonal, and immunological factors. With regard to cytokine polymorphisms, a few of them have been found to be associated with an increased risk of RPL, for instance, variations in the genes that code for interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, and interleukin-10. The exact mechanisms by which cytokine polymorphisms affect the risk of recurrent miscarriage are still being studied, and further research is essential to fully understand this complex condition. This brief review aims to summarize the recent literature on the association between cytokine polymorphisms and RPL.

Abstract
One of the many warm-blooded hosts that toxoplasmosis-causing intracellular protozoan parasite Toxoplasma gondii can infect is humans. Cytokines are crucial to stimulate an effective immune response against T. gondii. Interleukin-33 (IL-33) is a unique anti-inflammatory cytokine that suppresses the immune response. The levels of cytokine gene expression are regulated by genetics, and the genetic polymorphisms of these cytokines play a functional role in this process. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are prognostic indicators of illnesses. This study aimed to determine whether toxoplasmosis interacts with serum levels of IL-33 and its SNP in miscarriage women as well as whether serum levels and IL-33 gene expression are related in toxoplasmosis-positive miscarriage women. Two hundred blood samples from patients and controls were collected from AL-Alawiya Maternity Teaching Hospital and AL-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq from 2021 to 2022 in order to evaluate the serum level of IL-33 using ELISA test. For the SNP of IL-33, the allelic high-resolution approach was utilized, and real time-PCR was performed to assess gene expression. The results showed that compared to healthy and pregnant women, recurrent miscarriage with toxoplasmosis and recurrent miscarriage women had lower IL-33 concentrations. Additionally, there were significant differences among healthy women, pregnant women, and women with repeated miscarriage who experienced toxoplasmosis. Furthermore, no differences between patients and controls were revealed by gene expression data. The results revealed that recurrent miscarriage, pregnancy, and healthy women all had a slightly higher amount of the IL-33 gene fold. Additionally, the SNP of IL-33 data demonstrated that there was no significant genetic relationship between patients and controls. Recurrent miscarriage women with toxoplasmosis have showed significant differences from pregnant women in the genotypes GG and AA as well as the alleles A and G. There were notable variations between recurrent miscarriage with and without toxoplasmosis in terms of the genotypes AA and AC. The genotypes GG, AA, and allele A in recurrent miscarriage women with toxoplasmosis and recurrent miscarriage women is a protective factor. Taking together, there was a statistically significant negative correlation between toxoplasmosis and IL-33 gene expression, which calls for more quantitative investigation in order to fully comprehend the interaction of mRNA and protein.

Abstract
Background One of the critical cases of recurrent pregnancy loss is immunological factors, whereas obtaining effective prevention or treatment is necessary for cognition of reasons. Objective In this study, we tried to evaluate some immunological factors related to recurrent pregnancy loss. Materials and Methods This case-control study was conducted on 66 women at the age of 18-35 yr who were referred to the Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Ali Ibn Abi Taleb hospital, Zahedan, Iran, from August-December 2019. Interleukin 33 (IL-33) serum levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Immunoglobulin G, Immunoglobulin A, Immunoglobulin M (IgM), and C-reactive protein levels were measured by serology and hematology methods. Results The mean age of total participants was 30.8 ± 3.80 yr. The mean serum IL-33 in the case group was 318.5 ± 254.1 pg/ml and was lower than the control group (354.2 ± 259.9 pg/ml), which was not statistically significant (p = 0.52). The level of C-reactive protein in the case and control was not significantly different (p = 0.27), and Immunoglobulin A and Immunoglobulin G in the case and control were also not significantly different (p = 0.46, and p = 0.16, respectively), but there were significant differences (p = 0.003) between the level of the IgM in the case and control groups. Conclusion No statistically significant difference was observed in the IL-33 serum level, for at least 4-6 months after the last abortion in the case group and the final live birth in the control group. In contrast, serum levels of IgM were statistically significant. Finally, the need for more studies is felt according to the different results of the previous studies in this field.

