Abstract
Introduction Mesotherapy is a wide range of minimally invasive injections. In mesotherapy, a mixture of various tonics is injected into the skin. These include plant extracts, various medications, vitamins, enzymes, hormones, growth factors, and other factors that will help treat alopecia. Most commonly, a mixture of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and vitamins is used. In mesotherapy treatment for hair regrowth in the temporal region, zygomaticotemporal nerve blocks, supratrochlear nerve blocks, and supraorbital nerve blocks are given. The zygomaticotemporal nerve, supraorbital nerve, and supratrochlear nerve are the branches of the trigeminal nerve. They provide sensation on the lateral side of the forehead, which is the temple region. Methods A sample size of 100 people was taken for the study who were undergoing mesotherapy in the bilateral temporal region for alopecia. Each group had 50 subjects: group I was given supratrochlear, supraorbital, and zygomaticotemporal nerve blocks as local anesthesia techniques, and group II was given supratrochlear and supraorbital nerve blocks. PRP was injected using an insulin syringe. Pain was assessed using a visual analog scale (VAS). Results During the procedure, a mean VAS of 1 and 3 was observed in groups I and II, respectively, during the procedure (p-value 0.023). A mean VAS of 3 and 5 was observed in groups I and II, respectively, after three hours (p-value 0.000). This shows a significant difference in the pain experienced by the subjects between the groups. Conclusion This study proves that the zygomaticotemporal nerve, used along with supratrochlear and supraorbital nerve blocks, is better at producing analgesia and reducing pain.

Abstract
Ultrasonography is a well-tolerated procedure that aids in the targeted esthetic therapies of special cutaneous regions, as well as in the prevention (vascular mapping, identification of previous filler, and others) and management of potential complications (vascular occlusion, external vascular compression, product misplacement or migration, inflammatory reactions, and others). It has lately been promoted as the first-line imaging tool to address injectables. In this article, we aim to review the evolving role of ultrasonography in cosmetic filler procedures, from the fundamental ultrasound characterization of cosmetic fillers to the ultrasound-enhanced detection and management of cosmetic filler complications, including ultrasound's role in hyaluronidase-guided injections for cosmetic filler dissolution. Furthermore, the paper explores the integral role played by ultrasound in enhancing the precision, efficacy, and safety of additional minimally invasive aesthetic techniques such as mesotherapy, radiofrequency, cryolipolysis, and polydioxanone procedures.

Abstract
Cosmetic skin diseases are a part of many dermatological concerns brought up by patients, which negatively affect mental health and quality of life. Imaging technology has an established role in the diagnosis of cosmetic skin diseases by recognizing information on deep skin lesions. Due to the complex physiological and pathological nature of cosmetic skin diseases, the diagnostic imaging performance varies greatly. Developing noninvasive technology models with wide applicability, particularly high-frequency ultrasound (HFUS), which is able to achieve high-resolution imaging of the skin from the stratum corneum down to the deep fascia, is of great significance to medical cosmetology. To explore the great potential of HFUS in cosmetic skin diseases, a narrative review of literature from PubMed and Web of Science published between 1985 and 2022 was conducted. This narrative review focuses on the progression of HFUS imaging in medical cosmetology, especially on its promising application in the quantitative evaluation and differential diagnosis of cutaneous pathological scar, port wine stain (PWS), acne, skin aging, and other cosmetic applications.

Abstract
The beginnings of skin ultrasound date back to about 50 years ago. However, the dynamic progress of skin ultrasound took place in the last twenty years, when the unprecedented development of computer technologies occurred, which resulted in the popularization of and easier access to modern ultrasound equipment. Skin tests can be performed with both classic scanners equipped with broadband transducers with a minimum frequency of 15 MHz, and specially dedicated skin systems with high-frequency scanners, which are equipped with mechanical transducers with a frequency of 20 MHz to up to 100 MHz. Owing to technologically advanced machines, ultrasonography has proved to be useful in many areas. The aim of this study was to present the current knowledge and possibilities of skin imaging using high-frequency ultrasonography. Te paper discusses technical aspects, types of devices available on the market, as well as methods for the analysis of ultrasound skin images and parameters useful in their interpretation. We also present current applications of skin ultrasound, with particular emphasis on dermatology and aesthetic medicine. In the field of dermatology, we discussed imaging of focal lesions as well as an assessment of pathologically changed skin and treatment monitoring. We also focused on the use of high-frequency ultrasonography in aesthetic medicine and cosmetology. The popularity of this method is constantly growing in these fields, and ultrasound is now used in everyday practice to assess the skin, plan and monitor procedures, as well as to treat potential complications. High-frequency ultrasonography is a highly effective method for skin evaluation, although still underappreciated in may fields. Further research is needed to standardize this modality, as well as to implement training for operators, and to popularize this imaging technique.
