Abstract
RATIONALE AND OBJECTIVES To assess the feasibility and efficacy of a deep learning-based three-dimensional (3D) super-resolution diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) radiomics model in predicting the prognosis of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation of uterine fibroids. METHODS This retrospective study included 360 patients with uterine fibroids who received HIFU treatment, including Center A (training set: N = 240; internal testing set: N = 60) and Center B (external testing set: N = 60) and were classified as having a favorable or unfavorable prognosis based on the postoperative non-perfusion volume ratio. A deep transfer learning approach was used to construct super-resolution DWI (SR-DWI) based on conventional high-resolution DWI (HR-DWI), and 1198 radiomics features were extracted from manually segmented regions of interest in both image types. Following data preprocessing and feature selection, radiomics models were constructed for HR-DWI and SR-DWI using Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM) algorithms, with performance evaluated using area under the curve (AUC) and decision curves. RESULT All DWI radiomics models demonstrated superior AUC in predicting HIFU ablated uterine fibroids prognosis compared to expert radiologists (AUC: 0.706, 95% CI: 0.647-0.748). When utilizing different machine learning algorithms, the HR-DWI model achieved AUC values of 0.805 (95% CI: 0.679-0.931) with SVM, 0.797 (95% CI: 0.672-0.921) with RF, and 0.770 (95% CI: 0.631-0.908) with LightGBM. Meanwhile, the SR-DWI model outperformed the HR-DWI model (P < 0.05) across all algorithms, with AUC values of 0.868 (95% CI: 0.775-0.960) with SVM, 0.824 (95% CI: 0.715-0.934) with RF, and 0.821 (95% CI: 0.709-0.933) with LightGBM. And decision curve analysis further confirmed the good clinical value of the models. CONCLUSION Deep learning-based 3D SR-DWI radiomics model demonstrated favorable feasibility and effectiveness in predicting the prognosis of HIFU ablated uterine fibroids, which was superior to HR-DWI model and assessment by expert radiologists.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The aim of the work described here was to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (USg-HIFU) treatment in women with multiple fibroids and identify the characteristic parameters predicting USg-HIFU efficacy in multiple fibroids. METHODS From February 2021 to August 2022, 138 patients with multiple fibroids (group A comprising 125 patients with two to four fibroids and 13 patients with five or more fibroids) and 149 patients with solitary fibroids (group B) were included. HIFU treatment information, efficacy comparisons and adverse events were recorded. A nomogram model of the characteristic parameters used to predict the efficacy of USg-HIFU in multiple fibroids was established. RESULTS After USg-HIFU treatment, the statistical comparison of pre-operative versus post-operative symptom scores and fibroid volume in the two groups indicated obvious symptom relief and substantial shrinkage of fibroid volume (all p values <0.001). Nevertheless, group A required more energy and longer treatment and sonication times to achieve a 70% non-perfused volume (NPV) ratio, and had a lower energy efficiency factor than group B (all p values <0.05). No severe complications were observed in either group. The nomogram model included fibroid volume, fibroid location and signal intensity on T2-weighted imaging (T2WI). The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve and the accuracy of the model were 0.698 and 0.686, respectively. CONCLUSION USg-HIFU appears to be an effective and safe treatment option for multiple fibroids. Knowledge of the fibroid volume, location and signal intensity on T2WI may help determine the efficacy of USg-HIFU in multiple fibroids.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Accurate preoperative assessment of the efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation for uterine fibroids is essential for good treatment results. The aim of this study was to develop robust radiomics models for predicting the prognosis of HIFU-treated uterine fibroids and to explain the internal predictive process of the model using Shapley additive explanations (SHAP). METHODS This retrospective study included 300 patients with uterine fibroids who received HIFU and were classified as having a favorable or unfavorable prognosis based on the postoperative nonperfusion volume ratio. Patients were divided into a training set (N = 240) and a test set (N = 60). The 1295 radiomics features were extracted from T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) and contrast-enhanced T1-weighted imaging (CE-T1WI) scans. After data preprocessing and feature filtering, radiomics models were constructed by extreme gradient boosting and light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM), and the optimal performance was obtained by Bayesian optimization. Finally, the SHAP approach was used to explain the internal prediction process. RESULTS The models constructed using LightGBM had the best performance, and the AUCs of the T2WI and CE-T1WI models were 87.2 (95% CI = 87.1-87.5) and 84.8 (95% CI = 84.6-85.7), respectively. The use of SHAP technology can help physicians understand the impact of radiomic features on the predicted outcomes of the model from a global and individual perspective. CONCLUSION Multiparametric radiomic models have shown their robustness in predicting HIFU prognosis. Radiomic features can be a potential source of biomarkers to support preoperative assessment of HIFU treatment and improve the understanding of uterine fibroid heterogeneity. CLINICAL RELEVANCE STATEMENT An interpretable radiomics model can help clinicians to effectively predict the prognosis of HIFU treatment for uterine fibroids. The heterogeneity of fibroids can be characterized by various radiomics features and the application of SHAP can be used to visually explain the prediction process of radiomics models.

