Abstract
The interaction results of 1,2-dibromo-3-isothiocyanatopropane with some pyrazoles as well as cytisine and salsoline alkaloids were presented in this paper. It was shown that the reaction resulted in one one-step and rather mild method for the preparation of the corresponding 1,3-thiazoline bromomethyl derivatives. The yield of this reaction was affected by the presence of a base and an order in which reagents were added. Molecular docking of the synthesized 1,3-thiazoline derivatives for putative antibacterial activity was carried out using the penicillin-binding target protein (PBP4) of the bacteria E. coli "Homo sapiens" and S. aureus "Homo sapiens" as an example. Molecular docking demonstrated that the compounds had insignificant binding energies at the level of selected reference drugs (Cephalotin and Chloramphenicol). The presence of natural alkaloids in the structure of thiazoline derivatives somewhat increased the affinity of these substrates for target proteins selected.

Abstract
In the title mol-ecule, C13H16N4O3, the mean planes of the phenyl and triazole rings are nearly perpendicular to one another as a result of the intra-molecular C-H⋯O and C-H⋯π(ring) inter-actions. In the crystal, layers parallel to (101) are generated by O-H⋯N, N-H⋯O and N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The layers are connected by inversion-related pairs of C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The experimental mol-ecular structure is close to the gas-phase geometry-optimized structure calculated by DFT methods. Hirshfeld surface analysis indicates that the most important inter-action involving hydrogen in the title compound is the H⋯H contact. The contribution of the H⋯O, H⋯N, and H⋯H contacts are 13.6, 16.1, and 54.6%, respectively.

Abstract
The synthesis and antiviral activity evaluation of new derivatives of 2-aminothiazole, 1,2,4-triazole, as well as oxindoles has been realized. The synthesized compounds exhibited different cytotoxicity, in particular, oxindols 4, 5 , 7 , 8 , 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 58 as well as thiazole/triazole 73 and 75 turned out to be the most cytotoxic for MT-4 cell lines. The compounds 11, 12, 73, and 75 are more toxic than reference compound Efavirenz. As far as the antiviral activity is concerned, none of the title compounds turned out active against Reo-1, Sb-1, VSV, RSV, YFV and VV viruses. The results obtained against Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Virus (BVDV) showed that nine compounds (six from oxindol’s seria 6, 12, 13, 52, 56, 58 and three 73, 75, 77 of triazole homologues) resulted moderate active. Among all of them, the most potent compound was 52, with EC50 of 6.6 μM. Studies of effect of synthesized compounds against Coxsakie Virus (CVB-2) revealed that only two compounds, 13 and 73 exhibit moderate activity (EC50 >40 and >18 μM, respectively). It should be noticed that eleven compounds, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 58, and 75 showed moderate activity against HIV-1 (EC50 >16 – m >59μM).
