Abstract
Acetamiprid is an organic and highly toxic compound. Despite being widely used as a pesticide agent on a large scale, acetamiprid poses numerous health risks to living organisms, particularly humans. Herein, a strategy for the detection of acetamiprid in tea employing surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technology incorporated with a microfluidic chip was developed. Significantly, a seed-mediated growth approach was utilized to engineer Ag-coated tetrapod gold nanostars (core-shell Au@AgNSs) with four sharp tips. The synthesized Au@AgNSs showed an enhancement factor of 7.2 × 106. Solid works was used to figure out the two-channel microfluidic chip featuring four circular split hybrid structures, and COMSOL (Software for Multiphysics Simulation) was utilized to model the fusion effect between the substrate (Au@AgNSs) and the sample (acetamiprid). For the first time, the core-shell Au@AgNSs and acetamiprid were fused in the microfluidic channel to facilitate the detection of acetamiprid using SERS. The outcomes pointed out that the standard curve correlation coefficient between SERS intensity (876 cm-1) and the concentration of acetamiprid in tea specimens was calculated as 0.991, while the limit of detection (LOD) was 0.048 ng mL-1, which is well below the minimum limit set by the European Union (10 ng mL-1). Thus, the developed technique combining SERS and microfluidics demonstrated high potential for the rapid and efficient detection of acetamiprid in tea.

Abstract
Green tea is popular among consumers because of its high nutritional value and unique flavor. There is often a strong correlation among the type of tea, its quality level and the price. Therefore, the rapid identification of tea types and the judgment of tea quality grades are particularly important. In this work, a novel sensor array based on nanozyme with polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity is proposed for the identification of tea polyphenols (TPs) and Chinese green tea. The absorption spectra changes of the nanozyme and its substrate in the presence of different TPs were first investigated. The feature spectra were scientifically selected using genetic algorithm (GA), and then a sensor array with 15 sensing units (5 wavelengths × 3 time) was constructed. Combined with the support vector machine (SVM) discriminative model, the discriminative rate of this sensor array was 100% for different concentrations of typical TPs in Chinese green tea with a detection limit of 5 μM. In addition, the identification of different concentrations of the same tea polyphenols and mixed tea polyphenols have also been achieved. Based on the above study, we further developed a facile and efficient new method for the category differentiation and adulteration identification of green tea, and the accuracy of this array was 96.88% and 100% for eight types of green teas and different adulteration ratios of Biluochun, respectively. This work has significance for the rapid discrimination of green tea brands and adulteration.

Abstract
Flavonoids are a kind of natural polyphenols which are closely related to human health, and the identification of flavonoids with similar structures is an important but difficult issue. We herein easily constructed a powerful fluorescent sensor ensemble by using surfactant cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide (CTAB) encapsulating two commercially available fluorescent probes (F1 and F2) with multi-wavelength emission. Fluorescence measurements illustrate the present sensor ensemble exhibits turn-off responses to flavones and flavonols but ratiometric responses to isoflavones, owing to different FRET processes. The heat map and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) results show that this single sensor can effectively distinguish 6 flavonoids belong to three subgroups by collecting the fluorescence variation at four typical wavelengths. Moreover, it can be applied to identify different flavonoids even in biofluids like serum and urine, providing potential practical application.