Abstract
Background Several conditions such as infertility, repeated implantation failure, and recurrent pregnancy loss can pose challenges in early pregnancy. These issues can be caused by the abnormal inflammatory response with various factors, including exogenous and endogenous agents, and pathogenic and nonpathogenic agents. In addition, they can be exacerbated by maternal immune response to the abovementioned factors. Methods This review aimed to assess the detrimental inflammatory effects of chronic endometritis, endometrial microbiota disturbance, and maternal immune system abnormalities on early pregnancy. Further, essential details such as ovulation, implantation, trophoblast invasion, and placental formation, were examined, thereby highlighting the beneficial roles of inflammation. Main Findings Excessive inflammation was associated with various early pregnancy disorders. Meanwhile, a lack of appropriate inflammation could also contribute to the development of different early pregnancy complications. Conclusion Excessive inflammation and insufficient inflammation can possibly lead to abnormal conditions in early pregnancy, and appropriate inflammation is required for a successful pregnancy.

Abstract
Recurrent pregnancy losses (RPL) is a common reproductive disorder with various underlying etiologies. In recent years, rapid progress has been made in exploring the immunological mechanisms for RPL. A propensity toward Th2 over Th1 and regulatory T (Treg) over Th17 immune responses may be advantageous for reproductive success. In women with RPL and animals prone to abortion, an inordinate expression of cytokines associated with implantation and early embryo development is present in the endometrium or decidua secreted from immune and non-immune cells. Hence, an adverse cytokine milieu at the maternal-fetal interface assaults immunological tolerance, leading to fetal rejection. Similar to T cells, NK cells can be categorized based on the characteristics of cytokines they secrete. Decidual NK (dNK) cells of RPL patients exhibited an increased NK1/NK2 ratio (IFN-γ/IL-4 producing NK cell ratios), leading to pro-inflammatory cytokine milieu and increased NK cell cytotoxicity. Genetic polymorphism may be the underlying etiologies for Th1 and Th17 propensity since it alters cytokine production. In addition, various hormones participate in cytokine regulations, including progesterone and estrogen, controlling cytokine balance in favor of the Th2 type. Consequently, the intricate regulation of cytokines and hormones may prevent the RPL of immune etiologies. Local or systemic administration of cytokines or their antagonists might help maintain adequate cytokine milieu, favoring Th2 over Th1 response or Treg over Th17 immune response in women with RPL. Herein, we provided an updated comprehensive review regarding the immune-regulatory role of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in RPL. Understanding the roles of cytokines involved in RPL might significantly advance the early diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of RPL.

Abstract
The pregnant uterus is an immunologically rich organ, with dynamic changes in the inflammatory milieu and immune cell function underlying key stages of pregnancy. Recent studies have implicated dysregulated expression of the interleukin-1 (IL-1) family cytokine, IL-33, and its receptor, ST2, in poor pregnancy outcomes in women, including recurrent pregnancy loss, preeclampsia, and preterm labor. How IL-33 supports pregnancy progression in vivo is not well understood. Here, we demonstrate that maternal IL-33 signaling critically regulates uterine tissue remodeling and immune cell function during early pregnancy in mice. IL-33-deficient dams exhibit defects in implantation chamber formation and decidualization, and abnormal vascular remodeling during early pregnancy. These defects coincide with delays in early embryogenesis, increased resorptions, and impaired fetal and placental growth by late pregnancy. At a cellular level, myometrial fibroblasts, and decidual endothelial and stromal cells, are the main IL-33+ cell types in the uterus during decidualization and early placentation, whereas ST2 is expressed by uterine immune populations associated with type 2 immune responses, including ILC2s, Tregs, CD4+ T cells, M2- and cDC2-like myeloid cells, and mast cells. Early pregnancy defects in IL-33-deficient dams are associated with impaired type 2 cytokine responses by uterine lymphocytes and fewer Arginase-1+ macrophages in the uterine microenvironment. Collectively, our data highlight a regulatory network, involving crosstalk between IL-33-producing nonimmune cells and ST2+ immune cells at the maternal-fetal interface, that critically supports pregnancy progression in mice. This work has the potential to advance our understanding of how IL-33 signaling may support optimal pregnancy outcomes in women.

