Abstract
Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia is a benign proliferative mesenchymal lesion of the breast. To date, only a few cases of axillary pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia with imaging findings have been reported in the literature. Herein, we report a rare case of pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia in both axillae in a previously healthy 46-year-old woman and describe the imaging findings, including ultrasonography and computed tomography findings.

Abstract
Long regarded as ectopic or supernumerary breast tissue, anogenital mammary-like glands (AGMLG) are now considered a normal constituent of the anogenital area. AGMLG are presumed to be the origin for various benign and malignant lesions. Changes in AGMLG compatible with usual ductal hyperplasia and atypical ductal hyperplasia considered as precursor lesions and its presence in specimens can be explained by their role in the pathogenesis of primary extramammary Paget disease. In this report, we presented four cases of invasive squamous cell carcinoma accompanied by non-neoplastic atypical changes in ductal portions of AGMLG compatible with atypical ductal hyperplasia in breast adjacent to the carcinoma. This is a reactive phenomenon similar to that seen in apocrine/eccrine glands adjacent to squamous cell carcinoma. In a limited biopsy specimen, these areas should not be mistaken for adenocarcinoma.

Abstract
Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) is a benign hyperplastic condition of the breast that can lead to macromastia. The standard treatment for PASH is focal excision or rarely reduction mammoplasty. We present a rare case of postpartum bilateral rapid breast enlargement and axillary growth that was refractory to reduction mammoplasty. Ultimately, the patient required bilateral mastectomy and two-stage implant-based breast reconstruction. This more extensive form along with its management represents one of the few reported cases in the literature. The decision to pursue bilateral mastectomy was undertaken after exhausting more conservative options. Excellent aesthetic outcome and pain relief was obtained following definitive extirpative and reconstructive surgery.

Abstract
Benign cystic or solid lumps frequently occur in the breasts of young women, and consequently can also be seen during pregnancy and lactation. Simple cysts do not increase the risk of malignancy. The current management is routine follow-up. Complex cysts are thick walled or contain a mass, and should be followed by a US-guided biopsy and then treated similar to any non-gravid, non-lactating patient.Galactoceles can be detected during the last trimester of pregnancy and during or after stopping lactation. Aspiration can be done to confirm the content. Co-existence of galactocele and malignancy is extremely rare, and the key is to follow up until it resolves.Fibroadenoma is the most frequent lesion found during pregnancy and lactation. Management is usually conservative after triple assessment. Surgery is usually not recommended in pregnant and lactating women unless rapid increase in size occurs or there is discordance in the triple assessment.Lactating adenomas are sometimes interpreted as a variant of fibroadenoma . They can naturally disappear at the end of pregnancy or lactation. Management is usually conservative, and an excisional biopsy is only mandated if it is rapidly enlarging or if there is discordance in the triple assessment.Gestational gigantomastia is a rare condition consisting of diffuse severe hypertrophy of both breasts during pregnancy . Mastectomy and reconstruction may rarely be required in such cases.

Abstract
CRYAB is a member of the small heat shock protein family, first discovered in the lens of the eye, and involved in various diseases, such as eye and heart diseases and even cancers, for example, breast cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, and ovarian cancer. In addition, CRYAB proteins are involved in a variety of signaling pathways including apoptosis, inflammation, and oxidative stress. This review summarizes the recent progress concerning the role of CRYAB in signaling pathways and diseases. Therefore, the role of CRYAB in signaling pathways and cancers is urgently needed. This article reviews the regulation of CRYAB in the apoptotic inflammatory signaling pathway and its role in cancers progression and as a key role in anti-cancer therapy targeting CRYAB in an effort to improve outcomes for patients with metastatic disease.

Abstract
Mongolian medicine RuXian-I is composed of 30 Mongolian herbs, which is a traditional Mongolian recipe for clinical treatment of breast "Qi Su Bu Ri Le Du Sen" disease (hyperplasia of mammary glands, HMG). Based on the previous study, this dissertation further explores the therapeutic mechanism of RuXian-I on estrogen-induced HMG in rats. RuXian-I had no effect on the body weight and food intake of HMG rats and had no toxic effects on the five organs (heart, lung, spleen, and kidney). RuXian-I reduced the diameter and height of nipple, organ index, and pathological changes and alleviated the sex hormone levels oh HMG; RuXian-I reduced the upregulation of TCTP, Mcl-1, and Bcl-xL in breast tissue of mammary gland hyperplasia and increased the downregulation of p53, Bax, caspase-9, and caspase-3 protein. RuXian-I has an effective therapeutic activity on HMG rats, and its possible therapeutic mechanism is closely related to antiapoptosis protein TCTP-regulated apoptosis.

Abstract
Anogenital mammary-like glands represent a normal anatomic constituent of the anogenital area and may give rise to many benign and malignant tumors that morphologically mimic similar breast diseases. The literature review is complemented by a description of 286 cases of benign tumors and tumor-like processes in the mammary-like glands. The paper presents the clinical and morphological characteristics of papillary hidradenoma, fibroadenoma, benign phyllodes tumor, lactating adenoma, sclerosing adenosis, pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia, etc.

Abstract
Lesions affecting anogenital mammary-like glands (AGMLG) are histopathologically very similar to those seen in the breast but whether this morphological similarity is also reflected at the genetic level is unknown. To compare the underlying molecular mechanisms in lesions of AGMLG and their mammary counterparts, we analyzed the mutational profile of 16 anogenital neoplasms including 5 hidradenomas papilliferum (HP), 1 lesion with features of HP and fibroadenoma (FA), 7 FA, 3 phyllodes tumors (PhT)) and 18 analogous breast lesions (6 intraductal papillomas (IDP), 9 FA, and 3 PhT) by high-coverage next generation sequencing (NGS) using a panel comprising 50 cancer-related genes. Additionally, all cases were analyzed for the presence of a mutation in the MED12 gene. All detected mutations with allele frequencies over 20% were independently validated by Sanger sequencing (concordance: 100%). Mutations in PIK3CA, AKT1, MET, ABL1 and TP53 genes were found in lesions of AGMLG and also their mammary counterparts. The PI3K-AKT cascade plays a role in tumors arising at both sites. It appears that some histopathologically similar anogenital and breast lesions develop along similar molecular pathways.
