Abstract
Background Myeloid sarcoma (MS) is a tumor secondary to myeloid leukemia that consists of immature granulocytes with or without mature granulocytes and is a rare extramedullary manifestation of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Case presentation We report a case of a 34-year-old woman diagnosed with AML-M4 who achieved remission after chemotherapy and received allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-SCT) for consolidation. Her past medical history showed that she received bilateral breast implants 7 years ago. This patient underwent ultrasound examination of the breast and multiple bilateral breast nodules were revealed that were not considered by clinicians to be concerning. Several months later, the patient’s bilateral nodules rapidly progressed to large palpable masses. Ultrasound-guided biopsy revealed diffuse infiltration of undifferentiated tumor cells and immunohistochemistry (IHC) indicated that the tumor was positive for myeloperoxidase (MPO), cluster of differentiation (CD) 34, CD43, CD68, CD117, and Ki67. The pathological diagnosis was extramedullary recurrence of AML as MS of breast. After the diagnosis, the patient received systemic chemotherapy and drugs containing cytarabine, azacitidine, and methotrexate. However, 1 year after achieving partial remission, the patient died from intracranial invasion of leukemia, brain herniation, and respiratory failure. Conclusion It is necessary for the specialist to have a high suspicion index by careful inquiry of the patient’s medical history if a patient presents at the breast clinic with a breast tumor as the chief complaint. Combining information from the patient’s medical history with a tumor biopsy is critical for obtaining the correct diagnosis of the disease.

Abstract
Background: Mentor MemoryGel Breast Implants were approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in November of 2006. Patients in the Core clinical study supporting this approval were followed for 10 years. Methods: This prospective, multicenter, clinical study included primary augmentation, revision augmentation, primary reconstruction, and revision reconstruction patients implanted with smooth or Siltex Texture MemoryGel Implants. Incidence, severity, and method of resolution for all postoperative complications were assessed on per-patient and per-implant bases. The primary effectiveness endpoints were overall mean change in chest circumference and bra cup size following the implantation procedure. Results: Primary augmentation (n = 552), revision augmentation (n = 145), primary reconstruction (n = 251), and revision reconstruction (n = 60) patients were enrolled in the study. Kaplan-Meier estimated 10-year cumulative incidence rates for key complications at the subject level for Baker grade III/IV capsular contracture were as follows: primary augmentation, 12.1 percent; revision augmentation, 24.4 percent; primary reconstruction, 20.5 percent; and revision reconstruction, 36.9 percent. For infection, rates were as follows: primary augmentation, 1.6 percent; revision augmentation, 1.4 percent; primary reconstruction, 6.2 percent; and revision reconstruction, 0 percent. For explantation with or without replacement, rates were as follows: primary augmentation, 11.6 percent; revision augmentation, 24.1 percent; primary reconstruction, 33.4 percent; and revision reconstruction; 37.8 percent. For rupture, rates were as follows: primary augmentation, 24.2 percent; revision augmentation, 23.7 percent; primary reconstruction, 32.7 percent; and revision reconstruction, 38.7 percent. For any reoperation, rates were as follows: primary augmentation, 25.5 percent; revision augmentation, 43.6 percent; primary reconstruction, 49.0 percent; and revision reconstruction, 50.7 percent. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate that MemoryGel Implants are safe and effective for use in women undergoing breast augmentation or reconstruction. Abstract
Recently, the term breast implant illness has become popularized in social media to describe a constellation of symptoms which have been attributed to a patient's breast implants. These symptoms include fatigue, chest pain, hair loss, headaches, chills, photosensitivity, rash, and chronic pain amongst others. While physicians aim to treat these physical symptoms, currently the evidence supports the safety of silicone breast implants. This article entitled "Breast implant illness: a topic in review" presents an up-to-date review focusing on the safety of silicone breast implants. Patients retain the right to decide to keep or remove their breast implants and for those who choose to pursue explantation, they should be advised to seek the care of a board-certified plastic surgeon. As a scientific community is our duty to continue to conduct well-designed scientific studies to gain more insight into the safety of breast implants as it related to cancer detection, autoimmune disease, and other health concerns to improve patient safety, awareness, and education. This review article aims to delineate both the content and timing of all research and evidence as it pertains to the newly coined phrase "breast implant illness". The authors of this study support that currently there have not been any concrete or evidence-based studies which support the formation of a new syndrome "silicone implant illness".