Abstract
BACKGROUND IL-33/ST2 immune axis plays crucial roles in infection and immunity. A dysregulated IL-33/ST2 axis can induce autoimmune reaction and inflammatory responses. Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) is an acute peripheral neuropathy, mostly caused by post-infection autoimmunity. The role of IL-33/ST2 axis is not known in GBS. This study aimed to explore the role of IL-33/ST2 axis in GBS. METHODS Three single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of Il33 gene (rs16924159; rs7044343; rs1342336) and three SNPs of Il1rl1 gene (rs10192157, rs1041973, rs10206753), coding for ST2 were genotyped in 179 GBS patients and 186 healthy controls by TaqMan Allelic Discrimination Assay. Plasma levels of IL-33 and sST2 were measured in a subset of GBS (n=80) and healthy controls (n=80) by ELISA. RESULTS The frequencies of CC genotype of rs10192157 (p=0.043) and TT genotype of rs10206753 (p=0.036) SNPs of Il1rl1 gene differed significantly between GBS patients and healthy subjects. Gene-gene interaction between Il33 and Il1rl1 genes also conferred significant risk to GBS. In addition, the plasma sST2 levels were significantly elevated in GBS patients compared to healthy subjects (24,934.31 ± 1.81 pg/ml vs. 12,518.97 ± 1.51 pg/ml, p<0.001). Plasma sST2 levels showed a significant correlation with the disability scores at the peak of neurological deficit in GBS patients. CONCLUSIONS IL-33/ST2 axis is suggested to influence the immunopathogenesis of GBS. Genetic variants of Il1rl1 gene might serve as a risk determinant of GBS and plasma sST2 levels might emerge as a biomarker of severity of GBS, if replicated further by other studies.

Abstract
Objective Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) belong to inflammatory rheumatic diseases, the group of conditions of unknown etiology. However, a strong genetic component in their pathogenesis has been well established. A dysregulation of cytokine networks plays an important role in the development of inflammatory arthritis. Interleukin 33 (IL-33) is a recently identified member of the IL-1 family. To date, the significance of IL-33 in inflammatory arthritis has been poorly studied. This research aimed to investigate the potential of IL-33 gene polymorphisms to serve as biomarkers for disease susceptibility and TNF inhibitor response in RA, AS, and PsA patients. Materials and Methods In total, 735 patients diagnosed with RA, AS, and PsA and 229 healthy individuals were enrolled in the study. Genotyping for three single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) within the IL-33 gene, namely, rs16924159 (A/G), rs10975519 (T/C), and rs7044343 (C/T), was performed using polymerase chain reaction amplification employing LightSNiP assays. Results In the present study, the IL-33 rs10975519 CC genotype was associated with a decreased risk of developing RA in females, while the IL-33 rs16924159 polymorphism was associated with the efficacy of anti-TNF therapy and clinical parameters for RA and AS patients. The IL-33 rs16924159 AA genotype correlated with higher disease activity and worse clinical outcomes in RA patients treated with TNF inhibitors, and AS patients carrying the IL-33 rs16924159 AA genotype had higher disease activity and a worse response to anti-TNF therapy. That indicates a deleterious role of the IL-33 rs16924159 AA genotype in the context of RA, as well as AS. Conclusions The obtained results suggest that IL-33 gene polymorphisms might be potential candidate biomarkers of disease susceptibility and anti-TNF treatment response in patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) referred to two or more consecutive abortions before 20th week of pregnancy. The imbalance of inflammatory factors such as interleukins (IL) can be a significant factor in the RPL. The aim of this study was to investigate association of interleukin-33 (IL-33) gene rs16924159 polymorphism and RPL in Iranian Azeri women. MATERIALS AND METHODS This case-control study consisted of 100 women with RPL as case group and 100 healthy controls with successful delivery. Genomic DNA was extracted from whole blood samples using salting out method. The fragments of the rs16924159 polymorphism were amplified by PCR and the genotyping was performed using DNA sequencing. RESULTS The obtained results showed that frequency of GA genotype and G allele of rs16924159 polymorphism in the case group was significantly more than healthy controls (p = 0.033). CONCLUSIONS Generally, we showed that the IL-33 gene rs16924159 polymorphism may play an important role in risk of RPL in the Iranian Azeri women. However, further studies on different races and geographic areas can be useful in identification of effects of rs16924159 polymorphism on RPL.

