Abstract
The [1,2,3]triazin-4(3H)-one ring is a synthetically important molecular platform for a variety of chemical transformations. Despite this, currently, there has been little research on the reaction of the thermal opening of the [1,2,3]triazin-4(3H)-one nucleus. In this work, we describe the synthetic potential of anthra[1,2-d][1,2,3]triazine-4,7,12(3H)-trione in the reaction of the thermal opening of a cycle following the [4+2]-cycloaddition reaction with a number of pyridine derivatives and quinoline. It is shown that this method is effective for the synthesis of the 6H-naphtho[2,3-H]pyrido(quinolino)[2,1-b]quinazoline-6,9,14-trione system. We also investigate the influence of the position of substituents in the structure of pyridine on the formation characteristics of the target products.

Abstract
Heterocycles are a ubiquitous substructure in organic small molecules designed for use in materials and medicines. Recent work in catalysis has focused on enabling access to new heterocycle structures by sp3 C-H functionalization on alkyl side-chain substituents-especially at the heterobenzylic position-with more than two hundred manuscripts published just within the last ten years. Rather than describing in detail each of these reports, in this mini-review we attempt to highlight gaps in existing techniques. A semi-quantitative overview of ongoing work strongly suggests that several specific heterocycle types and bond formations outside of C-C, C-N, and C-O have been almost completely overlooked.

Abstract
An environmentally benign highly atom-economic protocol for the construction of the C-C bond has been developed under catalyst- and solvent-free conditions. This protocol involves the efficient coupling of 2-methyl quinazolinones with isatin for the highly diastereoselective access of schizocommunin derivatives in excellent yields (up to 97%). Furthermore, the preliminary cytotoxicity screening of selected schizocommunin analogues displayed promising anticancer activity against human cancer cell lines, and the cytotoxic potential of active compound 12ac was also validated by in silico molecular docking simulation studies.

Abstract
In the presence of tetrabutylammonium fluoride and molecular sieves (MS) 4 Å in DMF, an efficient autoxidation reaction of 2-oxindoles with ketones under air at room temperature has been developed. This approach may provide a green, practical, and metal-free protocol for a wide range of biologically important 3-hydroxy-3-(2-oxo-alkyl)-2-oxindoles.

Abstract
A facile catalyst-free tandem sp3 C–H functionalization/decarboxylation of 4-oxo-4H-chromene-3-carboxylic acid with 2-alkylazaarenes was developed, which can construct the biologically significant azaarene 2-substituted chromanones in a single step.