Abstract
Since the first reported case in 1997, over 600 women with breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BI ALCL) have been reported. BI ALCL is a CD30-positive T-cell lymphoma that carries clonal T-cell receptor gene rearrangements, and a subset of cases harbors mutations in the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. Rarely, other histologic types of lymphoma have been reported in association with breast implants, including fewer than 10 cases of B-cell origin. Here, we describe three additional patients with B-cell lymphoma occurring around breast implants. Two of these patients developed extranodal marginal zone lymphoma in the peri-implant capsule, one of which had a concurrent ALCL within the superficial lining of the capsule. The third patient presented with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma inside the breast parenchyma surrounding her implant. Determining the etiology and risk factors for the development of B-cell lymphomas associated with breast implants remains challenging, given the wide spectrum of histologic features and the rarity of these neoplasms. Ultimately, we document three new cases of B-cell lymphoma arising around breast implants and highlight their clinical and pathologic features in order to expand our understanding of this rare disease presentation.

Abstract
Breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) may occur after reconstructive or aesthetic breast surgery. Worldwide, approximately 1.7 million breast implant surgeries are performed each year. To date, over 500 cases of BIA-ALCL have been reported around the world, with 16 women having died. This review highlights the most important facts surrounding BIA-ALCL. There is no consensus regarding the true incidence rate of BIA-ALCL as it varies between countries, is probably significantly under-reported and is difficult to estimate due to the true number of breast prostheses used largely being unknown. BIA-ALCL develops in the breast mostly as a seroma surrounding the implant, but contained within the fibrous capsule, or more rarely as a solid mass that can become invasive infiltrating the chest wall and muscle, in some instances spreading to adjacent lymph nodes, in these cases having a far worse prognosis. The causation of BIA-ALCL remains to be established, but it has been proposed that chronic infection and/or implant toxins may be involved. What is clear is that complete capsulectomy is required for treatment of BIA-ALCL, which for early-stage disease leads to cure, whereas chemotherapy is needed for advanced-stage disease, whereby improved results have been reported with the use of brentuximab. A worldwide database for BIA-ALCL and implants should be supported by local governments.

Abstract
Lymphomas associated with implants are predominantly of T-cell type-with anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) being most reported. That said, to date, 6 cases of B-cell lymphoma associated with breast implants have been reported. All cases exhibited unilateral breast involvement. Here, the authors report a case of low-grade B-cell lymphoma occurring bilaterally in a 34-year-old woman with a history of Poly Implant Prosthese silicone implants at age 20, T-cell angioimmunoblastic lymphoma, and subsequent myeloablative double cord blood transplantation. Lymphoma cells were positive for CD20, CD5, BCL-2, CD21, CD23, IgD, IgM, with very low Ki-67 of 1%. Nevertheless, cases of ALCL associated with breast implants are rare but much more documented in the literature than B-cell lymphomas associated with breast implants, as in this patient. Identification of a relationship between breast cancer and silicone is still ongoing in the literature, with long-term clinical follow up required. More research will be necessary to fully characterize the occurrence, course, and association of this disease with breast implants in order to properly guide diagnosis and management. Abstract
The purpose of this Special Topic article is to present the current state of scientific evidence related to the safety of silicone breast implants. There is presently overwhelming evidence to support the safety of silicone breast implants. Ultimately, the decision to obtain, keep, or remove breast implants is the choice of the patient. If a patient chooses to have her breast implants removed, it is important to find a board-certified plastic surgeon with expertise in breast surgery. Ongoing studies are strongly encouraged in all areas, from cancer detection to autoimmune disease, as we strive for improved patient safety, patient awareness, and patient education. To the best of our body of scientific knowledge to date, there have not been any concrete or evidence-based studies or peer-reviewed data concerning the formation of a new syndrome: "silicone implant illness." Silicone breast implants are used in nearly 300,000 breast augmentation and 100,000 breast reconstruction operations annually in the United States. Silicone gel-filled implants were first approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 1962. Since that time, few medical devices have been studied as closely for their safety and associated adverse outcomes. Despite multiple generations of implant shells and gel fillers, the basic components remain as originally designed.

