Abstract
A Ti3C2Tx/MoS2/MWCNT@rGONR nanocomposite was prepared for the first time for building a sensitive electrochemical aptasening platform to simultaneously detect kanamycin (Kana) and chloramphenicol (Cap). Owing to their accordion-like structure, rich surface groups, and high charge mobility, Ti3C2Tx/MoS2/MWCNT@rGONR composites provided a spacious covalent immobilization surface and a better electrochemical aptasensing platform. The aptamers of Kana and Cap used in sensors enhance the selectivity. Furthermore, TiP, an ion exchanger, was used for loading more different metal ions functioning as labels to form a sandwich-type sensor together with Ti3C2Tx/MoS2/MWCNT@rGONR, improving the electrochemical sensitivity and obtaining a highly distinguishable signal readout. Under the optimized conditions, the sensor has good detection limits of 0.135 nmol L-1 and 0.173 nmol L-1 for Kana and Cap, respectively, at the same linearity concentration of 0.5-2500 nmol L-1. Finally, it was successfully applied for detection in milk and fish meat, and the results were compared with the standard method HPLC, indicating its great potential for food safety monitoring.

Abstract
An ultrasensitive photoelectrochemical (PEC) aptasensor was originally designed by using ZnIn2S4/ReS2 as a photoactive material and AgInS2 as a signal amplifier. The signal amplifier AgInS2 was incubated on the terminal of H-DNA (immobilized on the ZnIn2S4/ReS2/FTO surface), leading to an enhanced photocurrent response. Then, due to the introduction of DNA2, the formation of a double-stranded structure caused AgInS2 to keep away from the electrode surface, and the photocurrent was reduced. In the presence of kanamycin, DNA2 was released from the system due to the competition relationship, and a restored photocurrent response was obtained. The combination of ZnIn2S4/ReS2 and AgInS2 accelerated the electron transfer and enhanced the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs, resulting in an improved performance of the PEC aptasensor, which was capable of accurate and sensitive detection of kanamycin in actual samples.

Abstract
An ultrasensitive capacitance-based biosensor has been developed capable of detecting the kanamycin (KAN) antibiotic at sub-femtomolar levels. The biosensor was constructed using a potential-pulse-assisted method, allowing for the layer-by-layer deposition of a melanin-like polymeric film (MLPF) on an electrode surface modified with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). The MLPF was formed through the electrochemical polymerization of dopamine and the specific kanamycin aptamer. By optimizing the operating parameters, we achieved a label-free detection of kanamycin by monitoring the variation of pseudocapacitive properties of the MLPF-modified electrode using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The developed biosensor demonstrated a wide linear response ranging from 1 fM to 100 pM, with a remarkable limit of detection of 0.3 fM (S/N = 3) for kanamycin. Furthermore, the biosensor was successfully applied to detect kanamycin in milk samples, exhibiting good recovery. These findings highlight the promising potential of the aptasensor for determination of antibiotic residues and ensuring food safety. In conclusion, our ultrasensitive capacitance-based biosensor provides a reliable and efficient method for detecting trace amounts of kanamycin in dairy products. This technology can contribute to safeguarding consumer health and maintaining high food safety standards.

Abstract
Nanozymes have prominent catalytic activities with high stability as a substitute for unstable and expensive natural enzymes. However, most nanozymes are metal/inorganic nanomaterials, facing difficulty in clinical translation due to their unproven biosafety and limited biodegradability issues. Hemin, an organometallic porphyrin, was newly found to possess superoxide dismutase (SOD) mimetic activity along with previously known catalase (CAT) mimetic activity. However, hemin has poor bioavailability due to its low water solubility. Therefore, a highly biocompatible and biodegradable organic-based nanozyme system with SOD/CAT mimetic cascade reaction activity was developed by conjugating hemin to heparin (HepH) or chitosan (CS-H). Between them, Hep-H formed a smaller (<50 nm) and more stable self-assembled nanostructure and even possessed much higher and more stable SOD and CAT activities as well as the cascade reaction activity compared to CS-H and free hemin. Hep-H also showed a better cell protection effect against reactive oxygen species (ROS) compared to CS-H and hemin in vitro. Furthermore, Hep-H was selectively delivered to the injured kidney upon intravenous administration at the analysis time point (24 h) and exhibited excellent therapeutic effects on an acute kidney injury model by efficiently removing ROS, reducing inflammation, and minimizing structural and functional damage to the kidney.

Abstract
Herein, a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was fabricated for specific sensing of an aminoglycoside e.g. kanamycin (KANA). Carbon paste modified with a MIP specific to Cu2+-KANA was first introduced. Copper (Cu2+) as a metal ion was used as a signal tracer and an amplifier, producing a current response measured by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Introducing the aminoglycoside drug into the solution containing Cu2+ did not affect the current response of the NIP/CPE. Under the optimum conditions, the as-fabricated sensor exhibited an increase in the current response in the range of 0.55-550 nM with a good limit of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) of 161 pM. The sensor exhibited many advantages including high sensitivity and selectivity, good stability and reproducibility, and cost-effectiveness. Moreover, it was successfully applied for the determination of KANA in milk and honey samples with RSD % not more than 3.3%, suggesting the reliability of the as-designed sensor.
