Abstract
Aortopulmonary fistulas in IE are a cause of aorta–to–pulmonary connections.
Other causes include PDA and ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm.
Continuous flow is seen in modified views of the pulmonary artery.
Aortic valve involvement is common in IE with aortocavitary fistula formation.