Abstract
Breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) is an uncommon neoplasia occurring in women with either cosmetic or reconstructive breast implants. The actual knowledge about BIA-ALCL deriving from the literature presents several limits, and it remains difficult to make inferences about BIA-ALCL epidemiology, cause, and pathogenesis. This is the reason why the authors decided to organize an evidence-based consensus conference during the Maurizio Bruno Nava (MBN 2016) Aesthetic Breast Meeting held in Milan in December of 2016. Twenty key opinion leaders in the field of plastic surgery from all over the world have been invited to express and discuss their opinion about some key questions on BIA-ALCL, trying to reach a consensus about BIA-ALCL cause, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment in light of the actual best evidence.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Anaplastic large cell lymphomas (ALCL) are a rare type of primary breast lymphoma. The association between breast implants and ALCL was first described in 1997 and since then 34-173 cases have been presented. The annual incidence of breast implant-associated ALCL (BI-ALCL) is 0.1-0.3 per 100 000 women who undergo breast reconstruction, and cases are often underreported due to the rarity of these tumors. BI-ALCL arises from the inflammatory T cells surrounding the fibrous capsule, and most tumors are in situ. CASE REPORT Here, we present the case of a 51-year-old woman with ALCL following bilateral silicone breast implants. The patient presented with breast enlargement and tenderness 9 years following reconstructive surgery. Imagining studies showed fluid collection surrounding the affected breast implant. Staging studies and histocytopathology examination confirmed the presence BI-ALCL without capsular invasion or metastasis. Complete surgical excision was performed. The patient continues to be in complete remission. CONCLUSIONS Due to the rarity of these tumors, establishing the diagnosis of BI-ALCL can be challenging and requires a multidisciplinary approach. Clinicians should be aware of the relationship between breast implants and BI-ALCL.

Abstract
Breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BI-ALCL) is a distinct type of T-cell lymphoma arising around breast implants. The United States FDA recently updated the 2011 safety communication, warning that women with breast implants may have a very low risk of developing ALCL adjacent to a breast implant. According to the World Health Organization, BI-LCL is not a breast cancer or cancer of the breast tissue; it is a lymphoma, a cancer of immune cells. BI-ALCL is highly curable in the majority of patients. Informed consent should include the risk of BI-ALCL with breast implant patients. Women with breast implants are encouraged to contact their plastic surgeon if they notice swelling, fluid collections, or unexpected changes in breast shape. Physicians are encouraged to send suspicious peri-prosthetic fluid for CD30 immunohistochemistry, cell block cytology, and culture in symptomatic patients. An observation from reported cases indicates a predominance of textured device involvement. More information is needed to fully understand risk factors and etiology. The association of bacteria and biofilm with ALCL is currently being investigated and one theory is that biofilm may play a role in this disease process stressing the importance of best practice techniques intraoperatively. Recent studies have reported clinical presentation, prognosis, and treatment outcomes with long term followup demonstrating the critical role for surgical management.

Abstract
Abstract The increasing prevalence of breast augmentation presents new challenges in breast imaging interpretation. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is recognized as the gold standard for the evaluation of augmented breasts. This article reviews the MRI features of different breast augmentation techniques, their associated complications, and the role of MRI in the assessment of concurrent breast abnormalities. Teaching Points • MRI has the highest sensitivity and specificity for implant rupture detection. • MRI is able to discriminate the nature of implanted prosthesis or injected materials. • Sensitivity of cancer detection by MRI is not reduced through implants.