Abstract
AIM To study the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) parameters in predicting the efficacy of ultrasonic ablation of fibroids. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 91 patients were divided into groups based on non-perfused volume (NPV) ratio and blood supply type. The preoperative MRI parameters were measured and analysed. A correlation analysis between the MRI parameters and the NPV ratio was performed. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to analyse and determine the cut-off value of MRI parameters to predict the ablation rate of fibroids. RESULTS The uterine fibroids group with an NPV ratio <80% and the group with an NPV ratio of ≥80% had significant differences in signal intensity (SI) at MRI T2-weighted imaging (WI), fibroid-to-rectus abdominis SI ratio (SIR) at T2WI, and blood supply type (p<0.05). There were no significant differences in fibroid volume, T2WI signal uniformity, and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values. The ADC value and SI and SIR at MRI T2WI in the group with poor blood supply were lower than those in the group with a rich blood supply (p<0.05). SI at MRI T2WI correlated negatively with the NPV ratio. The cut-off values for SI and SIR at MRI T2WI of fibroids whose NPV ratio exceeds 80% were 220.58 and 1.315, respectively. CONCLUSION SI at MRI T2WI and blood supply type could be predictors of the efficacy of ablation. Ultrasonic ablation of fibroids with MRI T2WI hyperintensity and a rich blood supply had poor efficacy.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influencing factors of ultrasound-guided HIFU (USgHIFU) ablation for adenomyosis with a non-perfused volume ratio (NPVR)≥50%. METHODS A total of 299 patients with adenomyosis who underwent USgHIFU ablation were enrolled. Quantitative signal intensity (SI) analysis was performed on T2WI and dynamic enhancement type. The energy efficiency factor (EEF) was defined as the ultrasound energy delivered for ablating 1 mm3 of tissue. NPVR ≥ 50% was used as the criterion for technical success. Adverse effects and complications were recorded. Logistic regression analyses of variables were conducted to identify the factors affecting NPVR ≥ 50%. RESULTS The median NPVR was 53.5% (34.7%). There were 159 cases in the NPVR ≥ 50% group and 140 cases in the NPVR < 50% group. The EEF in NPVR < 50.0% group was significantly higher than that in NPVR ≥ 50% group (p < 0.05). The incidence of intraoperative adverse effects and postoperative adverse events in the NPVR < 50% group were higher than those in the NPVR ≥ 50% group (p < 0.05 for both). Logistic regression analysis showed that abdominal wall thickness, SI difference on T2WI between adenomyosis and rectus abdominis, and enhancement type on T1WI were protective factors for NPVR ≥ 50% (p < 0.05), while the history of childbirth was an independent risk factor (p < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS Compared with NPVR < 50%, NPVR ≥ 50% did not increase the intraprocedural and postprocedural adverse reactions. The possibility of NPVR ≥ 50% was higher in patients with thinner abdominal walls, showed slight enhancement of adenomyosis on T1WI, with a history of childbirth, or in whom the SI difference on T2WI between adenomyosis and rectus abdominis was more minor.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Investigate the relationships between endopelvic fascial edema and its influencing factors after ultrasound-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (USgHIFU) ablation of uterine fibroids. METHODS This retrospective study included 688 women with uterine fibroids treated by USgHIFU; based on post-treatment MRI, the patients were divided into two groups: endopelvic fascial edema group and nonedema group. The specific location of fascial edema of each patient was also recorded. Fascial edema and fibroid features and treatment parameters were set as the dependent and independent variables, respectively, and the correlations were studied using univariate and multivariate analyses. The relationship between the pain-related adverse events and location of fascial edema was analyzed by χ2 and fisher's exact tests. RESULTS Edema and nonedema groups had 556 and 112 patients, respectively. Among the edema patients, posterior fascial edema incidence was the highest. Multifactorial analysis showed that the energy