Abstract
Interleukin-33 (IL-33) is an IL-1 family cytokine with pleiotropic effects on diverse cell types. Dysregulated IL-33 signaling has been implicated in pregnancy-related disorders, including preeclampsia and recurrent pregnancy loss, and in ovarian function in women undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation for in vitro fertilization. To date, expression of IL-33 and its receptor subunit, ST2, in the female reproductive tract remains poorly characterized. We identify IL-33-expressing oocytes surrounded by ST2-expressing granulosa cells at all stages of follicular development, in addition to IL-33+ and ST2+ non-endothelial cells in the ovarian stroma and theca layer in ovaries from adult mice. These expression patterns are similar in estrus- and diestrus-stage adults and in pubescent mice, suggesting a role for IL-33 signaling in ovarian function throughout development and in the estrous cycle. In the uterus, we find expression of IL-33 and ST2 in glandular and luminal epithelia during estrus and at the initiation of pregnancy. Uterine IL-33 expression was modulated by the estrous cycle and was reduced in pubescent females. Last, superovulation increases transcripts for IL-33 and the soluble form of ST2 (sST2) in ovaries, and for IL-33 in uteri. Collectively, our findings lay the foundation for studies identifying cell type-specific requirements for IL-33/ST2 signaling in the establishment and maintenance of mouse pregnancy.

Abstract
Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) is the most common pregnancy related complication, affecting 1-5 % of pregnancies. Despite hormonal, genetic and anatomical factors that result in abortion, impairment of immune response at the feto-maternal interface during the first trimester of pregnancy is also one of the main causes of RSA. In the present study, we evaluated the frequency of blood and uterine group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s), their subsets and regulatory T cells (Tregs) in CBA/J × DBA/2 J as an abortion-prone model compared to normal pregnant (NP) mice using immunophenotyping. Results indicated that the percentages of ILC2s were significantly decreased in the AP group compared to the NP group at mid-gestation (P ≤ 0.01). Moreover, the percentages of both blood and uterine nILC2s were increased in NP mice at mid-gestation (P ≤ 0.01, and P ≤ 0.05, respectively), while iILC2s significantly increased in AP mice at mid-gestation (P ≤ 0.01, and P ≤ 0.05, respectively). Tregs were reduced in AP mice at both early and mid-gestation stages (P ≤ 0.01). Overall, our findings suggest that the changes in blood and uterine ILC2s might be associated with abortion in mice.

Abstract
IL-33 has powerful immunoregulatory activities such as reinforcement of Th2 cell responses. The aim was to assess the circulating IL-33 levels and IL-33 rs1929992 polymorphism in H. pylori-infected peptic ulcer (PU) patients and asymptomatic (AS) subjects. Blood samples were obtained from 100 PU patients, 100 AS subjects and 100 uninfected individuals. Circulating IL-33 levels were detected by ELISA. After DNA extraction, the IL-33 rs1929992 polymorphism was determined using PCR-RFLP method. Serum IL-33 quantities were significantly lower in PU patients compared with AS and uninfected groups. IL-33 levels were higher in AS subjects compared with uninfected group. In PU, AS and uninfected groups, IL-33 levels were significantly higher in women than men. In PU and AS groups, the CagA+H. pylori-infected subjects exhibit higher IL-33 levels compared with carriers of CagA-H. pylori strains. In PU patients, the frequency of genotype GG and allele G at IL-33 rs1929992 was significantly higher compared with all healthy subjects (AS + uninfected groups). The presence of genotypes GG and AG, and allele G in rs1929992 conferred greater risk for PU. In whole H. pylori-infected population (PU + AS groups), IL-33 levels in individuals with genotype AA or allele A at rs1929992 were higher than subjects with GG genotype or allele G. The reduced IL-33 production could contribute to the PU development during H. pylori infection. The IL-33 levels may be affected by individual gender, rs1929992 polymorphism, and the CagA status of bacteria. The rs1929992-related GG genotype and G allele may be associated with PU development.