Abstract
Breast implant associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIALCL) is a distinct clinical entity that can present in patients receiving either reconstructive or cosmetic breast implants. Presenting symptoms include onset of a delayed (>1 year after implantation) fluid collection, mass of the capsule, or lymphadenopathy. Treatment has progressed in recent years and most commonly includes implant removal and total resection of the tumor, including capsule, mass, and involved lymph nodes. Further research is warranted to determine potential malignant drivers, disease progression, and optimal treatment strategies in advanced disease.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Recently there have been concerns raised about anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) associated with breast implants. OBJECTIVES The main aim of this article was to review and analyze the published literature specifically for hematopoietic malignancies associated with breast implants and postulate a hypothesis for their etiology and pathogenesis. METHODS The PubMed database was searched using key words "lymphoma" and "breast implants" for published papers and abstracts on implant-associated hematopoietic malignancies. RESULTS The authors found 83 published cases reported of lymphomas associated with breast implants in the medical literature. The reported cases involved various subtypes of lymphomas and the majority were ALCL, of which 66 were confirmed as ALK negative; however there was no association with any particular type of implant. The more aggressive cases and reported low death rate appeared to be related to the presence of breast masses at the time of presentation rather than effusion. The remaining reports were occasional case reports of T-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, marginal zone B-cell lymphoma, primary effusion lymphoma and lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma. CONCLUSIONS Considering the many thousands of women that have breast implants every year; the compiled data show that there is a very small risk of developing lymphoma. Increased awareness of association between implants and ALCL is needed globally and prospective patients considering breast implants should be fully informed of the risk. As the behavior of ALCL in these cases was indolent as compared with other primary breast lymphomas, it could suggest an abnormal reactive process. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE 3

Abstract
BACKGROUND A potential link between breast implants and anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (ALCL) has been suggested. METHODS We examined lymphoma occurrence in a nationwide cohort of 19,885 Danish women who underwent breast implant surgery during 1973-2010. Standardized incidence ratios (SIR), with 95% confidence intervals (CI), for ALCL and lymphoma overall associated with breast implantation were calculated. RESULTS During 179,246 person-years of follow-up, we observed 31 cases of lymphoma among cohort members. No cases of ALCL were identified. SIRs for ALCL and lymphoma overall were zero (95% CI, 0-10.3) and 1.20 (95% CI, 0.82-1.70), respectively. CONCLUSIONS In our nationwide cohort study, we did not find an increased risk of lymphoma in general, or ALCL in particular, among Danish women who underwent breast implantation. However, our evaluation of ALCL risk was limited by the rarity of the disease. IMPACT Our results do not support an association between breast implants and ALCL and are consistent with other studies on cancer risk and breast implants.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In March of 2012, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Sientra's application for premarket approval for its Silimed brand silicone gel implants, based on data from the largest silicone gel breast implant study to date. This was the first approval for shaped silicone gel breast implants. This article presents the results of Sientra's study through 5 years. METHODS Sientra's study is an ongoing, 10-year, open-label, prospective, multicenter clinical study designed to assess the safety and effectiveness of Sientra's implants in patients undergoing augmentation and reconstruction. A total of 1788 subjects were implanted with 3506 implants, including 1116 primary augmentation, 363 revision-augmentation, 225 primary reconstruction, and 84 revision-reconstruction subjects. Physical evaluations and complications were recorded at each visit. Effectiveness was measured by postimplantation bra cup size and assessment of subject satisfaction and quality of life. Of the 1788 subjects, 571 underwent magnetic resonance imaging to assess silent rupture. Safety endpoints were analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier method. RESULTS Across all cohorts, the risk of rupture was 1.8 percent (95 percent CI, 1.2 to 2.6 percent), the risk of capsular contracture (Baker grade III/IV) was 9.0 percent (95 percent CI, 7.6 to 10.6 percent), and the risk of reoperation was 23.8 percent (95 percent CI, 21.8 to 26.0 percent). Over 99 percent of surgeons reported satisfaction with the postoperative results, and subject satisfaction remained high 5 years after implantation. CONCLUSION The 5-year results of Sientra's study continue to provide a comprehensive safety and effectiveness profile of Sientra's portfolio of Silimed brand shaped and round implants. Abstract
Cosmetic breast implants are not associated with increased breast cancer incidence, but variations of risk according to implant characteristics are still poorly understood. As well, the assessment of cancer risk for sites other than breast needs to be clarified. The purpose of this study was to fill these research gaps. This study presents an extended analysis of 10 more years of follow-up of a large Canadian cohort of women who received either cosmetic breast implants (n = 24,558) or other cosmetic surgery (15,893). Over 70% of the implant cohort was followed for over 20 years. Cancer incidence among implant women was compared to those of controls using multivariate Poisson models and the general female population using the standardized incidence ratios (SIRs). Women with breast implants had reduced rates of breast and endometrial cancers compared to other surgery women. Subglandular implants were associated to a reduced rate of breast cancer compared to submuscular implants [incidence rate ratio (IRR) = 0.78, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.63-0.96] and this reduction persisted over time. We observed a sevenfold increased rate (IRR = 7.36, 95% CI = 1.86-29.12) of breast cancer in the first 5 years after the date of surgery for polyurethane-coated subglandular implant women but this IRR decreased progressively over time (p value for trend = 0.02). We also observed no increased risk of rarer forms of cancer among augmented women. A reduction in breast cancer incidence was observed for women with subglandular implants relative to women with submuscular implants. Possible increase of breast cancer incidence shortly after breast augmentation with polyurethane implants needs to be verified.