efficiency factor (EEF), fibroid location, and enhancement type were positively associated with endopelvic fascial edema (p < 0.05), while the distance from dorsal surface of the fibroid to sacrum was negatively correlated (p < 0.001). Patients with anterior, posterior and perirectal, and right lateral fascial edemas were associated with lower abdominal pain, sacrococcygeal pain, and leg numbness/pain, respectively. CONCLUSION Post-USgHIFU ablation, patients were prone to developing endopelvic fascial edema, and some of them experienced pain-related adverse events. The fibroid location, its types of contrast enhancement, the distance from the dorsal surface of the fibroid to the sacrum, and EEF were the influencing factors resulting in the endopelvic fascial edema after USgHIFU ablation.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of the image indexes of B-mode and power Doppler sonography in predicting the therapeutic efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation for uterine fibroids. MATERIALS AND METHODS Two hundred and three patients with a solitary uterine fibroid were enrolled in this study. Every patient underwent transvaginal sonography (TVS) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) before HIFU. The patients were divided into hypointense, isointense and hyperintense fibroid groups based on T2 weighted MR imaging characteristics, and ultrasonic image indexes of the fibroids in different groups were compared. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between ultrasonic image indexes and energy efficiency factor (EEF), non-perfused volume (NPV) ratio of uterine fibroids. RESULTS Among them, 72 patients had a hypointense fibroid, 70 had an isointense fibroid and 61 had a hyperintense fibroid. Significant differences were observed in the ultrasound imaging gray scale value difference between the myometrium and uterine fibroids (GSmyo-fib), the ultrasound imaging gray scale value ratio of fibroids over the myometrium (GSfib/myo), and the ratio of power Doppler pixel area to fibroid area (PDPA/FA) among the three groups (p < 0.05). Linear regression analysis showed that the PDPA/FA and the location of fibroids were the factors affecting the NPV ratio, a model for predicting the NPV ratio was established. CONCLUSIONS A model with the PDPA/FA for NPV ratio could be used to predict the therapeutic efficacy of HIFU for fibroids.

Abstract
PURPOSE This study aimed to compare the dose and effectiveness of ultrasound-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (USgHIFU) ablation of uterine fibroids with different sizes and explore the effect of uterine fibroid size on dose, which provided dose evaluation for clinicians in accordance with the size of uterine fibroids. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 1,000 patients with symptomatic uterine fibroids who received a single-session USgHIFU treatment were enrolled in this study. The size of fibroids was divided into seven groups: 3-4 cm, 4-5 cm, 5-6 cm, 6-7 cm, 7-8 cm, 8-9 cm, and 9-11 cm. The dose was expressed on the basis of the energy efficiency factor (EEF) as the energy required for ablation per unit volume of tissue, and the non-perfused volume ratio (NPVR) was used to assess the effect of HIFU ablation. RESULTS The median NPVR of 88.3% (IQR: 80.3%-94.8%) was obtained, and no significant difference was observed among the seven groups. The classification of T2-weighted image signal intensity fibroids in the 4-5 cm group was compared with that in the 6-7 cm and 8-9 cm groups, and the difference was significant (p < 0.05). However, the proportion of T2WI hyperintense signal fibroids had no significant difference among the seven groups (p > 0.05). The median EEF was 3.88 J/mm3, and a significant difference was observed among the seven groups of EEF (p < 0.05). The EEF of groups with a fibroid size less than 6 cm was more than double the EEF of groups with a fibroid size above 6 cm. In addition, the EEF of groups with a fibroid size of 4-5 cm and 3-4 cm was 3-4 times higher than those with a fibroid size above 7 cm (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS A single-session HIFU ablation for uterine fibroids of 3-11 cm can obtain an NPVR of more than 80%. The EEF decreased with the increase of the size of uterine fibroids. A fibroid size of 6.5 cm was considered as a clinical meaningful point affecting EEF.

