Abstract
An open-framework manganese(ii) phosphite shows intrinsic water-assisted proton conductance; homogenous composite membranes have been fabricated, and the water-assisted proton conductivities have been studied.

Abstract
Four new manganese(ii) phosphites templated by alkali metal ions (Li+, Na+ and K+) and ammonium cations were achieved under mild hydrothermal conditions.