Abstract
Background Silicone gel-containing breast implants have been widely used for aesthetic and reconstructive mammoplasty. The development of a periprosthetic capsule is considered a local reparative process against the breast implant in which a variety of inflammatory cells may appear. Nevertheless, only few reports have evaluated the immunophenotypes of those inflammatory cells. Herein, we aim to provide more information in this regard evaluating 40 patients with breast implants. Methods We studied the immunophenotype of the inflammatory cells of capsular implants using antibodies against lymphocytes (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20, CD45, and CD30) and histiocytes (CD68). Percentages of CD3 and CD20 positive cells were compared using the unpaired Student's t test. Fisher's test was also used to compare Baker grades by implant type, implant profile, and location and the presence of inflammatory cells by implant type. Results The associations between Baker grades and implant type and location were statistically nonsignificant (p = 0.42 in both cases). However, the use of low profile implants was significantly associated (p = 0.002) with a higher proportion of Baker grades 3 and 4. We found evidence of inflammation in 92.5 % of all implant capsules, with a statistically significant (p = 0.036) higher proportion in textured breast implants. T cells predominated over B cells. Textured implants elicited a more marked response to T cells than smooth implants, with a similar proportion of helper and cytotoxic T cells. Textured implants showed statistically significant higher percentages of CD3 positive cells than smooth implants. Percentages of CD20 positive cells were similar in textured and smooth implants. Conclusions These results suggest that textured breast implants might induce a stronger local T cell immune response. Our findings could shed some light to understand the association of silicone breast implants and some cases of anaplastic large cell lymphomas. Level of Evidence: Level III, prognostic study.

Abstract
Silicone, a synthetic polymer considered to be a biologically inert substance, is used in a multitude of medical products, the most publicly recognized of which are breast implants. Silicone breast implants have been in use since the early 1960s for cosmetic and reconstructive purposes, and reports of autoimmune disease-like syndromes began appearing in the medical literature soon thereafter. Over the previous year, silicone implants have been suggested as playing a role in a new syndrome that encompasses a wide array of immune-related manifestations, termed ASIA ('Autoimmune Syndrome Induced by Adjuvant'). Scleroderma, a relatively rare connective tissue disease with skin manifestations and systemic effects, has also been described in association with silicone implantation and rupture. However, epidemiological studies and meta-analyses have failed to corroborate the clinical impression of silicone-induced scleroderma. The following review describes the mechanisms by which silicone may mediate autoimmunity in general, as well as the evidence for causal associations with more specific autoimmune syndromes in general, and scleroderma in particular.