Abstract
Objectives This study sought to develop a multiparametric MRI radiomics-based machine learning model for the preoperative prediction of clinical success for high-intensity-focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation of uterine leiomyomas. Methods One hundred and thirty patients who received HIFU ablation therapy for uterine leiomyomas were enrolled in this retrospective study. Radiomics features were extracted from T2-weighted (T2WI) image and ADC map derived from diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI). Three feature selection algorithms including least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO), recursive feature elimination (RFE), and ReliefF algorithm were used to select radiomics features, respectively, which were fed into four machine learning classifiers including k-nearest neighbors (KNN), logistic regression (LR), random forest (RF), and support vector machine (SVM) for the construction of outcome prediction models before HIFU treatment. The performance, predication ability, and clinical usefulness of these models were verified and evaluated using receiver operating characteristics (ROC), calibration, and decision curve analyses. Results The radiomics analysis provided an effective preoperative prediction for HIFU ablation of uterine leiomyomas. Using SVM with ReliefF algorithm, the multiparametric MRI radiomics model showed the favorable performance with average accuracy of 0.849, sensitivity of 0.814, specificity of 0.896, positive predictive value (PPV) of 0.903, negative predictive value (NPV) of 0.823, and the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of 0.887 (95% CI = 0.848-0.939) in fivefold cross-validation, followed by RF with ReliefF. Calibration and decision curve analyses confirmed the potential of model in predication ability and clinical usefulness. Conclusions The radiomics-based machine learning model can predict preoperatively HIFU ablation response for the patients with uterine leiomyomas and contribute to determining individual treatment strategies.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION To evaluate treatment response of uterine fibroids after ultrasound guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (USgHIFU) with a special focus on fibroid size and characterization based on Funaki classification scheme, as well as clinical response to treatment of leading fibroid-associated symptoms. MATERIALS AND METHODS Uterine fibroids treated by USgHIFU were assigned to Funaki type 1-3 based on T2-w-MRI. Differences in size, non-perfused volume ratio (NPVR) and volume reduction over time were determined using T1-/T2-w MRI sequences and contrast-enhanced sonography. Treatment effects on three leading fibroid-associated symptoms were also evaluated. Measurements were compared by mixed model, Bland-Altman's plot and Spearman's correlation. RESULTS In this prospective single-center study, 35 patients with 44 symptomatic uterine fibroids were treated by USgHIFU (n = 22, n = 12 and n = 10 assigned to Funaki type 1, 2 and 3, respectively). NPVRs of Funaki type 1 and 2 fibroids were significantly higher compared to type 3 (p = .0023). A significant fibroid shrinkage was observed independent of Funaki type compared to baseline: 38.8 ± 26.9%, 46.7 ± 30.3% and 54.5 ± 29.3% at 3, 6 and 12 months, respectively (each p < .05). Moreover, patients experienced a significant improvement of fibroid-associated hypermenorrhea (3.9 ± 1.3 vs. 2.3 ± 1.3), pressure in the pelvic area (3.5 ± 1.3 vs. 2.1 ± 0.9) and frequent urination (2.8 ± 1.5 vs. 1.9 ± 0.8) one year post-procedure (each p < .05), regardless of fibroid Funaki type. CONCLUSION Following USgHIFU, a significant shrinkage of uterine fibroids and improvement of leading fibroid-associated symptoms were demonstrated regardless of the Funaki type.