Abstract
Biomimetic inorganic nanoenzyme is a kind of nanomaterial with long-term stability, easy preparation and low cost, which could instead of natural biological enzyme. Metal-organic framework (MOFs) as effectively nanoenzyme was attracted more attention for the adjustability and large specific surface area. This design is based on the catalase-like catalytic activity of 2D metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and the high sensitivity of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) biosensors to construct a novel SERS biosensor capable of efficiently detecting mercury (Hg2+). In this study, 2D MOFs nanozyme was instead of 3D structure with more effecient catalytic site, which can catalyze o-Phenylenediamine (OPD) to OPDox with the assistance of H2O2. Besides, a magnetic composite nanomaterial Fe3O4@Ag@OPD was prepared as a signal carrier. In the presence of Hg2+, T-Hg2+-T base pairs were used to connect the two materials to realize Raman signal change. Based on this principle, the SERS sensor can realize the sensitive detection of Hg2+, the detection range is 1.0 × 10-12 ∼ 1.0 × 10-2 mol‧L-1, and the detection limit is 1.36 × 10-13 mol‧L-1. This method greatly improves the reliability of SERS sensor for detecting the target, and provides a new idea for detecting metal ions in the environment.

Abstract
Lanthanide-based metal-organic frameworks show good potential for applications due to their unique structures and functional properties. A highly thermally and acid-base stable Eu-MOF was synthesized by a solvothermal method with the molecular formula {[(CH3)2NH2]2[Eu2(NDDP)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n (Eu-MOF, H4NDDP = 5,5'-(naphthalene-2,6-diyl)diisophthalic acid). Eu-MOF takes a three-dimensional (4,4,8)-connected topology. The water molecules involved in the coordination, free water molecules, and [(CH3)2NH2]+ cations in the pore can be used as proton carriers. The proton conductivity attains 1.25 × 10-4 S cm-1 at room temperature and 2.42 × 10-3 S cm-1 at 70 °C and 98% relative humidity. Combined with the dual-emission properties from the ligands and Eu(III) ions enables Eu-MOF to be used as a ratiometric fluorescent sensor for phosphate efficiently and rapidly, with a limit of detection of 0.12 μM in the Tris-HCl buffer solution. These results provide a new approach for the construction of MOFs with high proton conductivity and a ratiometric fluorescence response.

Abstract
A novel water-stable CdII-based metal-organic framework, namely {[Cd(BIBT)(TDC)]·2H2O}n (JXUST-28, BIBT = 4,7-bi(1H-imidazol-1-yl)benzo-[2,1,3]thiadiazole and H2TDC = 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid), was synthesized using a mixed-ligand strategy. Structural analysis demonstrates that JXUST-28 exhibits a two-dimensional layer structure with 4-connected sql topology. Intriguingly, JXUST-28 presents good stability in boiling water (at least 5 days), common organic solvents and aqueous solutions with different pH values of 2-12 (more than 24 hours). Furthermore, fluorescence experiments revealed that JXUST-28 could sense Hg2+ ions in aqueous solution via a quenching effect with a detection limit of 0.097 μM. Meanwhile, JXUST-28 can also be regenerated at least 5 times to detect Hg2+ ions. In addition, light-emitting diode lamps, luminescent films, and test papers of JXUST-28 have been successfully developed for practical applications.

Abstract
Since it is difficult for human eyes to distinguish between two identical colors with only <15% variation in brightness, mono-color fluorescent hydrogel microspheres have some limitations in the detection of lactate. Herein, we prepared novel dual-color fluorescent hydrogel microspheres, which can achieve hue transformation. Microspheres were prepared by introducing a fluorescent nanoparticle as the reference signal while CdTe QDs were used as the response signal. We used smartphones with image processing software to collect and analyze data. In this way, the signal of lactate was converted to RGB (red, green, and blue) values, which can be quantitatively read. Within 10 to 1500 μM, the R/G values of the microspheres had a linear relationship with the logarithm of the lactate concentration. Moreover, color cards for lactate detection were prepared, from which the color change and concentration of lactate could be easily read by the naked eye. It is worth mentioning that this method was successfully applied to screen patients with hyperlactatemia.
