Abstract
Numerous studies demonstrate a strong intrinsic relationship between the boiling and melting temperatures, among other chemical properties, of chemical compounds and pharmaceutical and their molecular structures. Using topological indices, researchers can learn more about the physical traits, chemical stability, and bioactivities of these chemical molecular structures. Topological indices on the chemical structure of chemical materials and drugs are investigated in order to make up for the absence of chemical experiments and provide a theoretical basis for the manufacture of medications and chemical materials. According to well-known degree-based topological indices, the chemical structures of drugs used to treat hepatitis (A, B, C, D, and E) are assessed in this study. The atoms are thought of as the vertices of a graph, and the borders that separate them are thought of as the edges. Using degree-based topological indices, a quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) investigation was conducted to predict the physical properties of 16 hepatitis medications. These topological indices link the chemical structure to specific physical characteristics, such as the surface tension of hepatitis medication molecules and molecular weight, enthalpy, boiling point, density, vapor pressure, and logP. Using their molecular structures, the study's drugs are represented as molecular graphs, and 14 topological indices are computed.

Abstract
Every year, various experiments emerge in which a strong link between topological chemical structures and their properties is found. These properties are numerous such as melting point, boiling point, and drug toxicity. Topological index is the functional tool to determine these properties. This research paper will analyze some of the molecular drug structures, i.e., hyaluronic acid-paclitaxel conjugates G n , anticancer drug SP[n], polyomino chain of n-cycle Z n , triangular benzenoid T n , and circumcoronene benzenoid series H k using multicriteria decision-making techniques including TOPSIS and SAW. The topological indices used in this research paper include the Randić index for α = 1, -1, 1/2, the augmented Zagreb index and the forgotten topological index.

Abstract
A series of quinazolinone derivatives (7a-7h) were synthesized as antiproliferative agents. All compounds, were synthesized through three steps method and structurally evaluated by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13CNMR and Mass spectroscopy. Their cytotoxic activities were assessed using MTT protocol against three humans cancerous (MCF-7, A549 and 5637) and normal (MRC-5) cell lines. In addition, molecular docking and simulation studies of the synthesized compounds were performed to assessment their orientation, interaction mode against EGFR as plausible mechanism of quinazoline compounds as anticancer agents. The synthesized compounds mostly showed moderate activity against the three studied cell lines. They also indicated an appropriate selectivity against tumorigenic and non-tumorigenic cell line. The molecular docking results also confirmed biological activity. Most of the compounds fulfilled Lipinski rule. Collectively, these compounds with further modification can be considered as potent antiproliferative agents.

Abstract
In this article, we study the degree-based topological indices in a random polyomino chain. The key purpose of this manuscript is to obtain the asymptotic distribution, expected value and variance for the degree-based topological indices in a random polyomino chain by using a martingale approach. Consequently, we compute the degree-based topological indices in a polyomino chain, hence some known results from the existing literature about polyomino chains are obtained as corollaries. Also, in order to apply the results, we obtain the expected value of several degree-based topological indices such as Sombor, Forgotten, Zagreb, atom-bond-connectivity, Randić and geometric-arithmetic index of a random polyomino chain.

Abstract
(SARS-CoV-2), was first identified in December 2019 as the cause of a respiratory illness designated coronavirus disease 2019, or Covid-19. Several therapeutic agents have been evaluated for the treatment of Covid-19, but none have yet been shown to be efficacious. Remdesivir (GS-5734), an inhibitor of the viral RNA-dependent, RNA polymerase with inhibitory activity against SARS-CoV and the Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS-CoV), was identified early as a promising therapeutic candidate for Covid-19 because of its ability to inhibit SARS-CoV-2 in vitro. Besides, in nonhuman primate studies, remdesivir initiated 12 hours after inoculation with MERS-CoV9,10 reduced lung virus levels and lung damage. In the field of Medical Science, concerning the definition of the topological index on the molecular structure and corresponding medical, biological, chemical, pharmaceutical properties of drugs can be studied by the topological index calculation. In this paper, we compute some of the general temperature topological properties of remdesivir that the results in this paper may be useful in finding new drug and vaccine for the treatment and prevention of COVID-19.

Abstract
Quantitative structure–activity relationship (QSAR) represents quantitative correlation of chemical structural features called as molecular descriptors and pharmacological activity as response endpoints. Topological index is a molecular descriptor extensively used to study QSAR of pharmaceuticals to assess their molecular characteristics by numerical computation. Theoretical assessment of drug like molecules helps to expedite the drug design and discovery process by rationalizing the lead identification, lead optimization and understanding their mechanism of actions. Therefore, in this article, we have computed the general inverse sum indeg index, ISIα,β of Hyaluronic acid-curcumin conjugates by using molecular structure analysis and edge partitioning technique. Many standard topological indices are obtained as a special case of ISIα,β. We also proposed general inverse sum indeg polynomial ISIα,β(Gn,x) of Hyaluronic acid-curcumin conjugates from which many well-known polynomials are deduced.