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the role of quantitative MRI parameters in predicting HIFU ablation results for uterine fibroids. MATERIAL AND METHODS A total of 245 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent HIFU treatment in Chongqing Haifu Hospital were reviewed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups according to the non-perfused volume (NPV) ratio which was either higher or lower than 80%. The MRI parameters were measured, and a logistical regression analysis was performed to investigate the potential predictors associated with the NPV ratio. Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) analysis was used to determine the cut off value for MRI parameters in predicting a high NPV ratio. RESULTS The subcutaneous fat thickness in the group of patients with an NPV ratio over 80% was significantly thinner than that in the group of patients with an NPV ratio less than 80% (15 mm versus 21 mm). The signal intensity ratio of fibroids to skeletal muscle on T2WI was significantly lower in the group of patients with an NPV ratio over 80% compared with the group with an NPV ratio lower than 80% (2.46 versus 3.23). The signal intensity ratio of fibroid to skeletal muscle correlated negatively with the NPV ratio and positively with the energy efficiency factor (EEF). The cut off value of signal intensity ratio of fibroid to muscle for predicting the NPV ratio over 80% is 3.045. CONCLUSION The signal intensity ratio of fibroid to skeletal muscle on T2WI can be used as a factor for predicting the effectiveness of HIFU ablation of uterine fibroids.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate factors in predicting the treatment outcome of ultrasound-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (USgHIFU) ablation for uterine fibroids with a non-perfused volume ratio (NPVR) of at least 80%. Methods: One thousand patients with uterine fibroids who received USgHIFU were enrolled. Thirty-two independent variables of four dimensions of data set, including general information of patients, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests, and fibroid imaging characteristics, were used to investigate the potential predictors of the NPVR of at least 80% by multivariate logistic regression. NPVR was the gold standard for evaluating the efficiency of HIFU ablation, and a NPVR of at least 80% was considered sufficient ablation, while partial ablation was defined as having an NPVR of <80%. Results: Out of 1,000 fibroids, 758 obtained sufficient ablation and 242 obtained partial ablation, and the median NPVR was 88.3% (interquartile range: 80.3–94.8%). The probability of NPVR reaching 80% fibroids with a signal intensity of T2WI of hypointense, isointense, and hyperintense was 86.4, 76.5, and 62.6%, respectively; fibroids with an enhancement type of T1WI of slight, irregular, and regular was 81.5, 73.6, and 63.7%, respectively; and fibroids with uterine anteroposterior of 30–130 mm was 57.7–78.3%, respectively. In patients with a platelet count of 50 × 109/L−550 × 109/L, the probability of NPVR reaching 80% is from 53.4 to 80.1%, respectively. Conclusions: In predicting NPVR ≥ 80%, the signal intensity on T2WI was the most important factor affecting ablative efficiency, followed by enhancement type on T1WI, uterine anteroposterior, and platelet count.

