Abstract
As an emerging nanoprobe, surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) tags hold significant promise in sensing and bioimaging applications due to their attractive merits of anti-photobleaching ability, high sensitivity and specificity, multiplex, and low background capabilities. Recently, several reviews have proposed the application of SERS tags in different fields, however, the specific sensing strategies of SERS tags-based sensors for cellular molecules have not yet been systematically summarized. To provide beneficial and comprehensive insights into the advanced SERS tags technique at the cellular level, this review systematically elaborated on the latest advances in SERS tags-based sensors for cellular molecules detection and imaging. The general SERS tags-based sensing strategies for biomolecules and ions were first introduced according to molecular classes. Then, aiming at such molecules located in the extracellular, cellular membrane and intracellular regions, the tailored strategies by designing and manipulating SERS tags were summarized and explored through several key examples. Finally, the challenges and perspectives of developing high performance of advanced SERS tags were briefly discussed to provide effective guidance for further development and extended applications.

Abstract
Brain disorders, including neurodegenerative diseases (NDs) and traumatic brain injury (TBI), present significant challenges in early diagnosis and intervention. Conventional imaging modalities, while valuable, lack the molecular specificity necessary for precise disease characterization. Compared to the study of conventional brain tissues, liquid biopsy, which focuses on blood, tear, saliva, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), also unveils a myriad of underlying molecular processes, providing abundant predictive clinical information. In addition, liquid biopsy is minimally- to non-invasive, and highly repeatable, offering the potential for continuous monitoring. Raman spectroscopy (RS), with its ability to provide rich molecular information and cost-effectiveness, holds great potential for transformative advancements in early detection and understanding the biochemical changes associated with NDs and TBI. Recent developments in Raman enhancement technologies and advanced data analysis methods have enhanced the applicability of RS in probing the intricate molecular signatures within biological fluids, offering new insights into disease pathology. This review explores the growing role of RS as a promising and emerging tool for disease diagnosis in brain disorders, particularly through the analysis of liquid biopsy. It discusses the current landscape and future prospects of RS in the diagnosis of brain disorders, highlighting its potential as a non-invasive and molecularly specific diagnostic tool.

Abstract
We designed and prepared probe W-1 for the detection of H2O2. W-1 showed excellent selectivity for H2O2 and was accompanied by colorimetric signal changes. The excellent linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and H2O2 concentration (0-100 μM) provided favorable conditions for its quantitative detection. In addition, the combination of portable test strips with a smartphone platform provided great convenience for on-site visual detection of H2O2. Moreover, W-1 possessed targeting mitochondria property and could be applied to image the exogenous and endogenous H2O2 in cells to distinguish normal cells and cancer cells. Lastly, W-1 was used for monitoring the H2O2 fluctuation of the diabetic process in mice, and the results showed an increase in H2O2 levels in diabetes. Therefore, the probe provided a tool for understanding the pathological and physiological mechanisms of diabetes by imaging H2O2.

Abstract
Edible chrysanthemum is widely cultivated and used as an important ingredient of medicine, tea and multifunctional food. During the planting of chrysanthemum, pesticides are extensively used for preventing plant diseases and insect pests. To ensure the food safety of edible chrysanthemum, rapid detection methods are urgently needed for on-site inspection. In this study, a graphene oxide/Au nanoparticle (GO/Au NP) cellulose substrate was prepared through layer-by-layer assembly of GO and Au NPs on a mixed cellulose ester membrane. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) detection of four types of organophosphorus and organosulfur pesticides was achieved by filtering the extracting solution through the substrate and analysing SERS spectra. Qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of fenthion, phoxim, isocarbophos and thiram was accomplished with the detection limits of 38.01, 8.13, 48.97 and 8.74 ng mL-1, respectively. A spiking experiment further demonstrated the feasibility of this method for rapid and on-site detection of mixed pesticides in chrysanthemum. This study provides a new approach for rapid detection of multiple hazardous substances in flowering and herbal plants.
