Abstract
We report a general and efficient approach to construct achiral and chiral gem-difluoroallylic amines from a masked difluorodiazo reagent (PhSO2CF2CHN2) and readily available imines. This facile protocol takes advantage of the phenylsulfonyl and diazo moieties as efficient activating and directing groups to assist difluoroalkyl incorporation and facilitate the chemodivergent and stereoselective formation of gem-difluoroallylic amines.

Abstract
The insertion of 1,1-difluoroallenes was carried out to form a C-C bond exclusively on their central carbon. o-Bromophenyl-bearing 1,1-difluoroallenes underwent intramolecular insertion in the presence of a palladium catalyst. Regioselective C-C bond formation occurred to form a six-membered carbocycle, leading to pharmaceutically and agrochemically promising difluoromethylated naphthalenes.

Abstract
A novel palladium-catalyzed decarboxylative coupling reaction of vinyl benzoxazinanones with arynes which may feature an intramolecular nucleophilic attack of an amino group at the central carbon of π-allylpalladium intermediate has been developed. The cis-5,5a,6,10b-tetrahydroindeno[2,1-b]indoles were generated in moderate to good yields. One key to the success of the present reaction was to achieve comparable rates for the palladium-catalyzed decarboxylation and aryne formation steps.

Abstract
We demonstrated the ruthenium-catalyzed allylic amination of 2,3,3-trifluoroallylic carbonates with several types of amines. The reactions proceeded with several types of amines, and succeeded in obtaining polyfluorinated terminal alkenes possessing branched allylic amines as a single regioisomer.

Abstract
An efficient 1,2-fluorine migration reaction was realized under Brønsted acid catalysis in the absence of an external fluorinating source. The high fluorine atom economy and very mild conditions make this reaction a promising protocol for the construction of the C–F bond.