Abstract
Concerns have been raised recently regarding the increasing number of reports of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that developed in close proximity to silicone or saline breast implants. In particular, an increased risk of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) in patients with breast prostheses has been proposed. We reviewed clinical and pathologic findings in 40 women who received a diagnosis of breast NHL arising in association with breast implants and of 27 patients who had a diagnosis of ALCL with breast involvement reported in the published literature. Among the 40 reported cases of prosthesis-associated breast lymphomas, 28 were anaplastic lymphoma kinase-1-negative (ALK-1(-)) ALCLs, whereas of 27 ALCLs in patients without implants found in the literature, only 10 were ALK-1(-). The finding of 28 cases of breast ALK-1(-) ALCL occurring in patients with implants compared with 10 cases in women without implants is in favor of an association between silicone breast prostheses and ALK-1(-) ALCL. Although the incidence of this type of lymphoma remains remarkably low given that breast prostheses have been widely used for decades, clinical and pathologic evidence for a causative role is becoming dramatically strong. The histologic, phenomenologic, and clinical similarities of the majority of implant-related ALK-1(-) ALCLs suggest a common mechanism, especially when compared with the counterpart of patients without implants in which very few and highly dishomogeneous cases of the same malignancy were detected. There is convincing evidence that primary implant-related ALK-1(-) ALCL represents a distinct clinicopathologic entity that has been inappropriately fitted into the category of systemic ALK-1(-) ALCL. Thus it should be recognized as a separate category and classified on its own.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Since the 1960s, silicone implants have been successfully used for breast augmentation and reconstruction. However, safety issues regarding the use of silicone have led to a moratorium by the US Food and Drug Administration between 1992 and 2006. DESIGN To date, although the moratorium has been removed and women overwhelmingly prefer silicone over saline implants, local and systemic adverse effects still remain a concern. RESULTS Silicone-elicited inflammatory fibro-proliferative response and capsular contracture is irrefutable. Studies on silicone breast implants have not supported a relationship to carcinogenesis, whereas that to autoimmunity mainly to nondefined autoimmune phenomena seems very plausible. These silicone-related autoimmune adverse events termed 'siliconosis' are probably limited to a small minority of implanted patients. CONCLUSIONS Risk factors, such as characteristic environmental exposure and/or genetic predisposition, still require further elucidation. Similarly to antibacterial agents, texturized implants and Zafirlukast that were found to be beneficial in inhibiting fibro-proliferative response and capsular contracture, elucidating autoimmune-related risk factors might subsequently enable physicians to accurately predict long-term health status of silicone implant recipients.

Abstract
The United States has seen significant shifts in the breast implant market over the past five decades. From the moratorium on silicone gel breast implants in 1992 to their approval in 2006, there have been many developments in their manufacturing and usage. Meanwhile, saline breast implants have remained somewhat unchanged, still offering a few distinct advantages but none of the technological innovation of the silicone gel models. In this article, the authors review the current state of silicone gel and saline implants, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each. Much of the current data on complications of gel and saline implants are examined, as well as some practical implications associated with the use of each implant type.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In the past, concerns about lymphoma among women with breast implants have been raised by anecdotal observations. A recent report of a case-control study from The Netherlands reported an association of breast implants with anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma, but limitations inherent in the study design and the restriction of the association to saline implants preclude any causal evaluation. METHODS To determine whether lymphoma risk is in fact elevated in women with breast implants, the authors have reviewed the evidence from five long-term follow-up studies comprising over 43,000 women with cosmetic breast implants followed for up to 37 years, which reported results specifically regarding the incidence of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, among other cancers. RESULTS Overall, there were 48 observed incident cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma compared with 53.9 cases expected, yielding a summary standardized incidence ratio of 0.89 (95 percent confidence interval, 0.67 to 1.18). None of the epidemiologic cohort studies reported a primary lymphoma originating in the breast. CONCLUSIONS To date, there is no credible evidence of an increase of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma regardless of site or specifically originating in the breast among women with cosmetic breast implants.

Abstract
A breast implant is a prosthesis used to enhance the size of a woman's breasts. Silicon implants are most commonly used, but as with all surgical implants it has some complications. The question is whether it can induce breast cancer? During the last year, a case of reconstructed breast with prosthesis which leaked was presented. The aim of this report is to review current literature to evaluate whether there are reported correlations between breast cancer and breast implants. The conclusion derived from this report is that there is no available evidence directly correlating breast cancer to breast implants.
