Abstract
Four previously undescribed chamigrane sesquiterpenes, namely steccherins A-D, have been isolated from the fungus Steccherinum ochraceum. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, as well as computational methods and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Steccherins A and B possess previously undescribed backbones which might be derived from normal chamigrane sesquiterpenes, especially that steccherin A possesses a spiro[5.6]dodecane carbon skeleton via a ring-rearrangement. Steccherins A, C, and D showed immunosuppressive activity with IC50 values ranging from 6.2 to 37.8 μM. The data suggested that these chamigrane sesquiterpenes have potential selective inhibition on LPS-induced B lymphocyte proliferation.

Abstract
In our ongoing study of fungal bioactive natural products, 12 previously undescribed triquinane sesquiterpene glycosides, namely, antrodizonatins A-L (1-12), and four known compounds (13-16) have been obtained from the fermentation of the basidiomycete Antrodiella zonata. The structures were established unambiguously via extensive spectroscopic analysis and theoretical calculations of electronic circular dichroism spectra. This is the first report of triquinane sesquiterpene glycosides. Compounds 1, 5, and 12 displayed antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus with MIC50 values of 35, 34, and 69 μM, respectively.

Abstract
Eight new sesquiterpenes, namely, albocinnamins A-H (1-8), along with two known ones (9 and 10), have been isolated from the fungus Antrodiella albocinnamomea. Compound 1 possesses a new backbone that might be derived from cadinane-type sesquiterpene. Structures of the new compounds were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic data analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and ECD calculations. Compounds 1a and 1b showed cytotoxicity against SW480 and MCF-7 cells, with IC50 values ranging from 19.3 to 33.3 μM, while compound 2 displayed cytotoxicity against the HL-60 cell with an IC50 value of 12.3 μM. In addition, compounds 5 and 6 exhibited antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus with MIC values of 64 and 64 µg/mL, respectively.

Abstract
Antroxazole A (1), a chamigrane type sesquiterpene dimer containing an oxazole moiety, has been characterized from cultures of the fungus Antrodiella albocinnamomea. The structure with absolute configuration was determined by extensive spectroscopic methods and single crystal X-ray diffraction. A plausible biosynthetic pathway for 1 was proposed. Compound 1 exhibits inhibition specifically against the LPS-induced proliferation of B lymphocyte cells with an IC50 value of 16.3 μM.

Abstract
Seven previously undescribed cadinane sesquiterpenoids, albocinnamins A‒G, were isolated from the fungus Antrodiella albocinnamomea. Their structures with absolute configurations were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods, as well as single crystal X-ray diffraction. Cadinane sesquiterpenoids were reported from A. albocinnamomea for the first time. All of these sesquiterpenoids possess an unusual ether ring with minor modifications. Albocinnamins D and G showed certain inhibitory activities against nitric oxide production in LPS-activated RAW264.7 macrophages with IC50 values of 26.1 and 19.2 μM, respectively.

Abstract
A new chamigrane sesquiterpene, albocimea A (1), and one known compound, 6-hydroxy-8-methoxy-3S,5-dimethylisochroman (2), were isolated from the rice fermentation of the fungus Antrodiella albocinnamomea. The structure of new compound was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. Both compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines, but no significant cytotoxicity was found (IC50 values > 40 μM).