Establishment of a nomogram for predicting the surgical difficulty of anterior cervical spine surgery. BMC Surg 2021; 21:170. Abstract
Background For a long time, surgical difficulty is mainly evaluated based on subjective perception rather than objective indexes. Moreover, the lack of systematic research regarding the evaluation of surgical difficulty potentially has a negative effect in this field. This study was aimed to evaluate the risk factors for the surgical difficulty of anterior cervical spine surgery (ACSS). Methods This was a retrospective cohort study totaling 291 consecutive patients underwent ACSS from 2012.3 to 2017.8. The surgical difficulty of ACSS was defined by operation time longer than 120 min or intraoperative blood loss equal to or greater than 200 ml. Evaluation of risk factors was performed by analyzing the patient’s medical records and radiological parameters such as age, sex, BMI, number of operation levels, high signal intensity of spinal cord on T2-weighted images, ossified posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL), sagittal and coronal cervical circumference, cervical length, spinal canal occupational ratio, coagulation function index and platelet count. Results Significant differences were reported between low-difficulty and high-difficulty ACSS groups in terms of age (p = 0.017), sex (p = 0.006), number of operation levels (p < 0.001), high signal intensity (p < 0.001), OPLL (p < 0.001) and spinal canal occupational ratio (p < 0.001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that number of operation levels (OR = 5.224, 95%CI = 2.125–12.843, p < 0.001), high signal intensity of spinal cord (OR = 4.994, 95%CI = 1.636–15.245, p = 0.005), OPLL (OR = 6.358, 95%CI = 1.932–20.931, p = 0.002) and the spinal canal occupational ratio > 0.45 (OR = 3.988, 95%CI = 1.343–11.840, p = 0.013) were independently associated with surgical difficulty in ACSS. A nomogram was established and ROC curve gave a 0.906 C-index. There was a good calibration curve for difficulty estimation. Conclusion This study indicated that the operational level, OPLL, high signal intensity of spinal cord, and spinal canal occupational ratio were independently associated with surgical difficulty and a predictive nomogram can be established using the identified risk factors. Optimal performance was achieved for predicting surgical difficulty of ACSS based on preoperative factors.

Abstract
PURPOSE This study aimed to investigate the effects of a high body mass index (BMI) on the outcomes of radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. METHODS We conducted a retrospective cohort study of 1729 patients with stage I to III gastric cancer who received open radical gastrectomy from February 2003 to August 2011. The patients were divided into 3 groups according to their BMI: a low BMI group (BMI < 18.5 kg/m2), normal BMI group (18.5 ≤ BMI < 25 kg/m2), and high BMI group (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2). RESULTS A total of 871 patients were included in the final analysis, of which the median BMI was 22.7 kg/m2 (range 13.6-44.9 kg/m2). A high BMI increased the risk of postoperative intestinal fistula but not the risk of a reduced number of examined lymph nodes or hospital death. Furthermore, a high BMI did not negatively affect the overall survival (OS) of gastric cancer patients. CONCLUSIONS A high BMI increased the operative morbidity after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. However, a high BMI did not negatively affect the quality of lymphadenectomy or the OS of gastric cancer patients in experienced high-volume centers. A careful approach during operation and meticulous perioperative management are required for gastric cancer patients with a high BMI.

Abstract
Purpose: To evaluate endopelvic fascial swelling in patients with uterine fibroids after high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and investigate the factors that influence endopelvic fascial swelling.Methods: MRI and clinical data from 188 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated with HIFU were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into a fascial swelling group and a non-swelling group, and the degree of swelling was graded. Fascial swelling was set as the dependent variable, and factors such as baseline characteristics and HIFU parameters, were set as the independent variables. The relationship between these variables and fascial swelling was analyzed by univariate and multivariate analyses. Correlations between the factors and the degree of fascial swelling were evaluated by Kruskal-Wallis test.Results: The univariate analysis revealed that the fibroid location, distance from the fibroid to the sacrum, sonication time, treatment time, treatment intensity, therapeutic dose (TD), and energy efficiency (EEF) all affected the endopelvic fascial swelling (p < 0.05). Subsequently, multivariate analysis showed that the distance from the fibroid to the sacrum was significantly correlated with fascial swelling (p < 0.05). Moreover, TD and sonication time were significantly positively correlated with the degree of fascial swelling (p < 0.05). The incidence of sacrococcygeal pain was significantly correlated with fascial swelling (p < 0.05).Conclusion: The distance from the fibroid to the sacrum was a protective factor for fascial swelling. TD and sonication time were significantly positively correlated with the degree of fascial swelling.

Abstract
Magnetic resonance imaging-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (MRI-guided HIFU) is an effective noninvasive treatment option for symptomatic uterine fibroids. However, tissue characteristics of uterine fibroids and technical limitations can limit the patient population that can benefit from this therapy. In this article, we present our literature review focusing on the influential clinical factors that might reduce the risk of an unsuccessful MRI-guided HIFU treatment outcome of uterine fibroids.
