Abstract
Pseudoaneurysm is a rare but lethal complication of acute myocardial infarction. In this study, we present a unique case of a patient with left ventricular free wall rupture detected by cardiac magnetic resonance more than 1 year after a percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention.

Abstract
Background The aortic bulge sign possibly indicates an arterial aneurysm, pseudoaneurysm, aortic dissection, or aortic diverticulum. The aortic diverticulum is a congenital abnormality of the aorta, mainly known as an aneurysmal remnant of the dorsal fourth aortic arch or ductus arteriosus. However, the diverticulum of another part of the aorta has rarely been reported. Case summary We report a case of a 24-year-old male with a history of oral ulcer presented with recurrent hyperpyrexia and chest pain. Echocardiography and computed tomography showed the anomalous origin of the coronary arteries, aortic valve vegetations, and a bulge at the aortic root. The patient then received a Bentall procedure. The aorta and aortic valves were replaced by a valved conduit. The bulge with a normal arterial wall at the aortic root was considered to be a diverticulum. The infective endocarditis was verified as a secondary oral-derived streptococcal infection. The patient was discharged 15 days after surgery. Post-operative echocardiography had no positive findings. Conclusion Our case report highlights the role of multimodal cardiovascular imaging for the diagnostic workup of rare disorders, such as the presence of a diverticulum in the aortic root in a patient with endocarditis and anomalous origin of the right coronary artery.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Left-dominant arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (LDAC) is a relatively rare disease characterized by poor prognosis that exacerbates the incidence of sudden cardiac death and ventricular arrhythmias. Clinically, LDAC is constantly overlooked or misdiagnosed as myocardial infarction, myocarditis, and dilated cardiomyopathy, owing to atypical and nonspecific clinical manifestations at an early stage.
CASE SUMMARY A 57-year-old woman was diagnosed with sinus bradycardia and chronic bifascicular block during a health check. She occasionally experienced mild chest pain and paroxysmal palpitation during activity in the past 2 years. Comprehensive auxiliary examinations, including electrocardiogram, echocardiography, coronary computerized tomography angiography, and magnetic resonance imaging, revealed that she had LDAC instead of congenital ventricular diverticulum. The physicians prescribed standard oral therapy for heart failure and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. Consequently, her left ventricular systolic function and symptoms remained stable at the 2-year follow-up after discharge.
CONCLUSION Based on this case, clinicians need to be aware of LDAC in patients with localized left ventricular lesions and multiple electrocardiographic abnormalities. Multimodality cardiovascular imaging is effective in identification of multiple types of cardiomyopathy and cardiac inner structures.

Abstract
Objective Incidental cardiac findings are often found on chest CT studies, some of which may be clinically significant. The objective of this pictorial review is to illustrate and describe the appearances and management of the most frequently encountered significant cardiac findings on non-electrocardiographically gated thoracic CT. Most radiologists will interpret multidetector chest CT and should be aware of the imaging appearances, significance, and the appropriate next management steps, when incidental significant cardiac disease is encountered on thoracic CT. Conclusion This article reviews significant incidental cardiac findings which may be encountered on chest CT studies. After completing this review, the reader should not only be familiar with recognizing clinically significant cardiac findings seen on thoracic CT examinations but also have the confidence to direct their further management.

Abstract
Acquired coronary diseases include aneurysms, fistulae, dissections, and stenosis. Aneurysms may occur secondarily to Kawasaki disease, a childhood vasculitis, the prognosis of which depends on the coronary involvement, or they may be degenerative, infectious, inflammatory, or traumatic in origin. Fistulae develop between the coronary arterial system and a pulmonary or bronchial artery, or cardiac cavity. Dissections may occur spontaneously or may be post-traumatic. These coronary abnormalities may be found incidentally or may present as complications, infarction or rupture. The goals of this article are to understand acquired childhood and adult coronary diseases and their usual means of presentation, the ways of investigating them, and the principles of their treatment.