Abstract
Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is a heterogeneous disease with three or more consecutive abortions before 20 weeks of pregnancy. Recently, inflammatory factors such as interleukins (IL) have been found to be a significant factor in the RPL. The objective of this study was to investigate the association between RPL and IL-10 (rs1800896), IL-18 (rs1946518) and IL-33 (rs1929992) genes polymorphisms in Iranian women. The study participants consisted of 300 women with RPL and the control group comprised of 300 healthy women with successful delivery. Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood, and genotyping was performed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) followed by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). There were no significant differences in the frequencies of genotype and allele in IL-10 gene polymorphism (rs1800896) between patients and control group (p > .005). In contrast, there were significant differences in the frequencies of CC genotype in IL-18 gene polymorphism (rs1946518) between patients and the control groups (p = .004; OR =0.990; 95% CI: 0.320-8.855). Also, there were significant differences in the frequencies of GA genotype in IL-33 gene polymorphism (rs1929992) between patients and the control groups (p = .001; OR =0.955; 95% CI: 0.239-9.807). Present study showed that the rs1800896 polymorphism (IL-10) might not play role in RPL in the Iranian population; whereas rs1946518 (IL-18) and rs1929992 (IL-33) polymorphisms may be associated with the risk of RPL in the Iranian women.

AbstractBackground:Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is a heterogeneous condition consisting of two or more consecutive abortions occurring before 20 weeks of gestation. One of the clotting factor genes encodes factor XIII (Methods:A prospective case-control study was performed on a cohort of 310 RPL patients and 290 healthy controls. DNA was extracted from the whole blood and fragments of the Val34Leu polymorphism were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), followed by DNA sequencing. Genotyping was performed using the Sequenom MassArray system.Results:The genotype frequencies ofConclusions:No significant association was observed between the Val34Leu polymorphism and RPL among Iranian Azeri women.

Abstract
Despite years of research, miscarriage, particularly when recurrent, continues to pose a medical challenge. An embryo chromosomal error is responsible for 50-60% of recurrent cases; however, up to 30-50% remains an enigma. Successful pregnancy involves different maternal physiologic changes and certain complex interactions between the fetus and the mother by cytokines, angiogenic mediators and hormones. To date, research lines have focused on genetic and epigenetic polymorphisms related mainly to immune response and inflammatory mediators, and have yielded a significant relationship between recurrent miscarriage and immune mechanisms. Thus, unknown causes of miscarriage could be due to an immune imbalance induced by T-helper Th1/Th2/Th17 cytokines and regulatory T cells. Furthermore, these genes and mediators have long been suspected of being blood markers for the clinical diagnosis and management of miscarriage; however, more evidence is required for them to be included in medical practice and obstetric guidelines.

Abstract
The association between interleukin-33 (IL-33) gene polymorphisms and late onset Alzheimer's disease (LOAD) remains controversial in previous studies. Thus, a meta-analysis was conducted to assess the association between the IL-33 polymorphisms (rs11792633 and rs7044343) and LOAD susceptibility. Crude odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were used to investigate the relationship strength. Sensitivity analysis was performed, and publication bias was estimated by the Begg's and Egger's tests. Overall, six independent studies involving 2,589 patients and 8,414 control samples met our inclusion criteria and were included in this meta-analysis. The results showed that IL-33 rs11792633 polymorphism had statistically significant correlation with a decreased risk of LOAD in heterozygous comparison model (OR =0.64, 95% CI =0.48-0.83), homozygote comparison model (OR =0.83, 95% CI =0.74-0.93), dominant model (OR =0.78, 95% CI =0.67-0.91), recessive model (OR =0.70, 95% CI =0.59-0.84), and allelic model (OR =0.79, 95% CI =0.69-0.91), which were also validated by stratified subgroup analysis. Additionally, there was an apparent association between the IL-33 rs7044343 variant and LOAD risk under four genetic models for overall population (heterozygous comparison model: OR =0.75, 95% CI =0.63-0.89; dominant model: OR =0.83, 95% CI =0.70-0.98; recessive model: OR =0.80, 95% CI =0.68-0.94; allelic model: OR =0.86, 95% CI =0.79-0.94) as well as Caucasian subgroup. In summary, our meta-analysis implicated that IL-33 gene polymorphisms rs11792633 and rs7044343 were significantly associated with the susceptibility of LOAD.
