Abstract
Nanoparticles have emerged as a critical catalyst substrate due to their exceptional features, such as catalytic efficiency, high stability, and easy recovery. In our research, we have developed an innovative and environmentally friendly magnetic mesoporous nanocatalyst. Using the co-precipitation method, we produced magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4) and coated them with Zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs) to enhance their surface area and chemical stability. The resulting substrate was functionalized with 1-aza-18-crown-6-ether and nickel metal. Our prepared catalyst has been rigorously evaluated using advanced techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDS), inductively coupled plasma (ICP), elemental mapping analysis (EMA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). By synthesizing acridine derivatives, we have demonstrated the exceptional efficiency of our catalyst in organic compound synthesis. Through optimization, we have established the ideal parameters for catalytic processes, including catalyst amount, temperature, time, and ultrasonic use. Our catalyst has been proven to exhibit remarkable physical and chemical properties, such as porosity, temperature resistance, and recyclability. Notably, our heterogeneous nanocatalyst has shown outstanding performance and can be recycled six times without any loss in efficiency, affirming its potential in acridine.

Abstract
A porous carbon/Fe3O4 nanocomposite (PC/Fe3O4 nanocomposite) was prepared through the pyrolysis of peanut shells as biowaste with ferrous ferric oxide to give a new magnetically recoverable catalyst. In the designed nanocomposite, magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles are properly distributed on the surface and cavities of porous carbon obtained from biomass. Increasing the active surface and magnetic recovery capability results in catalytic synergy, thereby promoting the reaction with an appropriate catalytic effect. The catalytic ability of the porous carbon/Fe3O4 nanocomposite as a nanomagnetically recoverable catalyst was successfully tested for the synthesis of polyhydroquinolines.

Abstract
Nano-[CuFe2O4@SiO2/propyl-1-(O-vanillinaldimine)][ZnCl2] was prepared by placing a Schiff base zinc(ii) complex on a magnetite core and fully characterized by various analyses such as FT-IR, FE-SEM, EDAX, SEM-coupled EDX, TGA, VSM and TEM. The complexes supported on silica-coated magnetite copper ferrite nanoparticles were used as a reusable catalyst for the synthesis of 5-methyl-N,7-diphenyl-4,7-dihydro-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidine-6-carboxamides resulting in 40% to 96% yield in the reactions of various aldehydes, acetoacetanilide, and 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole at 60 °C under solvent-free conditions. The zinc complex can change its structure from tetrahedral to square planar and catalyze the reaction. Some products containing the benzyloxy moiety are new and have been reported for the first time.

Abstract
The magnetic nanoparticles coated with carbon quantum dot and copper (I) iodide (Fe3O4@CQD@CuI) were used as eco-friendly heterogeneous Lewis / Brønsted acid sites and Cu (I) nanocatalysts. In the first step, it was applied in the synthesis of kojic acid-based dihydropyrano[3,2-b]pyran derivatives in a three-component reaction and in the second step, as a recyclable catalyst for the synthesis of kojic acid-1,2,3-triazole based dihydropyrano[3,2-b]pyran derivatives in the CuI-catalyzed azide/alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction. The catalyst was characterized fully by using the different techniques including fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), elemental mapping analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermal gravimetric (TG) and value-stream mapping (VSM) methods. The final synthesized derivatives were identified by 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy.

Abstract
Herein, acetic acid mediated multicomponent synthesis of novel 2,4-dimethoxy-tetrahydropyrimido[4,5-b]quinolin-6(7H)-one (2,4-dimethoxy-THPQs) was reported. Single-crystal XRD analysis of four newly developed crystals of 2,4-dimethoxy-THPQs and their DFT study were also reported. The structure of all molecules was optimized using DFT B3LYP/6-31G(d) level and compared with the corresponding single-crystal XRD data. As a result, the theoretical and experimental geometrical parameters (bond lengths and bond angles) were found to be in good agreement. Frontier molecular orbital (FMO) and molecule electrostatic potential (MEP) analyses were used to investigate the physicochemical properties and relative reactivity of 2,4-dimethoxy-THPQs. The formation of strong C–H⋯O and N–H⋯O interaction was investigated by Hirshfeld analysis. Furthermore, electronic charge density concentration in 2,4-dimethoxy-THPQs was analysed by the Mulliken atomic charges which helps to predict the ability of 2,4-dimethoxy-THPQs to bind in the receptor. The molecular docking of the crystal structure of 2,4-dimethoxy-THPQs in the main protease (Mpro) of SARS-CoV-2 suggested that all four 2,4-dimethoxy-THPQs efficiently docked in Mpro. Furthermore, 2,4-dimethoxy-THPQs with a 3-chloro substitution in the phenyl ring have the highest binding affinity because of the additional formation of halogen bonds and highest dipole moment. Single-crystal XRD analysis of 2,4-dimethoxy THPQs and their relative reactivity with properties were investigated using DFT calculation. Molecular docking studies show they effectively docked with main protease of SARS-CoV-2.![]()

Abstract
An efficient and heterogeneous novel magnetic solid sulfuric acid, immobilized on silica functionalized SnFe2O4, was successfully synthesized, characterized, and employed as a novel recoverable nanocatalyst for the synthesis of biologically active polyhydroquinoline derivatives. The SnFe2O4@SiO2-SO3H was easily synthesized and confirmed using various spectroscopic techniques, including FT-IR, XRD, EDX, Map, TGA, SEM and TEM analyses. The catalytic behavior of the resulting catalyst system was investigated in the Hantzsch synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives. The desired products were obtained with high conversions and excellent reusability.
